On my second pair of Canada west boots from here, not that I wore them out but just because they're such a great pair of boots I had to get a second pair! Always a pleasure to stop by have a chat with he lovely staff and grab some new work wear or boots, which they have a much better selection of compared to other stores in the Okanagan.

I bought some ‘Canada west’ work boots from Reddhart. They are the finest pair of boots I have ever owned and with proper care you can expect them to last many, many years. The staff was friendly and helpful and the boots are made in Canada which is an extra bonus.

Honesty, I don’t enjoy the shopping process much and I wasn’t having much luck buying clothes for work as everywhere was so busy, picked over or not on sale…in steps Carol to save the day.

Tried Redhart as id driven past it a lot and have seen from outside they have all the good brands. I walked in and started to look at the boots right away. Carol helped me buy excellent quality, insulated and waterproof boots at an absolute bargain of $150.00 which meant I had budget left for Carhartt pants and a shirt (both 15% off)

And a free touque!

Well worth the drive from Kamloops for my Keen boots. Deb was great at customer service. Answered all my questions and had a great sense of humor. I think this store is a prime example of what all stores should strive and achieve for customer service. Will be coming back more. Well worth the drive. Very reasonable prices too.

Great selection of work boots and gear! I delt with Debb to get a pair of boots, she made sure the leather on the boots was taken care of before I walked out to ensure to boots would last and gave tips on keeping them in good shape!

The best of the best. Deb and the Reddhart team go above and beyond for their customers. With their help, I was able to place an order of 43 Carhartt hoodies with a second order on the way still! Deb was close with a friend of mine who recently passed, and he spoke so highly of her and the store. It was an obvious choice to go to her to place the order of hoodies to help honour him. The Kelowna Reddhart team was attentive, respectful and more than happy to help. I am so pleased to work with Deb and they will forever have my business. Deb the manager helped me find the correct pair of work boots, not too wide, not too heavy, no extra features that I wouldn't need. And I'm getting close to getting $50 off through their loyalty program too. Very satisfied that I made the trip.

The woman with deep voice was extremely rude I wanted a pair of boots I have been wearing for 5 years and she tried talking me out of buying them suggesting a pair she wanted to sell me I said no I'm good so she said go somewhere else then if you don't want my advice very rude.

I wish there was less stars to give honestly. As soon as I entered and started asking about product I was given a harsh vibe as if I was “ just a tire kicker “ or waste of time. I was in a bind and the manager of this store in kelowna went so far above and beyond for me it was amazing. Very friendly very helpful and best prices for carhartt gear ive found anywhere. I even forgot my phone in the store and she snagged it and made sure it got back to me. All my business will be going here from now on and i hope she remains open for years and years to come
