Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

Aaron was a great server. He provided us with exceptional service by sharing his thoughts and personal experiences with us. The foods were delicious. We will certainly come back again.

Love going to RR, unfortunately in store quality is not the same as before or as they say on their website. Our burgers were super thin, dry and burnt. Server explained they have changed supplier and the process in which they grill burgers. We’re hoping this is a one off and not the way of things to come.

We ordered takeout.mine was a banzai buger with poutine. My wife had a chicken ceasar wrap. It was our first time ordering from here. There were a few things like the pineapple being quite sour, almost no Ceasar dressing.but the biggest thing was the poutine. I thought they made a mistake at first as I couldn't see the cheese.then I saw a few small pieces in the container not on the fries. I wish I could post pictures it's.just fries and two small pieces of cheese.

Staffs are accommodating and food is always served fresh and scrumptious! Whenever we come here to dine, it’s always a great experience. I also do work in a hotel and whenever I do concierge I always add this to my recommended place.

My children love the freckled lemonade!
And I love how they have plastic straws!
For the kids menu I like how the ice cream is included. My kids say that this is one of their favourite restaurants!

We ordered the bbq ribs and bacon cheese burger. Food was amazing and our server Searra was awesome too. Definitely recommend this restaurant!

The food can be hit and miss, but the servers almost always try to remediate the issue, the atmosphere is always busy, and the prices for the food are manageable. For a late night meal I always stop there.

I'm thankful that Red Robin's has been one of the few consistent restaurants in Victoria. I'm born and raised here. This has always been my favourite restaurant since the days of the helium balloons, sky high mud pies, and my dad lifting me on his knee to reach my food because I was too stubborn to use the booster.
My go to is the whiskey river chicken burger with bacon.

My husband and I had lunch at Red Robin yesterday. It was the worst burger we've ever had. We actually had the Teriyaki Burger. First of all, I have to definitely mention the fact that we've never had to wait to be seated because "all the tables are dirty and need to be wiped down". Yup, thats what we were told. Yet we saw all kinds of tables that were vacant. Our burger was so full of teryaki sauce it fell apart when I picked it up. The slice of pineapple was very sour. My husband ordered grilled Brussels sprouts. They were inedible. The outer skins were burnt. Do not order the Brussels sprouts! The restaurant could really use an upgrading. Torn leather booths, scratched wooden tables. We will not be returning anytime soon.

Red Robin is one of my favorire hamburger place, the food change a lot, hamburgers seems to be dried and greasy.

Absolutely LOVE Red. Eveyone I know comes here for a good burger! Never have any room for dessert.

I had a great time here for lunch, I enjoyed the Whiskey River burger, it's always great. Only issue was that the fries were extremely salty, more than I could tolerate. Everything else was great.

I had lunch at this restaurant and as a vegan I ordered the only vegan item on the menu. It was a vegan patty stuffed into was seemed like half a head of iceberg lettuce. I left most of the lettuce. It was the worst vegan meal I have ever had. At a $20 price tag you can be assured I will never return. In this day and age there is no excuse to serve such a bad vegan meal.
