Big one bedroom apartments. Building management is quick and responsive to any queries. Aida has been amazing to deal with. Building is central to the greater Vancouver area.

I live in Redwood apartments since 2020 and I love it.
My first year, we lived in a 1 bedroom apartment and I have to say you that the bedroom is huge, we live there with my little one with enough space for each of us.
This year we had lucky and we could move on the same building to a 2 bedroom apartment and we are very happy with everything.
The neighborhood is amazing, you have the 105 bus on front of the building and the skytrain station just 10 minutes walking. Queens park is around the corner with a lot of options for families with kids, and also is very close to the new recreation centre təməsew̓tx.
The manager in charge of the building (Aida) is kind and above and beyond every expectations.
The resident portal is easy to use, and even when sometime you could need something to repair (that could happen) they care about your needs and always fix it faster.
