Real Canadian Superstore Willowbrook Drive

Horrible experience with grocery pickup on Dec 20. I went to grab some groceries to feed myself and my kids who were all sick. My order was missing all of my refrigerator items when I got home. Spoke to a department manager that told me “he didn’t have time to deal with me”and was incredibly rude. Then spoke to the store manager and was told my missing items would be credited and I would be given a gift card for the awful experience. Refund was only partially applied and I have still yet to receive my $50 gift card. For the cherry on top, they swapped out one of my bins for a very broken one and the free turkey I earned for spending over the threshold also never made it into my car. Honestly a ridiculously horrible experience just trying to get groceries. The $1 convenience fee of having someone do my shopping for me was not worth it. Next time I will do my shopping myself or elsewhere.

I had an unpleasant experience at this place, apparently they are racist, they see a black person and automatically think they are going to steal. I have been living in Langley for more than 1 year and I have always shopped there, very often, but yesterday was my last time, they send me a person who stands behind me, while I decide which cheese to choose, and looking without dissimulation, when I go to another side to choose a bottle of milk, he also comes after me. I felt harassed, persecuted and discriminated against. I have been a loyal customer of this place and I feel that discrimination can be felt in small behaviors.

It’s a busy store. Whenever I went there store is full of people long lines at checkout but they always open some tills and people were waiting in lines. I don’t know why they don’t hire staff if they don’t have

Such a pain to get to the bathroom with displays pulled infront of vacant checkouts

Fairly decent stock levels, decent parking but the washrooms are consistently quite unclean

Usually has stock but lately prices have been much higher then any other store!

Bright, clean store. Also carry organic food. Prices of food have gone up significantly. Sale products aren't replenished.
