I came in ready to trial and error my way through the selection but was quickly impressed at how knowledgeable she was about the boots fit and it was amazing how quick she nailed down my sizing and figured out what brands/models fit the best. Highly recommend starting here if you're looking for work boots.

Purchased my first pair of Canada West boots here. Arsh's customer service was excellent; she was very patient answering my questions and let me try on several pairs to find what worked for me. Highly recommend going in-person to check your sizing as Canada West boots are 1-1.5 sizes below your usual and the toe box is wider than standard.

Been wearing CSA boots for so many years on and off. Bought the cheapest not good to the most expensive and not good. Both places tend to have poor service too. Enter Reddhart, Gloria at the Burnaby branch is awesome and seems to know everything about boots and the work we all do too. Amazing. Sounds like she’s done everything. I've now shopped twice at Reddhart and both times dealt with Nassif. Nassif was pleasant and knowledgeable and made great suggestions for footwear based on my requirements. Reddhart will be my destination of choice the next time I'm in the market for footwear!

Glorıa always helps me wıth boots shoes cleanıng products socks ınsoles she ıs always there when I go there ha ha ha Does she have a day off. I know she loves her job. She walked me through all the steps for carıng for my leather boot.

I was having trouble finding the specific boot I wanted anywhere in store or online. I stumbled across the Reddhart store online with stock and put my order in just like any other purchase. It was after this that my purchase became a little more personal and ensured that I will be a repeat customer. I received an email from a gentleman named Graeme, thanking me for my purchase and telling me that his wife would be sending out my boots the next day and she would follow up with an email as well. As promised, the next day my boots were shipped and another personal email followed up with the shipping information. I always try to purchase from a company that adds that personal touch to their sales and I have found that here.

If your serious about investing in a real heritage style boot this is the place. I spent a year doing research and phoning around. Gloria at the Burnaby Reddart is the most knowledgeable and qualified salesperson to set you up. Also, this may be the best selection of WM. Moorby's in the lower Mainland.

Best boot buying experience in my life, the lady who was helping me was extremely knowledgeable and i learned a load about boots i never knew during my visit. She helped me choose out a great pair of Canada west boots which i am very excited to use. I would recommend this store to anyone looking for a new pair of boots.

Awesome little boot shop, with a great selection. Gloria the manager was incredibly helpful, answered all my questions and got me into a perfect fitting pair of Canada West WM Moorby heritage boots. Thanks Gloria for all your help in finding the perfect work boots for me. Ive always been a fan of Red Wing boots. But they were just always a little bit off in terms
of fit, and heavy. Keens were good but the soles I found wore out a little to quick for my liking. Blundstones are great if you hate lacing up. Again great boots but my high arches could never quite settle in them.

Enter Gloria and her recommendation - Royer boots. I had never heard of them before. They are my new favorites!

I walk on concrete all day. Lots of bending and kneeling down. I wound up getting the Royer 5625GT 6” metal free boots. So light and comfortable! The Vibram soles have great anti slip grips, the boots are waterproof and breath very well compare to full leather boots. I usually suffer from hot feet, but with these boots I find my feet don’t get so sweaty.

The size 10 standard width boots were so comfortable that I wound up getting the 8” version as well for my winter boots.

Highly recommend these Royer boots. And if the Royer don’t work for you, Gloria will help you find your perfect fit with the great selection that Red Hart stocks. Thanks for all your help.

This review is more on the after sales service side, and what else can I say other than it’s fantastic. I had a shoe sizing problem and Gloria was very patient and understanding about my problem, and offered me a quick and easy solution! I also learned from her with her sharing her personal experiences with boots, including how to look at fit&sizing&comfort. I think when you look for a boot store, it’s not just about getting the product, but also one where your concerns are treated genuinely and where you can learn more about the boots that we move in everyday from knowledgeable people. Enthusiastically recommended!

TL;DR. Best collection of workboots with many size 13 and above. Reasonably priced, reasonably helped, reasonably happy. I recommend Reddhart to coworkers, friends and family.

I dropped in a few times to try on Redwing boots on clearance. Finally when I went in to make a purchase, Gloria gave me a total download on strengths and weaknesses of different brands. Suggested I try a couple other boots before making a decision, she was right. After a schooling in boot manufacturing and quality comfort I rested on a pair of stichless Keens. It's only been a week, but these are the most comfortable 8" work boots I've owned throughout the last decade. I can really jog in these and would wear them comfortably outside of work.

Big boys pay attention to this. Gloria is the best at finding footwear for us hard to fit foot owners. I had been to a few different stores looking for some CSA footwear and she hooked me up with some #keen. Covid safe shopping with quick professional service. Highly recommended

Really dissapointed with the customer service. Due to Covid, safety measures are in place and only a handful of people can be in the store at once. When we arrived there was one other customer in the store. My fiance was looking for new work boots and insoles. He went to look at the insoles first, the women who was working let in another couple. She starts helping them and then says loudly across the room to us "maybe we should call it a day if theres nothing we like. " My fiance replied, "i guess theres too many people in here". She agreed with him, that was why. We had only been there for less then 10 mins and had not even looked at the boots yet. Yet we were basically getting kicked out because she let in two more people. Why was the two people after us not the ones asked to leave, or to wait outside? Perhaps because they were trying on boots and their sale would have been higher? We left and went to Mark's where he bought both his boots and insoles.

Whenever my husband or I go in there, Gloria, is always so helpful in sharing information about the boots. Work boots or Blundstones for me we always learn what we need to. She also always oils our boots for us to make them look perfect. Your point system is awesome. I was able to use $50 credit on my blundstones. Thank you for great service and selection.

Was looking for a pair of redwing boots. They had them but not my size. She convinced me to try on a pair of reddheart boots (built in canada). Better build, better waterproof protection, better sole, etc. So i bought a pair.
I work outside, and i put on 20,000 + steps a day. After the first day, my new reddharts felt loose, too big. Blisters developped. I bought taller insoles to help, but it didnt. My loss.
Update: the store manager has offered to help me out by getting me into a pair that fits. She didnt have to. Thats proof that there are still good people out there.
