Had a flat tire on my way to work. Work on granville island and thought I would give them some business and try them out, support your local. Should have looked at the reviews first. They didn’t even show me my old tube and said they would have just replaced it anyway. Charged me $39 with no other explanation.

Terrible service. Probably, the worst in my life. The sir just asked 40 CAD for check if my tires could be fixed. Never go there

We purchased 2 bikes from Reckless in 2022. One Marin bike and a Gazelle e-bike. Both were fitted out for us and were great recommendations and value.
We returned one bike a few months later for a complimentary check and tune up. Excellent service at mo extra charge.
The battery failed on the e-bike this spring and I took it in. Gabe diagnosed the problem and arranged for a replacement battery. This was installed along with a free service all at no charge.
We are super happy with Reckless. They took care to sell us the right bikes and backed up our choices with excellent service. 6 stars! Highly recommended.

Was in need of a presto valve cap as mine had gone missing. They not only gave me one free of charge, they gave me an extra just in case. Super awesome shop. Would recommend to anyone in the lower mainland.

Wanted a new tube for a flat tire. Literally threw a new tube at me to catch. When I asked if they could install it, they told me they were too busy. $25.00

The crew at Reckless are just awesome! When all other shops were booked a few weeks to a month out to give my daughters new used bike a thorough service and much needed tune-up they said bring it in right away did it in one day at a reasonable price. Bike is now in top shape, they made its super for her, cleaned up some rusted parts and new cables so she now has a fresh new safe bike and gets to be using it now! Thanks all!

Excellent experience with Reckless. Took my ebike in for a rear flat fix and an annual tune up. Work was done very quickly and was top quality. Bike rides like it is new after the tune up. Reasonable prices.

Charged $30 to install a quick link! It’s takes 30 seconds to do and messed with my shifting to make it look like he was fixing something, when I knew it was in perfect working condition. That’s ridiculous, I could do it myself for $5

We have purchased two e-bikes from Reckless and sales - after sales support has been five star. No sales pressure. No attempts to up-sell. Took the time to search and find ‘just the right’ carrier bag for my (picky diva) requirements. Could not recommend strongly enough.
