They are easy to work with, and always promptly reply your request. Mike the maintenance manager has been taken care of the service and issues arised on time and in a reasonable fashion. We are pleased with their service and would continue having them managing our property in Kelowna and highly recommend if you are considering a property management company.

I live in the East Arctic and am unable to manage my rental property on my own. I’ve been nothing but unbelievably happy with the service provided by Real Property Management. They have selected amazing tenants, look after all aspects of the maintenance of my property and keep me informed of everything as it occurs. I’d highly recommend them as they make being a landlord so much easier and completely stress free!

RPM jumped onboard a few years into my time renting the place I'm at in Kelowna, and while there has been a few minor clerical hiccups, the team has been very responsive, pleasant and willing to get everything in order. It's my first time renting a place that has property management, and it's nice knowing that regulations, policies and maintenance will all be followed and taken care of to the legal (and above) standards. The mobile app is a handy way to connect directly to maintenance if needed and review any current or past rental documents. I'm glad the property owner took on a property management team!

Treena and Aaron this couple and management manager are pretty efficient to solve our problems at the first moment all time. Always make me feel trouble-free. It’s trustable to let them manage our properties. Strongly recommend!

I had the pleasure of working with RPM recently, and I couldn't be happier with the service they provided. From start to finish, their team exhibited professionalism, friendliness, and outstanding communication skills.

Real Property Management was great to work with. I needed a temporary rental and the place that they provided was superb. The move-in inspection and move-out inspection was easy easy.

Worst service for tenants. Big lack on communication. Seems no one can't properly answer my emails or calls and properly fix the issue. Tired to deal with them. It will be Way easier to just deal with the owner itself.

We were a tenant in Black Mountain, be very careful dealing with RPM, they didn't maintain the property like we expected, were poor communicators, and we never know who we were communicating with, and overall we found them very shady and seemingly lazy.

When it came time to move out and we gave them 1.5 months notice (month-to-month), they agreed to and gave us the understanding they were taking only a half months prorated rent for the last month, even showing the amount in their system. When the first rolled around they took the entire amount, and just pointed us at the tenancy branch. I'm working with the tenancy branch now to find a resolution, and I would never rent an RPM property again.

Be carefully if you are thinking to rent or work with this company. They do not care of your property and they do not care of the tenants. I was renting a place near hardwood elementary in Vernon and was pretty convenient for us. The only reason I moved was because of how this company manages the properties and treat the tenants. I reported the need of maintenance but they never wanted to come and check (I have all the emails I sent, pictures etc to back up). Even after I move and accomplish all their burocrasy, they decided to keep my secure deposit for one month saying there was a "mistake" sending the check to my new address, ONE month. They didn't pay the interest on that as they supposed by law. Even if it's one dollar! Treena (the manager-owner) is so unprofessional with her treatment that it is just unpleasant to even send and email. I feel sorry for the owners as if they will handle directly the maintenance of their property, they will react fast. A simple leak can drive to a major problem if you don't fix it on time. Of course this company doesn't care because they won't pay for the repairs. They might say what ever they want to try to cover how they treat us, but at the end like I said I have all the emails and photos to back up. I will never recommend to work or rent with this company. They take advantage of the low home offers in the area. Hey Treena remember that we (the tenants) pay for your bills and your employees wages. Even your employees does not talk well about you. I wish I could have contact with the owners, the history would be different. The only good thing I had was my wonderful neighbors. Please don't tell me to call you because you want to hear more, just thinking on doing that makes me sick.

And, I'm not one to ever write a "bad" review, but this company was painfully shady every step of the way.
My experience with Sarah was manipulative and unnecessarily stressful.
Every payment from her was late and she was chronically unavailable, and shockingly rude.
I only hope she can learn from her mistakes for others sakes.
We are people, after all.

Their response to me only further confirms how unnecessarily dehumanizing and difficult they are.
My mind is blown at the falsehoods, deflection, and inability to learn from valid criticisms.
This just seems to be a game to them.
Knowing they treat other people so badly breaks my heart. It's not ok.

This company made renting a place so easy, communication was effective and quick! Chinny was super helpful and knowledgeable when showing me the unit! Would definitely recommend:)
