I’m extremely disappointed at the level of quality of the car wash. For a $55 car wash, I would have expected a more detailed hand car wash and not just a spray and brush. The is dirt in all the areas that you want expect to see in a cheap $10.00 express car wash drive through and certainly not the detail that you would expect in $55 detailed car wash. So so so extremely disappointed. The only good experience was the extremely pleasant receptionist. I never do these types of reviews, but spending so much for so little, angered me. Never again! Just got my Honda fit cleaned here and I am super impressed with how clean and shiny my car is! First detail in 3 years and they did an incredible job.

They didn’t even finish cleaning my car when I picked up my car. I found my interior was still dirty and windows still had a lot streaks inside

I paid 200$ for the interior and exterior wash. They didn’t even vacuum one of my seats. I had found dirty crumbs on my seats. And the doors and truck were soaking wet with cleaning chemicals

On one hand, they did a thorough job getting my car clean and rid of all the dog hair and within the specified timeframe. Nice guys too.

However, my front windshield now is scratched up (one deep scratch and multiple hairline scratches) and I don't have any "Before" photos (because I didn't think to take pictures of their windshield before a detail job) so I can't do anything about it. It's a constant reminder of the mistake while I'm driving, because it's always in my face. Very frustrating.

Also the chemical smell lingered for weeks. Made it annoying to drive in below freezing winter weather to have to keep my windows open so that I'm not breathing in toxic fumes.

The lesson here is: take good photos of you car and especially your windshield, before getting it detailed.

I highly recommend Reddys car wash to anyone looking for a company that focuses on the details. I have a ram 1500 that gets used for work quite often and when the boys at Reddy's are done with it, it looks like a brand new vehicle. I refer them every chance I get.

Very Professional, job done was highly up to my expectation and look perfect to me. The only comment I have was the Receptionist wasn't so friendly, not even seen her smile or make any greeting to customer. Overall experience was Excellent.

As a business we used to detail and clean our customers cars ourselves until we got in touch with Reddy’s detail shop. Its always best to let a professional do their job and that is what they are. For us they always go an extra step when doing their services. The staff is flexible to work with our schedule to make sure every one of our customers leaves happy. Extremely pleased with the details, paint corrections and just quick clean and vacuum jobs. Best shop in richmond by far. 5 star rating all the way.

I took my car to Reddy's for a full auto detailing, inside and out. From booking the appointment, to dropping the car, and picking it up, the appointment was straight forward and swift. As this was the first time I had my car detailed, I had some questions. I appreciated the care and patience everyone had and highly rate the customer service and professionalism. Took our car on a road trip last August and have been through many car wash places but our front bumper would still have remnants of all the dead bugs. Reddy cleaned them right off. And pricing is affordable. Thanks

Honestly, I couldn't have chosen a better place to go to, Reddy's auto cosmetics are professional, punctual, friendly, and they deliver on their end.recently brought in my 2021 Hyundai Tucson to get the exterior ceramic coated, and interior leather protection. I got my vehicle back after a day and a half and she was shining like a Dimond, all the factory swirl marks had been removed and I had a vehicle that still looks shiny even after a rain and windstorm! Don't waste your money else where go straight to reddys!

A family member recommended this place and I was not disappointed at all! They did a complete detail in hopes to rid the skunk smell inside my car. Yes, I said skunk smell, lol! Don’t ask. But let’s just say it was putrid and I was afraid nothing would get it out. Reddy’s to the rescue! It took 2 days but they conveniently helped me with a courtesy car. They were very reliable, professional, polite, and helpful. I’d highly recommend Reddy’s to anyone as they did an amazing job on my car’s interior (and exterior) with a smile and an awesome attitude! A nice place to get our vehicles cleaned in and out. I am satisfied on their quality of work with good autimated facility. There is customer waiting area with washroom. They have many packages for us to choose from for our vehicles.

From start to finish with my Mercedes I have had nothing but Profesional and polite customer service. I had stains from a leaky sunroof on my headliner and these guys made it almost look new. Integrity is important to me and these guys have it. I had a $2000.00 putter in my trunk and it was still there when I returned. I have no problem recommending this company. Drop it off at park and fly or go by there shop. You won't be disappointed

Had ceramic coating / paint correction done on my suv, service was great and also provided me with a loaner car for the 2 days my car was in. Results were really nice, finish is super smooth and clean. Highly recommend!

These guys did a full paint correction, ceramic coating and detail for me. Helped clean up all imperfections in my paint job. Pictures speak 1000 words check out there IG page.

I got my BMW detailed here yesterday and I highly recommend this shop. Their attention to detail is top notch and left my car spotless clean. Service and attitude is extremely professional. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Big money and for big money there is an expectation of excellence which they fall short on. I have now tried contacting them several times and still no response because of that now give them a zero rating of 1, if I could put zero i would as I find no response is a poor customer service and that they don't care

We had the interior shampoo and detailing package for our vehicle today. They did an amazing job removing all the pet hair, dirt, grime and debris from the entire interior. The seats are shiny and sweaky clean. The dash and all surfaces are clean and spotless. Thanks for making our car new again!

Wow. These guys are my new favourite car wash. Very nice staff, professional, clean, organized. They gave me a "no. 5" which is the vacuum and car wash and I'm not sure what else they did but my car came out amazing. Definitely coming back soon!

32 bucks rip off. Vacuum guys were good and diligent. However, Wheels not soaped/scrubbed/washed with soap properly, not sure if car was waxed. Didn’t look like it machine is antiquated. Liquids used by to spray inside them appeared diluted with water did not do the job well. Car was not wet wiped down properly, had to point out many defects, staff seemed in a hurry busy traffic. Could have saved money doing it myself. Guys are friendly one guy tried to say we don’t do the whole car but the door jams etc not adequately cleaned. Dissatisfied. Not going back.

The reason for 2 stars is they didn't pay attention to details. Although I paid more to wash the hinges and door insides, but they were not clean. Car exterior was clean (even gas station car wash does it) but, for example, they didn't even touch under the tailgate, where the license plate light is. Anyway, next time, I will try somewhere else.

By the way, the lady behind the counter was doing morning grooming there. Flattening her hairs right there. I think that's not professional.

I got package #5. What a horrible cleaning job. My car was not really dirty to begin with, but nothing got cleaned! The windows looked streaky and worse, the mats weren't put back properly, some fallen snacks beside the seat were still there, and the cupholders and door pockets looked like they weren't even touched! Horrible cleaning job, waste of money. I won't be coming back here.

Front desk and staff are overall very pleasing to deal with, but after all, I was there for carwash service. It was obvious that the machine was less than impressive, but seeing all the hard working people in action as an addition to the ancient machine got my hope up. Sadly, that was just an illusion. I had to hand clean every door handles and the back spoiler of my SUV right after seeing it. The staff were hard working, and they were very busy. Even as upaet as I was, I didn't want to interrupt the workflow they had going on. On top of thar, the windshield and side mirror wasn't cleaned well. It got super obvious especially when it got all foggy.

As nice as the staff were, it's very unlikely I would ever repeat the mistake, and most definitely will never recommend anyone to use the service. It's especially bad when the end result was much worse than a carwash machine, when there were so many people involved in cleaning a car.

I chose the $27.50 to clean outside and vacuum and clean interior. I was surprised I could pick up my car in 10 mins. Wheels are still rustic, not clean at all.inside are still all over dust, they didn't clean it at all.multiple finger prints left on the front shield.the services I received are similar to a $8 drive through machine wash. I was thinking to tell the attendant to clean it again. But, if they thought it was perfect to return the car to me. Why am I bothered to ask? I just left and won't go back.

Came in today after a really long time. Got #5 so I spent close to $35 I believe and the car looks decent on the outside. But inside there are still some crumbs on the back seat. The dashboard is still dusty. My front doors, when you open them the bottoms have foot marks still. Honestly I don’t mind paying more but there was not quality. I rather pay more so everything is done. The trunk wasn’t fully vacuumed either, still crumbs there. Time to find a new car wash place in Richmond. I stopped going here because the quality went down and it looks like it hasn’t improved.
