Me and my husband are Taiwanese beef noodle soup lovers and we glad that Red beef are in our Kits neighbourhood. The broth is rich and very flavourful. Our go to bowls are always beef special tomatoes based broth. Their fried chicken nuggets are also to die for. Absolutely amazing place. We were craving their soup and order on Uber eats from them few times. It was well packed and tasted hot like we eat in the restaurant. Highly recommend!

It's a Taiwanese restaurant with a perfect food combination. You can select a variety of foods in their menu and almost all of them taste really delicious

If you are craving authentic Taiwanese style beef noodle soup, look no further! The noodle is chewy in texture and generous in portion. The meat though relatively low in quantity, is tender and flavourful. The hot soup is rich in taste, but not too salty at all! There are also many other options if you are feeling creative!

Definitely a taste of Taiwan! Tender beef, flavorful broth, chewy noodles, friendly service, clean environment! They have one-person lunch specials for around $20 too! Would definitely recommend to friends and family!

My favorite Taiwanese beef noodle in the city. I wouldn't bother with the super premium beef noodle, just get the standard signature bowl.

The beef is incredibly flavorful and tender, and the soup is the best I've ever had. Really rich in flavor and perfectly balanced.

It's hard to find authentic Taiwanese beef noodles in the Lower Mainland, and as a Taiwanese, I can say their beef noodles are one of the most authentic ones here! The soup is mildly spicy as authentic TW beef noodles should be, and unlike some other TW restaurants that just taste like they poured a bunch of soy sauce in, there is depth to their soup base and it's very satisfying, especially when it's so piping hot. Noodles are QQ and delicious. Beef briskets are on the softer side, wish they can give it more texture. Overall delicious, highly recommended for TW beef noodles lovers.

7/25/2022: Stopped in for lunch. Not too busy, service was prompt. Ordered the premium beef noodle soup, shrimp wontons, and passionfruit iced tea. It was a hot day and the tea was very refreshing. The noodle soup was fantasic. Great clean broth, robust flavor. Noodles cooked perfectly and the beef was so tender.

Our favourite taiwanese beef noodle in Vancouver hands down. For noodles, we tried both the classic taiwanese beef Noodle as well as the herbal beef Noodle. The classic is well, the classic, but it was very good. The broth is filled with flavour and the meat was very tender. For noodles, it comes with the regular thin noodle, but you do have the choice to change to the the flat noodles, which I always do.

Side dishes is another area they absolutely shine in. Most of the deep fried appetizers like popcorn chicken or squid are very good, along with beef wrap. These are in my opinion all must tries.

Service here is mediocre, they do what they have to do, but nothing extraordinary. They haven't done anything to stand out, and I'm completely okay with that.

Good food and reasonable price, clean dining environment, friendly service! Their bubble tea and slush is good!

Horribly slow, 36 mins waiting time for a bowl of noodle in non-peak hours. Food is ok but pricey.

This bowl of soup is unbelievable! I'm surprised that i've just found out about this place because it's honestly one of the best bowls of soup in the city. The broth is so beefy and flavorful. Not sure if the noodles are hand made but they taste like they are. The cuts of beef they use are so juicy and thick. I had the beef trio and it was enough for 2 separate meals. Would highly recommend this place.

Been living by this place for years and finally decided to try it out. It was surprisingly good. Got the premium beef soup and pork soup dumplings. Delicious! Highly recommend it

I have recently been there with my bf and we absolutely loved this place! The waitress was super kind and friendly, the service was excellent. We ordered two signature soups and it was delicious. Next time we come to Vancouver - we will definitely stop by again!

This place is surprisingly amazing! One of the best beef noodle soups I've had in Vancouver.
The location is rare for a Taiwanese restaurant but hey, it's working.
The soup base is sooo good! The appetizers are really good as well and the beef and tendon combination with the noodles is really good. I really recommend this place! You won't be disappointed!

Red beef is my go-to Taiwanese food. There's no taiwanese place that's better. One big bowl of rice that fills your craving to the max. Can't beat that.

Giving it 4 stars as I have never eaten in there, but have gotten take out with Doordash or pick up with a coworker. The food is amazing and satisfying, and my order is always correct. Can't ask for anything more, at least until Covid is over and I get a chance to eat in there.

I have been coming to Red Beef for a few years now for the beef noodle and it has yet to disappoint me. Their signature beef noodle broth is full of flavour and is very authentic to the ones you get in Taiwan. This establishment is hands one top 2 beef noodle in the Lower Mainland in my honest opinion.

The soup in the Tomato Beef Noodle is always rich in tomato-y goodness with some small chunks of crushed tomato in the soup. I highly recommend this as I think it is the best tomato beef noodles I have had here. The white noodle texture is chewy and has the right bounce in your mouth.
I have also ordered their Salt and Pepper Chicken and their Salt and Pepper Squid. Again, both items are very authentic and taste similar to the ones you get in Taiwan. The chicken pieces are decently sized and juicy and tender on the inside. Their squid pieces are huge and not overly battered. Either dish is very well worth the $8.95 price tag.

The only "con" I could say that is for $13.95 I hope there would be a few more pieces of bok choy or another slice of beef. Other than that, I always leave satisfied.

Great service and friendly staff. Safety protocols were excellent. Beef noodle was superb. Clean, beefy, and savoury broth with super tender beef! A definite must go for Taiwanese beef noodle.

Ordered via UberEats, food came hot and ready to eat which isn't the case all the time when you get soup noodle for delivery. I had the signature beef and tendon noodle soup, salt and pepper popcorn chicken and the pan fried beef dumplings. All was pretty good. Popcorn chicken was favourite.

Im going to have to rate this place the second best Tawainese beef noodle in the Greater Vancouver area
I rate these things 5 stars (service, quality of noodles, beef, tea, vegetables and interior design of restaurant) except the broth and the watermelon juice.the broth is okay but doesn't make me really go "WOW this is sooo gooood" The watermelon juice doesn't really have much taste either and social distancing for our table was not exactly 6 meters. So hopefully they can improve on all this other than that most people will like this restaurant.

Ordered the salt & pepper popcorn chicken and it was perfect. They use real chicken with a light and crunchy shel served with a few green beans and basil. A delicious appetizer that pleased the whole family.

Wow customer service here definitely blew me away! Each table has bottled water waiting for you and the people are very kind and respectful. There were not any plexiglass set up however, everyone wore masks and the tables were spaced more than 6 feet apart. The food here is delicious! By far my favourite was the salt&pepper octopus tentacles. It was so tasty and the octopus was cooked perfectly. It also came in a generous portion size. Soups also taste great! I would say it is slightly salty and does have some MSG in it as I was quite thirsty after leaving the restaurant but I didn’t mind since it tasted good! I ordered the beef brisket clear soup and the beef wasn’t as tender as I thought it’d be. There was fat still on it and I have to chew it a lot to get the meat off the fat. I would come here again to try other dimsum items and noodle soups!

Excellent great customer service server so nice they are on the top, best soup in town is a combination of China and Taiwan the meat is cook slowly for 12 hours and they used secret spices to make it tender and the taste omg is to die for i hardly recommend RedBeef is the place

I came to try the beef noodle soup, they also have beef tendon soup, so I ordered that. I will definitely come back for more.

I've been coming to Redbeef over a year already and I highly recommend them. Don't let my 4 stars scare you I'm just hard to impress 100%. I've eaten noodles from all over Taiwan on my travels from Street side carts, local recommendations and Michelin stars. I would rank this somewhere between the latter two. In terms of Vancouver, it is the best broth I've had in the city hands down. Full of rich flavour, not too exotic and has lots of the umami taste. Give it a try.

Great little spot to enjoy after a late night's work! Dine in was available, and I ordered the specialty beef noodle soup. The broth was super tasty and the noodles had a nice texture / thickness. Definitely recommend!

Cozy sitting, fast service. Beef noodle soup it's a bit salty, seems too much MSG added. Fry rib noodle soup taste not so strong, far better. Tiny 小笼包xiaolongba looks good but taste below competition, need improvement.

Been here twice now while out in this area. The beef noodle soup does not disappoint. Great flavour in the broth and very soft thick-cut beef slices. Noodles are nice and chewy. Just be sure to order the Signature BEEF Noodle Soup and not the meatless Signature Noodle Soup by accident, as it is easy to mix up on their mobile covid-19 menu. Waitress was quick to realize my mistake and kindly pointed it out:) Also their beef roll is pretty bomb compared to other locations I've been to.

Great Taiwanese beef noodle. I would say one of the best in Vancouver. Very legit and similar to what you would find in Taiwan. The portion size is larger than most other restaurants. You get almost twice the amount of beef compared to other restaurants. It's a little pricier but worth it if you're hungry!

Loved the noodle soup here, so flavourful and I like that it’s an udon texture! The side dish I got was delish it was the spicy wonton and sesame ball. The supreme noodle soup is good the meat is better than the regular beef brisket

Actually so damn good. The go to spot for beef noodle soup without a doubt. Get the 20 dollar bowl - the beef is amazing.

Their beef soup noodles and the tomato one is so yummy. The smaller dimsum plates are just so so. But go for the beef soup

Everything is good, food is authentic like the way it should be, price is right for the "decor' and location", the dining room is nicely kept and clean, very attentive servers, only complaint is the expensive street parking, that moment I realized I truly am from the boonies.

All of the dimsum I ordered was tasteless, dumplings were dry and opaque like they were freezer burned before they were cooked. The rice and spare rib was really bad too. Mushy rice with a dry and crumbly old overcooked egg. Pretty disappointing compared to all the other great food in the Chinatown area.

Came for the Covid take out. Service was fast and th food was yummy. Taiwanese food galore! Will need to come when it's open for done in as take away food ages on a bike ride!

I used to like the restaurant a lot, for their decent price good quality food. But yesterday I ordered a takeout, an early dinner like around 4: 30-ish. I was very very disappointed that the fried pork rib tasted like old food from maybe a lunch left over? The taste had a weird smell that you can tell it’s been cooked more than one time so it was not fresh.
I understand due to the Covid situation It is not easy to run a restaurant business, but I do feel like food quality should be maintained and should be safe to eat if you are doing a food services.
