What a place, view is amazing and burgers are great.

Definitely, a must if you are walking around Robson St

Wonderful dining experience with Diana and Vishal (the manager) at Red Robin at Robson, they're super nice and so helpful with the menu, the Southern Charm burger was outstanding, thank's a lot

The management at this location needs to go. They are so under qualified, lazy, don’t take accountability and try to blame the bad environment on their employees when they are fostering a proper environment for them to work in.

Good hamburgers, good options about sides, nice flavors and decent portions, also the staff is very friendly. My only complaint is about the drinks. Soooo sweet!

Last night my child and I had dinner here. We ordered dry ribs (which were amazing), chicken strips with fries, gravy and side ceasar salad for my child, and bacon Cheeseburger, with fries and a side ceasar for myself.
We got our meals, and while we were eating the salads, we noticed an off Sour taste in the dressing. I stopped eating my salad, while my child ate theirs.

About half an hour after we left the restaurant, my child was feeling sick, and sadly threw up their dinner in the street.
While the location, staff and ambience were amazing, we sadly have to leave a bad review based on the food and reactions my child experienced.

Good gourmet burger is a lot juicier than my photo and delicious. Have your
with Poutine, a perfect match. Window seat is great to watch the world go by below.
Draft hazy pale ale is recommended.
I will definitely return.

Washroom was a war zone. Decor is being neglected at this place with aging tables and chairs. I wouldn't mind, but they want to charge top dollar for mediocre food. Must do better.

The food is good, the attendants are very gentle and polite.
But the washrooms lacks maintenance, they are dirty and some lockers are broken.

Nice location of the chain. In pre-pandemic days it was often very busy, now less so. Great view of a bustling street corner from many of the window seats.

I had a really great experience here. The food was absolutely amazing and having bottomless drinks was also a big plus.

Great food! The only complaint I have is for RR HQ and not specifically this branch. They keep changing their reward program. Before you would get a free meal after purchasing 9 meals. Now, you get a free meal after 9 visits! To add to that, you can't split your bills and get rewarded for your visit. Only one phone number can be added to a table. I use to go to RR all the time, but given the recent changes I probably give them a visit only on my birth month.

Missed the steak cut fries since these guys left our province years ago so this was all I frankly wanted here. Great burger, service, and locale perched above Robson were all added bonuses. Thanks guys!

Great burgers at a great price. Always clean, friendly staff a great place to go especially if you have a large bunch to feed.

Went to the restaurant last night with some friends, we got there at 9: 30pm. The server came to our table showed his phone, and said the last call was in half an hour. Ok, I believe everyone knows 30min is enough to order. The server was not in a good mood, messed up two of our orders. And always with a frustrated face. Never with a good atitude towards us.
Food was ok - this was the second time we were served with the same server, and both times he was very unhappy and messy.

The cheese burger is good, and acceptable. Fries and especially garlic fries are great. Soft and tasty. I liked their unlimited side refill option as well.

Found a bug in side ceasar salad, absolutely disgusting, lack of cleanliness during food prep, did the kitchen even wash the salad prior to giving it to us, probably not

They make the best burgers here. I really enjoyed the rooftop patio views but the staff were seriously lacking on the cleanliness of the tables. There were 4 tables that consumers had finished at, that had food and plates and cups sitting out for my entire stay. It was causing tons of crows to eat the scraps and the employees would just scare the crows away instead of picking up the dishes. We were handed menus and told to seat ourselves. The burgers were delicious so that made up for the lack of everything else. 10/10 on the burgers.

Floors are sticky, tables are dirty, food is greasy, menu is too large, and the service is terrible.

Quality of the citizens was OK, but Ch carelessly arranged.
Outside area of ​​the restaurant was dingy, service staff could be improved.

I had a great experience there. The server madyson was very nice and got me a straw right away after I broke mine. She was also very nice and explained the menu to me.

Average as expected. Table was sticky though: (. Mac and cheese was good and creamy. Salad had seen better days.
