Reborn Autobody

The service and work are above and beyond what we have experienced from other shops. We have (unfortunately out of necessity) had to use their services on two occasions. Both time, they have gone above and beyond to provide timely, quality service. We cannot recommend this shop highly enough.

Even though my car was deemed a total loss from ICBC, I had a great experience overall with Reborn. I initially contacted Kirmac but they referred me to Reborn, which is their sister company that repairs Porsche, Audi, BMW, Benz, etc. ICBC took 3 weeks to get back to me but Reborn was able to set me up with a loaner (from Hertz which is right inside the same office) during that time. Communication could have been a little more frequent but it was also due to ICBC not making the decision of repair or not too. Overall, great experience!

Amazing service. Quick appointment from my first call and great service with the courtesy vehicle. My Q7 looks perfect after Reborn worked on it. There are absolutely no signs of where the damage was.

Staff at Reborn Auto Body were very helpful and friendly. When I brought in my car, I requested if they can fix the rock dents on the front hood of my car and I will pay extra. But when I picked up my car, they told me that they fixed it for free. My car was very clean when I pickup. Thank you Reborn Auto Body!

Myself coming out of the industry felt that this was an excellent experience. I brought my Audi in for some front end damage to be fixed. They did a top notch job on everything. They also provided a rental while it was getting fixed and went the extra mile for me on a part that was not off of the claim. Mark “Manager” was on the ball on making sure that my experience was 5 star. I highly recommend this Shop if you want quality work and friendly encounter.

My experience with reborn was fantastic. The work on the car was beyond my expectations and the attention to detail was important to me.

By far the best part of the experience was the staff who were very prompt and did everything to make my life easy. Particularly Tina who took upon herself to rectify a situation that would have highly inconvenienced me.

I was recommended by MINI Richmond to bring in my John Cooper Works MINI Roadster because I was rear ended and got pushed into the the guy in front of me as well so I had both rear and front end damage. Angelo went above and beyond going back and forth with ICBC to ensure my car would be covered because I have an older car and they do not make the Roadster anymore but he got the approval and he was able to get the parts shipped from Germany and I was so happy to get my car back. The workmanship that Reborn did on my car is amazing I feel like my car just came out of the MINI showroom! I would recommend Reborn Auto Body in POCO to all my friends and family. Thank you so much! I had the Reborn Autobody take care of my car twice. Being in an accident is stressful, and arranging the car to get fixed is more stressful. If someone needs their car repaired, I highly recommend this place. Their service is exceptional. Once you have your car repaired from here, this place will come to your mind first whenever your car needs services.

Friendly & professional service. I had to bring my Audi in to the shop for front end repairs due to a collision with a wild animal. Reborn kept great communication by giving me updates on a weekly basis and provided me a rental car. The autobody work looked really good and you couldnt even tell my car was in an accident. Their workmanship is excellent. After there was a small issue with my parking sensor and they got me back in the shop with another rental car and the small glitch was fixed right away. My car was also washed and vacuumed both times! Above and beyond service from Angelo, Tina, Mark and the rest of the team. I would bring my car back here and I recommend Reborn for other people as well!

Body work was fine but they lost my rear headrest and would not replace it.
They were a bit arrogant and did not emit that they lost it. Customer service up front was also lacking. They also try to give me a cheap rental which I had to plea my case for a better car.
I drive a Mercedes and have kids and they try to give me a stinky little compact.

My poor 330i got rear ended in February and these guys took care of my car. They're BMW certified (and listed on the BMW CCRC site), and a drive and a half away but I swear by them.
I had to take my car in again this week as someone hit and run my car in my work parking lot two days after it was fixed, and they once again were swift and took care of my car.

My friend had recommended this company to me before and despite it being quite a drive for me, I swear by them too.

I really appreciate you guys, great customer service all around!
