(2022) I came into the store and I could hear the manager Lisa sharing an in-depth knowledge of work boots with multiple customers.it was nice to hear somebody who knew what they were talking about. She gave me honest opinions and a helping hand. I am looking forward to coming back.

They provide high quality 100% cotton work wear, and the prices are fair. The employees are helpful, and they have a positive attitude. Always a good experience here, and I prefer it highly over Marks.

Long over due I know. I went in there a year and a half ago to get the carhartt ladies leggings and They didn’t have my size so the cashier asked if I’d like to put my name on a list because they would be getting some in soon and I would get a phone call to come in and grab a pair. The person took the size that I thought I would need, my name and my phone number. I am yet to hear back from them. I appreciate the effort they made but the follow-through just wasn’t there

Wonderful service yet again. Looking for a work boot that can hold up and still be comfortable. The lady knew what to show me and even helped by correcting what I thought was my size.

Great Carhartt and Keen work wear store. A great selection and styles of both major brands along with others. The staff were very pleasant and helpful, especially Jesse. Now for why I didn't give them a five star rating. They have no price stickers on the Carhartt clothing, jackets, vests, t-shirts etc. KNOW your Carhartt pricing from other stores or online before you buy. Compare pricing. It is as if they are changing the prices depending on what the work wear clothing market is doing daily, weekly, and monthly. I lucked out as I knew what everything I looked at cost at other stores, online, and in the States. Their pricing was fair and around what everyone else was charging, and a 15% off sale to boot. I look forward to shopping at Reddhart Workwear again.

The store have a really good selections for my feet, I have a wide feet and It didn't take long for me to find the steel toe shoes that I like and fit comfortably. The staff and manager on site were super friendly and helpful. I am very happy with my purchase at this store in Langley.
I am definitely returning here for my next purchase.

One of the few places that carry Blundstone steel toes, and are very good with there stock on sizes. Bought 2 work boots already from here and the manager there Lisa is very nice and suggesting.

I used to really enjoy this store, but recently I have noticed that they have been removing the prices from all of there products except for the boots. I will be taking my business elsewhere to a store that has the decency to put the price on there products.

Great place for workwear. Lisa the store manager is always great to deal with and is very knowledgeable and helpful. Was just there a couple days ago and as ussual there were great deals. I will never shop for work clothing anywhere elses. They always have a great selection and my sizes in stock. I used to go to Marks all the time and it seams like whenever I find somthing I want they only have small or Xlarge and there prices are always more expensive than reddhart. Reddhart for the win! I will be definately be going back.

Came in here today to buy a new pair of work boots. Spent 10 minutes looking at boots and accessories as the two employees were too busy chatting at the other end of the store to greet me or ask if I needed help. Poor service, will goto redwing instead.

Anyway, I recently on two occasions had experienced incredible service and advise, that I am so glad I took. For years I’ve cheaped out on two very important aspects of gear for myself. I work in construction and came to this store to invest in rain gear and boots. She asked me my working conditions & She knew exactly what I was looking for. My feet have never been happier and my body dry in any conditions. Thank you

Very good store. Probably the best shoe buying experience both my husband and I have ever had. Absolutely excellent customer service. The woman who helped us was amazing. The younger man there also helping here and there was really good. I'd go back. I'd tell my friends that work in construction to get their workboots and clothing there.

Nice selection of boots. I choose 3 to try on. Unfortunately no one approached to help me. They helped the couple that came in after me. Oh well, I will take my business elsewhere.

Great customer experience and quality products! We got work boots today for my girlfriend (electrician). The store manager, Lisa, was a delight—very helpful and knowledgeable.

As a gardener I was having a very hard time finding a pair of comfortable work boots. I had excellent service from Nassif who helped me find the most comfortable, perfect pair of boots. Very pleasant experience. Will be getting all of my work gear from here from now on.

Was told that they would hold an item for me to purchase only to have driven far out of the way to go pick it up and for them to have sold it with no reason or contact. Poor service and poor customer relations

I had an absolutely fantastic experience with elise. I went in for redwing boots but because of covid Redwing are on back order and she recommended a Canadian boot. Called Canada west boots. They are excellent boots, She even helped me condition them. Great store will definitely be returning!

Great place to get all your work gear. Highest quality products and great prices. And the customer service was outstanding, specifically a gentleman named Nafees. He was very helpful, and knowledgeable about the products.

Some of the best service I have ever had. So good its not customer service, its hospitality! They have wide selection of work boots to clothes from all price ranges. Carhaart is 20% off & have bought 4 pairs of Canada West boots from here (two steel-toe (welder & insulated), that work great. Staff are friendly & knowledgeable. Used to go to Ono for the same work discount but they had much, much, less of a selection of Carhartt. Nassif helped me buy my latest pair of Canada West & is cool, knew sizes well & has a good attitude.

Great quality products. Lots of Keen boots which I've found to be the best quality work boot. Lisa the manager is really helpful & kind, absolutely outstanding customer service. They have a rewards program too. Will always look there first.

I would not recommend this store because the staff and products can not be trusted!

I was on the fence about buying a pair of work boots that were a bit small on me, but the lady working the store insisted I buy them and wear them inside for the next 3-4 days and I return them if they were uncomfortable. I wore them for 2 hrs inside the house and decided they were too small. When I went to return them the very next day, the same lady who sold me the boots told me I couldnt return them because of a tiny scuff on the tread of the boot. Instead of addressing this professionally she went around disrupting other clients, breaking social distancing to ask if they're willing to buy the shoe that had a tiny scuff. When in fact, to sell me leather cleaning products for those shoes, she used the spray and brush on her own shoes. If you want to buy slightly used shoe cleaning products at full price and want to be lied to by the staff, this is the place for you.

Awesome help today from Nafees with a pair of pants and sound advice about insoles. Great service and excellent product knowledge. Would certainly recommend this store!

Was a welcome change from Mark's work warehouse. I was helped almost immediately on arrival by Nassif and all the products laid out were available. Kind and quick service has shown me why I'll be coming here instead of Mark's from now on.

I wanted to share my experience I had today at Reddhard Workwear in Langley. I have difficulties getting boots as I have problem feet and the customer service I received today was amazing. Lisa spend alot of time with me making sure I found the right boots. Her knowledge, patience and customer service is exceptional. I highly recommend going to Reddhard.you will not be dissapointed!
