Ive had lower back pain for over a year and found out it was a bulged disc in my back, saw over 10 different chiros, osteos and physiotherapists and it got a bit better but i still was in a lot of pain all the time and couldn't drive for long periods of time. I didn't have much hope that this place would help but Rob and his magic needless cured me! The needling isnt enjoyable but it released the super tight tension in my back so that my bulged disc could go back into place and ever since I've been able to drive and the pain has eventually gone away and im actually healed! Simply amazing so grateful that i found this place and ill ever be in Robs debt his magic needles really work ️

Had a great massage from Jessica R. She was very personable, professional and most of all effective at relieving some tight muscle issues. Would definitely recommend and will return for further sessions if required.

Great office and staff. Really appreciate them helping me and my son during my pregnancy and for my son during his issues in his first few months of life!

Christine has been so good with my son. Very thoughtful and knowledgeable. She has been able to help him so much and goes out of her way to ensure there are appointment times that work for us.

I’ve had two wonderful massages with Karli who really helped my neck injury. She has healing hands and uses an incredible range of techniques that truly helped me improve from where I started with the injury!

I had a session with Antonio and it was the first time in a long time I’ve had some form of pain relief. He was professional, efficient, fun, and I had the best massage treatment. Highly recommend booking with Antonio!

I was delighted to find out that Karli Frizzell was a massage therapist at Reclaimed Health as I knew her as a young girl and had not seen her in several years. Her caring and compassion shone through during her course of treatment for my pain issues. I would definitely go back to her and would recommend anyone else to use her services as well.

My experience here was lackluster, however that is dictated by the person who was giving the the treatment not the business as a whole.

I have started seeing Christine Jackson for cranial sacral therapy and pregnancy massage and I couldn't be happier. Every newly pregnant women should see her. My body always feels restored, balanced, and calmer which is especially a huge relief in the first trimester. My partner has been seeing Nick Nicola one of the owners and is incredibly happy with his professionalism, knowledge of the human body, and his talented skills as an RMT. We both highly recommend this clinic!

They went above and beyond! Even though they didn't offer the type of massage my wife was looking for, they spent the time and effort to find a place that did offer it, and called her back to provide her the details. This is a amazing example of how local business should be run, and this level of service and professionalism is so rare nowadays. Nick and Michelle made me feel right at home as soon as I entered their space. The atmosphere they create here makes you feel engaged in your health and a part of something bigger than just a massage. I see Nick for my treatments, he has helped tremendously in managing my chronic pain and alleviating the compensatory pain. Always have a great laugh, even if it is at his singing "skills". I refer my friends and family in general here as everyone else is just as friendly and knowledgeable.

I won 12 massages over 1 year in 2018. I had my last one this month and my experience with all the therapists were amazing. I am very grateful to them all for helping me out with anxiety injuries and re aligning things that I'm sure have been out for years! Totally recommend this place. I happened to come across the Reclaimed Massage Therapy clinic by chance after my regular RMT in my home town retired. I was greeted by Nick's friendly welcome when I entered the clinic. I have had neck and upper back pain for years from body mechanics and job related stress often resulting in painful headaches. I have been seeing Jayson Dirks for treatments for nearly one full year. Jayson is a kind professional with a calming manner. With regular treatments my headaches are gone. Jayson also gave me great recovery advice. He is very knowledgeable with suggestions for exercises and stretches at home, as well as tips for managing my stress and anxiety. I always leave feeling relaxed and energized. The online booking is easy and convenient around my work schedule. Also the direct billing to my healthcare plan is so appreciated. I highly recommend this clinic, and Jayson to my professional colleagues.

Jayson has more than exceeded my expectations. Knee pain that has been on going for 10 years is now 99% gone. Couldn't ask for anything better. He was recommended to me by a friend and I have recommended Jayson to many of my friends as well and will continue to do so.

I have been a client of Jayson's over this past year. I use massage therapy twice/month to reduce areas of tightness from the daily stresses of life. I feel great after a session; appreciate the stretching tips and techniques specifically tailored to the muscle group. LOVE this clinic! Friendly and knowledgeable staff, cozy and comfortable rooms with heated blankets, clean, and so relaxing. Michelle is one of the best massage therapists I have ever been to. Michelle is the best RMT I have been to and I have been to many. She is super knowledgeable and her treatment is always well done and with great care. Her treatment of my back after a recent injury has made recovery sooner and better. Take my word for it, she is one of the best. The clinic is very comfortable and inviting.
