I have been to most other recreation center in Victoria like OakBay, Esquimalt but this one has the best sauna and steam room. The sauna was hot enough (other places are not really hot) and steam room has enough steam.

Doing the sauna 4 to 7 times a week reduces your risk of dying from illness by %40! All I care about is the sauna so I am disregarding everything else this seemingly good facility has to offer. These people running SeaParc must be doing something...
