Love this facilty! Great staff. So many recreational options including curling, outdoor pool, weight/fitness center, and arena. Large number of well-maintained outdoor playing fields. Including an outdoor theater, lawn bowling, and frisbee golf.

Please, people, PLEASE! USE TOWELS IN SAUNA! Sitting in a sauna with a wet swimsuit is absolutely unhygienic and basically discussing. Your sweat is sinking into wood, also microplastic from your swimsuit as well, then it's steaming up and you...

Reg doesn't seem to have any customer service skills. Won't properly process my refund or return my calls and talk to me person to person. Golf course isn't even that nice. Don't golf here, they don't deserve your money.

The staff for swimming lessons are so wonderful with the kids. Yes, the building is older and in need of an overhaul but they keep it pretty clean.

The badminton facility is a shitshow. For a university of 10,000 students there are 4 badminton courts. A lot of days they rent out these courts or reserve them for Intramural leagues. So the avg student who’s paid a bag of money to UBC cannot play...

Our company had a great time with Dragon Zone - our two guides were top tier in keeping us comfortable on the water, and Angela was great to work with to set us up. Would recommend this as an active, team-building activity for any group.
