PSA TO WOMEN The only option for women's pants are the carhart leggings. And the wall of “unisex” pants. Women’s bodies are built different than mens. I’d really like to see in the future a change where they bring in carhart women's pants. I want to support local. I’m disappointed. Lovely girl working though!

Excellent service by sale member, Adam. Checked my feet and provided an analysis with 3 shoes to choose from with excellent comments on each pair. We were in and out of the store within 1/2 hour. Had a strange defect in boot but had thrown out box I was worried about being able to exchange them. I was able to swap them out hassle free excellent service highly recommended!

They didn't have what I found on their website and the clerk admitted it was in their Mainland stores but offered me no solutions for allowing me to get it to the Nanaimo location. I was ready to buy and was turned away.

Was taken away by the cleanliness, organization, inventory and quality of service. Our whole team will be outfitted by Redhart Nanaimo from now on.

What a wonderful experience! I was greeted, and welcomed to the store, by wonderful intelligent helpful staff. I was seated and presented with the boots I was interested in, in my size! Then I had my feet measured for custom insoles that made the boots even better, and my booted were treated with protectant free of charge before I left the store.
Your feet are important, don’t mess around with big box stores, go here and leave smiling.

I have been shopping at Reddhart for few years now. The prices are great as most of the time there is a discount. Not to forget the point system Reddhart has for loyal customers. Carhartt has become super fashionable over the years and Reddhart has kept up with a great selection!
Now onto the great staff. I have dealt with Brian, Jan and Marina and they are absolutely great in seeing to the customer needs. I brought in my brother from Ontario and he was overwhelmed in the selection and especially the staff who helped out!
If you want good reliable and good looking clothing, go to this store!
