Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

New location leaves alot to be desired. Was seated in cramped corner booth, table too low, no room to move. Booth was all by itself, felt like you were sitting in the corner of a garage. Atmosphere was cold, noisy, not pleasing to the eye. More like a cafeteria at the fair.

We ordered food on Uber eats and it took over an hour to get here, we paid for a drink and they didn’t give it to us, we asked for seasoning on the fries and more seasoning on the side and they never gave either and finally when it got here the food was cold as ever

Came here for a family day out celebration. Will not repeat. First the ambience and cleanliness of the restaurant is dated and dirty. Server was terrible. Table was sticky and we asked her to clean out two tables. She just wiped one table and left that really wet and hardly covered a full clean. We asked for napkins, cutlery, sauce, straws multiple times to other servers because she never attended. Nothing happened all the way as we had to finish our meal as is. She said ran out of straws yet on the way out, I saw a stack at their desk. Our food was done wrong despite asking the server to use ciabatta bread. She just didn't ever take care of us.no refills on drinks and fries AT ALL! Not even water! Considering this refills is one of the perks of having those. It's a con. Server walked by and never even once looked at us even though we tried for her attention.
Needless to say we didn't tip because it was an awfully awkward family dinner out because of Red Robins service. I definitely won't come back. Plenty else that's better when you pay over $100 for a night out

Worst experience at Red Robins. Waited over 45 mins for our food. Seems since the move, the service and food is way worse. Fries in the poutine were way too salty couldnt even eat it, my chicken sandwich was undercooked, and no one came to ask if we need drink refills the entire time.

Went to the new location for the first time and it will be the last time. The restaurant was not full and the server sat us down in the middle of the floor with 10 screaming kids next to us. I asked to be moved and the lady refused. Walked out and will not return. Talk about an absolute terrible layout. Who designed this warehouse style restaurant. No better than a gym. Brutal.

The server and I believe staff manager was serving our table. They were lovely. Food is always good. I liked the patio and would return.

Confused and chaotic. This new location at willowbrook mall is in a delusional state. No hostes, had to hunt through the restaurant to find anyone for help.waited forever to be seated, once led to a seat, we were led to a half dirty table. Restaurant is full of dirty tables, no organization, no server, would highly recommend no one come to this location ever. Waste of time, and the food is mediocre at best.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Took a group from a care home and we were treated very well. Had Fish and Chips and it was excellent.

Very friendly service and appreciated the check ins from all staff ensuring our kids birthday party was all set. Only feedback is for the business to invest in more TVs. Especially for parents attending birthday parties to be able to watch playoff hockey. Missed opportunity if you ask me to engage guests.

The waiter Christian was very attractive and made me bust five stars for sure also give this man a raise cuz he thick

Very disappointed. We waited 15 minutes before we were even acknowledged by our server. The food took over 45 minutes to arrive and when it did our burgers were burnt to a literal crisp. We never got refills that we asked for, and it took three tries before we got our bill. Overall super disappointed.

This is BY FAR the most amazing Red Robin I’ve ever been to! Staff is amazingly friendly and on the ball and the food is always perfect! Never had a problem yet! Langley puts all other Red Robin restaurants to shame! Love this place!

Ordered by takeout the impossible burger with side salad with balsamic dress, got a very old burger, burnt on all sides, burger bun was soaked with relish and lettuce was so wilted you could hardly find it, wrong salad, wrong dressing, whole meal was un- eatable!

Lovely place …. Brought to me nice memories about the last Red Robin in NV where we used to go so frequent until it was gone!
We had a great appetizers afternoon with delicious bottomless strawberry freckled lemonade.
Carly offered to us a remarkable nice service, she is so courteous and diligent. We have to go back soon.

Didn't scan Vaccination proof. Couldve just been anyone walking into a full restaurant unvaccinated. There was no dividers between tables, so you were sitting back to back with a stranger. Luckily, there was an empty booth that just got cleaned so we moved over there. The other customers were staring at us from across the restaurant. The waitress though was very kind. She was the most pleasant part of our experience. Other than that, do not go here. Sure, burgers are good, but the overall environment felt very sketchy.

First experience with Red Robin today and boy did it ever go wrong! Took 35 mins to get our drinks, then another 15 for our food… the resin plate was so hot it burned my fingers and no apologies were given by the person delivering food (not waitress). We were still eating our food when the waitress asked if she could get our bill and when I had mentioned about the hot plate burning my fingers and she laughed and said it probably sat under the food warmer too long.safe to say, I will NEVER go back!

I've managed numerous kitchens, worked in many restaurants, very very poor maintenance and management. Washrooms left unkempt for hours, absolutely disgusting. Urine all over the floors, toilet paper and paper towel all over the place, counter tops covered in food and dirty water. All toilets full of urine among other things. On to the food. Ordered 8 entrees combined. My burger came 9 mins ahead of the rest of the order, including all 5 applies. By the time the rest showed up, at the same time of the appies, the first burger was cold. And raw. Still at a medium doneness. Service overall was very friendly, our server was very accommodating, manager seemed inconvenienced I mentioned any issues at all. Piss poor experience, will never return to this location.

We had a great birthday celebration at this location. We had exceptional service from our server Tristan and would recommend this restaurant anytime!

Service has declined recently. The costs have increased slightly too. We went at the end of October and had a half cooked burger. The server was nice enough to credit the burger. The servers are over-extended and we received wrong fries, forgotten sauces of which we gad to get ourselves from the kitchen. We ordered a mini donut stack with our meals plus extra teriyaki sauce for the burger. She delivered the donuts with caramel sauce. It wrecked my burger. When we asked if there was chocolate sauce for the donuts, we were told she would get some. She didn't return but was seen bussing tables. This is why we went to get our own sauce. Later she saw we had the sauce and said they were out of caramel sauce (she had served it with my burger). At this point I still didn't have the extra teriyaki sauce originally requested with our order. Multiple requests later it arrived. Her tip reflected our level of satisfaction.zero.
I doubt we will ever return.

Service and food were mediocre at best. Had to request the table be cleaned again and never got a refill on my $5 bottomless beverage. It was fine but I can think of better places to spend my restaurant dollars.

They put pork in an item that is supposed to be suitable for vegetarians. And if you order from skip they will do nothing. And obviously, because skip is the worst company in the world, skip won’t do anything either.

These days the service is not as good as it was pre Covid-19. Very slow service. Didn't like my last visit.

The teriyaki chicken burger always makes me happy. My husband and son always order the same thing too (Mad Love, Royal) and we all left totally satisfied. The service was not memorable. Not bad - I just really don't remember. A little disorganized at the host podium.

Absolutely terrible all around. We got seated right away and waited a bit for our waitress to take our order. We ordered our food and drinks at the same time and didn't see her again. A manager brought out our food 30 minutes later and we had to ask him for refills. When we got our drinks we asked for a second helping of the kids mac and cheese.it took over 30 minutes and many times asking to even get it to the table. My boyfriend never got his salad he ordered and my burger had rotten lettuce on it that I ended up sending back. My niece ended up taking her second helping to go as we were long done our meals. Not even sure where our waitress ended up.it was just awful food and service. Young managers and young staff all running around in chaos. We won't be back any time soon.

Poor service, save your time. They left us with no service for quite some time after we got seated, forgot our appetizer, after coming to ask what it was twice and telling us it's on the way both times. No waiter came back after that. They finally brought our mains, and forgot our beverages. The waitress then came back and told us she has no idea where the bar server is, as if that's the customers concern!? By this point we just canceled on waiting longer for beverages. Poor management at this location.

40+ mins for onion rings. 50+ mins for wings that wasn't the correct order.all while only 1 other table in our section.they are clearly too focused on take out orders to properly serve guests in their dining room.what was once a staple for our family, it will be a long time since we return.

Went on Saturday Nov 5 2021. Went in the afternoon around 3: 30 pm. Was the slowest and lamest service ever. Got seated and waited 20 mins for a drink. The place wasn't even busy, and screwing up the order. Everything tasted great, guess it was just a bad day for service.

Today I ordered a burger w/ salad and a chicken Caeser salad, aswell as 2 side fries from Door Dash. To start off the issues, I only received 1 (of my essentially $10 fries). Next, the fries I DID receive were the coldest and soggiest fries I have ever eaten. The Caeser salad was an absolutely pathetic size; not even filling up a 3rd of its container. I order this salad every time and this was by far the worst. For a $20 salad I essentially got a small side salad. Further, the side salad - with my nicely burnt burger -was literally 2 bites. I have never had such a disappointing meal from a restaurant. Red Robin was one of our favorite restaurants and we will not be going back.

I came in for a party today at red robin and our server Tristan came to us right away to say hello, she told us the new menu items and I really loved the new peppermint shake she recommended, I would get it again. Our server was always checking in on us getting us refills without asking! Great service, thank you Tristan and Red Robin Langley for making our experience great.

The food was great, the staff was very accommodating. Our server Alexis was very helpful when we had confusion over the menu. It was busy and stuff came a bit slow but that might have been due to the fire in the kitchen, so kudos to the staff for keeping up the service.thank you.

The food was so so. The service was poor. They were slow and unorganized. Didn't bring cutlery after we received our meals and we had to ask for drinks and for water over and over. The waitress was always talking with her friends. The place was dirty every where. Brought us the bill and left but didn't bring the machine to pay. Had to wave down the floor manager to bring the machine and pay. Wouldn't go back to that red Robin again.

Don't even bother for the "garlic" fries. They sprinkled some Parmesan cheese on top and called it a day. Might as well make your own garlic fry sauce at home.

Service was really slow, took along time before order was taken, no one came back to see how everything was, missing dip with one order. Might have been short staffed I'm guessing.

Went for birthday burger with friend as we were in the langley area. I now know I should have read the reviews. I agree with most people this location needs a face lift! Not tidy at all. We ordered the salmon burger. Had to ask for a ciabatta bun as mine was very dark and musky smelling (like freezer burn) while my partner’s ciabatta bun was light colored. Salmon was luke warm. Lettuce soggy. I was truly disappointed. Thankfully his burger was “free”’ and mine only 18.99! Which I think is atrocious for the “food”! I got. Definitely don’t recommend and won’t be going back.just being honest

Love Red Robin, this one in particular is just as good as the others. Very friendly staff and the food came out perfect.

Best Chipotle dip too, and can't their Banzi burger can't be beat!

Food and service were wonderful. Was a very pleasant experience and definitely will be returning. Additionally the menu is competitively priced and you will not overspend here.

It was busy and we felt very neglected by waitstaff. The fried egg on the burger and steak fries were burned. We were there for nearly 2 hours (not by choice) and we were a party of two. Restaurant was also very dirty with food on the floor the entire time we were there next to us. Staff would step over it and no one cleaned it.

Amazing service went there 5 months ago and I asked for my burger to be burnt to a crisp, they did it and now I’m writing saying they did such an amazing job, and the proof is the fact that I now have terminal cancer and I have to say, it was worth dying over. I loved the crunch of that burger and everything about it, now I may leave this world, but I will leave a happy customer! Thanks Red Robin Langley, it was truly a dining experience to die for!

The bathrooms were disgusting, the food was very delicious though.id definitely skip the dishes next time, so i can get the food without being in a gross enviroment.

Well what I am going to say is well we families enjoyed the service s and also happy with your employees servants which was excellent.

Had to kill some time so had lunch here on Saturday. Ordered the blackened chicken burger with garlic fries and it was quite disappointing. The lettuce on the burger wasn't fresh at all and the garlic fries which cost extra were horrible. Total waste of money. Gave two stars as the staff were friendly and the food came fairly quickly.

We go here quite frequently, value on food is top notch for what it is.far better than many chains and price is very reasonable. I would like to give 5 stars but the front of house staff are alway quite aloof and would suggest more training or hiring more front staff.over all I would recommend

We love the cheese sticks. They're so yummy. And thr pineapple chicken urges are fabulous. The service is wonderful and friendly. It's a nice atmosphere to enjoy dining in.

Arrived while it was decently busy, they pulled two tables together for my party of five. Quick service and refills, tasty food well priced. Could not ask for more.

Ordered take out via phone tonight.they substituted items in the order and didn't tell me until I showed up to pick up 25min later.just casually said we decided to give you XX because we ran out of X (+ still charged for the upgrade I didn't get) & the burgers were missing toppings. Not the greatest first experience. Maybe in future we will dine in and get a better experience-we hope.

Had lunch today June 11at about 1: 15. The food was awesome as usual but the service STUNK!
We waited over 40 min to get our food. Was given some free fries after pacing order which should have indicated a long wait? No napkins no ketchup no utensils! Never saw waitress again until food came. No utensils again when they came no knife (waitress said would try and find one?). My drink was refillable but you never came back to bother to fill it. Never checked our food wise? I know that it was very very busy today but you know what folks if you’re that busy shut a section down if you’re short on staff. Don’t squeeze everybody in and we sit and wait and wait for our food because that just doesn’t cut it today. Very disappointed red Robin.

Love Red Robin, my honest opinion is R Robin makes the best burgers around, the BBQ whisky river burger is the bomb, so delish. Be sure to check out the place if you have not partake.

Friendly staffs.burgers are messy but delicious! Their new Bacon Jammin Wings is a must! One of the best wings in town so far!

Lunch with my boys with great. The waitress helped me recreate a burger from their summer menu. My favorite Morco Pollo Chicken Burger. PS please bring it back!

We recieved fast service and were taken care of even though they were close to closing for the evening. Wish there were more locations! I ordered one of the new Tavern Burgers and it was delicious.

Unfortunately today’s experience was a letdown. We’ve been coming here for years, and we always both get a Whiskey River BBQ Chicken Wrap. Unfortunately today, it was a fraction of the size it used to be. We checked with the waitress, and she confirmed that they changed the recipe and all of their wraps got smaller for some reason.

All in all, our service was great, but we won’t be back with the new changes to the menu. Less food for the same price you’ve always been paying; they sure don’t make em like they used to. Super bummer.

9.5 times out of 10 this place delivers a great experience. The food is always good and the staff amazing. Plus the kid can make noise without having the entire place look at you. Fun for kids and parents. It is definatley our go to when we dont want to stay home. Some if the new staff (waiters) not the greatest, sloppy looking and slow. But majority are really good especially the ones that have been there a while. Highly recommended.

You can't go wrong with Red Robbin and this one is no exception.
Edit: As of last weekend, we discovered they change from using plate and putting into a wrap. And when it came it was all soggy, cold and frankly tasteless. I could not even finish my Burger. See the before and after photo. The waitress is really nice and told us it was a company wide decision.

This was my favorite Burger restaurant. Honestly I'm willing to pay more for the the quality that was before.

Notice they also switch to a cheaper seasme bun. I understand the minimum wage has risen, and it's a financial decision, but if I want Fast-food quality I wouldnt come to a restaurant like this. I came to Red Robbin for the "gourmet" burgers man!

Possibly the most disgusting restaurant I've seen in a long time. The manager should be ashamed of themselves. Tables were left uncleaned and were only cleared if they needed to seat someone. Our server did her best to keep up with her tables but the lack of leadership in this Red Robin was apparent. Food was okay but definitely not like we have had in the past.

Quite busy on a Saturday night, service a bit slow as a result. Beyond that everything as you'd expect for a typical Red Robin meal.

Food was a 45 min late and the server made a mistake on the bill 2 times til manager fixed. Food was fresh and tasted good.

I called to make a reservation and they said they weren't accepting reservations. They said it wasn't busy and the wait would not be long.

We waited an hour with 7 kids to get a table. Once we are seated they told us they ran out of certain kids menu options.

We speak to the server explaining the poor service we have been provided. She sarcastically disregards us. We speak to the manager and she basically does nothing.

The food is pretty bang average. Nothing spectacular about them.
The only good thing that they have are the fries, them being unlimited is great!
The burgers, nice gone here on multiple occasions to see if it was just a bad time and a bad night they were having but nope, my burgers come out dry and near burnt, one time they were burnt. The others at the table agreed that the quality of the burger is very poor.
I never had an experience here more than "meh".
I have returned food but to wait another 10 mins for a burger that's still just as burnt as the one that was sent in is disappointing.

The food is decent, the servers are terrific. I've only had to send my food back a few times due to allergies. There's not a lot of places you can go that are very kid friendly, that the whole family can enjoy. The bathroom is like walking into a cold zone, and it's not the cleanliest, besides that its a good place overall.

We went here after mall shopping at about 830pm. Our server hardly came to our tanke we had to keep finding her for refills on our drinks. Also they advertise bottomless fries which should say french fry rations.to start I had 12 fries with my meal and my refill basket had another 16. You could literally count them in the refill basket.and that was for the table to share. So disappointed.

After waiting for a half an hour only to enter a restaurant that was only half full the service was good but the food left much to be desired. Quality has really fallen off at this one. We've been a few times and each time we have been disappointed. The appys (tower of onion rings and popcorn shrimp) were good. We had the chicken caesar wrap and a mad love burger with side caesar and fries. The wrap and caesar salad had WAY too much dressing. So much so that a ravenous 12 year old boy couldn't even eat half of it. We had to take him home and feed him. The mad love burger was worse than a $5 burger night burger at a ramshackle pub. The patty was burnt on one side and there was so much jalapeno relish which was sweet not hot that it was like eating sweet pickles in a bun. Not good. Top it off the bottomless fries were soft and mushy and were obviously the fries that were at the bottom of the frier so yes bottomless indeed. This was the 3rd time we were let down. We won't go back again.

I went for dinner and ordered one of their new burgers, sub veggie patty (as the menu states you can sub a veggie patty no charge to any burger) and it came with 2 patties on the burger with a ceaser salad. As most places when you order a veggie patty its safe to assume the customer doesn't eat MEAT. When my meal came i took a bite, tasted weird, took another bite, and realized only 1 patty was veggie, the other was, unfortunately beef. I haven't ate meat in 8 years. I eat out at restaurants regularly and have NEVER had this happen to me before. I felt SO sick and so upset. The waitress took it away and sent her manager over, who said sorry, usual speel, and took care of our meals. When it came back, it was a completely different burger, and a side of fries (when i ordered salad.) We called over the waitress, let her know it was wrong again, my boyfriends food was cold now from waiting for so long she mumbled something and went off without clarifying anything, so she brought a ceaser salad and said nothing. I ate my salad, still nothing, so i checked the burger that was sitting there, it was a veggie patty so i ate it because it had been a very long wait. She offered more hot water for my tea, it never came.my boyfriend finished the meal, and she brought me another veggie burger and looked confused. I said i could not wait, (as she never said she was getting another one made!) I took it and we left. The manager only spoke to me once and its safe to say i will never ever go back to this location and i'm calling their head office. I have been eating at Red robins for over 20 years and i am just astonished at the lack of professionalism this establishment has. I'm a calm person, but i can only imagine if this were to happen to someone else. It is NOT okay to serve a vegetarian MEAT. You should all be ashamed, instead it seemed like nobody actually cared. DISGUSTING behavior.

Took forever to even order drinks. Our waiter was too busy talking with customers paying than to bring us water. I understand retail is hard but the wait time for everything we had there was ridiculous. I’ve never put in effort to write a bad review to some place but this experience has made me. The food was good although it took 2 hours to get it, plus it was the wrong order. When we asked kindly for the side of fries we ordered and a waitress gave them to us by tossing them on the table and saying “your side of fries” in a tone almost to make you feel bad. I had a bad experience before this as well but thought I’d give this location a try, I was wrong about this. I’m sad to have to write this mean comment but this terrible service has made me. Used to be my favourite restaurant but I can’t say that anymore.

Normally this would be a five but today I felt like we as customers didn't exist. We asked for salad to START. And ordered our meals the waitres dropped the drinks off and we didn't see her again till the burgers were brought by a different servwr. I asked where our salad to start was no answers given so I asked them to cancel that bow. Then again didn't see our waitress my glass was empty at the edge of the table for 15 min then oh did you still want the salad she asked ummm. No thank-you the restaurant is not busy. Disapointed this time

Today my mom and I went out to dinner, I had a free burger OR kids meal for free since it is my birthday. We specifically asked the lady for the burger free, she says okay, then we order a adult Mac and cheese! She makes us a kids Mac and cheese mixing up the free item, and claims that it was not a mistake and that was the size of the adult Mac and cheese, as we have gotten it more then many times before we knew this wasn’t true. The manager came to talk to us and she gave us two free bowls; which we did not ask for and had the guts to give us lots of attitude with it. We ordered a bowl of Mac and cheese not a bowl of attitude. Don’t recommend going there worst customer service I’ve ever experienced: .

Consistently hopping, with a team that’s used to accommodating customers well in a busy family restaurant. Truly enjoyed our last dining experience with Coltyn, who’s jovial, prompt and really on-the-ball. Iesha, the Assistant GM, is incredible with her service checkups. Highly recommended.

Lunch is not too crowded, and it's cozy that way. If you sign up for their e-mail reward program, you get a free burger for your birthday. It's a nice gesture, and valid for the entire month of your birthday. My personal favorite is the Whiskey River burger. Very friendly staff!

Best burgers hands down. Their loyalty program is amazing, do join if you can, it pays off. They offer a low calorie menu. Innovative drinks.

Ordered the local beer as they have a special on a sleeve of it! What a shame they only have one choice of local beer funny not to have more choices!

Ordered the red robin special with garlic fries’ asked for no mayo on the burger as I am allergic to mayo not mayo itself but the preservatives used by commercial manufactures! Why do restaurants not make their own it cost less and so easy to make plus one can be creative and add flavours to their own!

So first off I should have order anything but that beer too bitter for me.

Next the burger was good not great at all! Could have used some spice as it was pretty bland overall and most certainly could have used at least more tomato slices as one slice barely covered the burger.

The fries which I found funny one has to pay an extra $1.99 for herb fries but if you just stick to the standard fries they are bottomless! Does garlic powder cost that much!? Another point look at the picture you really do not get much fries even after paying the extra.

Overall will not be back as the prices are too expensive for what you are offered and quality wise there are many places to get a better burger for the same price rang!

Final point half way through my burger the waitress comes to see if I would like to order anything else! Can you wait till I finish to ask.

Disappointed!

Not impressed lately with service. We used to go to Red Robin every week with a group of friends. 5-7 people, and it was always good with great service. We moved about 10 months ago and have only seldom gone now because it's a bit of a trip now. Each time we've gone back the service has been very slow and everyone has been very unimpressed with the overall experience. The food is still decent however which is the one saving grace. It always feels understaffed at the times we've gone in, perhaps that's an issue? Not sure. Hopefully they can make some changes and get it back to where it was.

The service was great. Our server was patient with our son and all his questions. Food was good and the garlic fries are awesome!
