I came to this clinic to do Morpheus8 and the entire staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. Tara did my treatments, and she went above and beyond to make sure that I feel comfortable and that I get the best possible results. I highly recommend this clinic for any procedure. About a week ago I had my first SilkPeel done by Tara and Julia at Refine Cosmetics and it was such a great experience! Their hospitality and genuine interest in my skin concerns went above my expectations. I have very sensitive skin and was a bit nervous for how it would react when receiving the facial, however, Tara and Julia were both so kind and knowledgable that I fully trusted them to take care of my skin. I encourage everyone to receive a SilkPeel here once in their life. I received so many compliments on how clean and fresh my skin looked afterwards. Will definitely be going back again.

I just recently had a lower blepharoplasty and c02 laser combo with Dr. Denton, I am two weeks out and I’m already 95% healed and loving the results so much. I have been going to the clinic for various other procedures and I am always so happy with the service, care and professionalism of the staff.

Tara did my coolsculpting treatment. She is professional, friendly and caring. She explained the details of the procedure in advance. Everything went smoothly.
Victoria, who works on the front desk, is also professional and friendly.

Gabrielle, Tara, and Victoria are amazing and kind. They took the time to listen to my skin goals and suggested a skin treatment program for me within my budget. I have had such a wonderful experience with Gabrielle. It was my first time doing micro-needling, and Gabrielle always put my mind at ease and answered my questions. I feel like her kindness and professionalism made my experience during my last two sessions. Despite the very minor discomfort during the procedure, Gabrielle continuously checked on me and kept me relaxed. I highly recommend Refine, but specifically I recommend contacting Gabrielle.

I went to Refine for my first ever medi spa treatmentment - IPL for sun damage. The spa is lovely and Lana made me feel super comfortable. I admit to being pretty nervous but Lana was really patient answering all my questions. I'm already so pleased with the results after one session thanks to her attention. Will be back!

I have been to Refine for tattoo laser removal with Lana. The clinic beautiful, very clean and well managed. The girls are top notch very informative and knowledgeable, super important when your getting intensive treatments. Lanas bedside manner is SO AMAZING! She really goes ABOVE AND BEYOND. Tattoo laser removal is not the most comfortable thing but the team really makes sure you are well taken care of! Most importantly results! My tattoo which was very dark and covered a large space has lifted more than 50% in just two sessions. So happy I chose Refine to get my tattoo laser removal.

I've been a regular client of this fabulous medical-spa for the past 5 years. The staff is amazing and always friendly. Dr. Denton is a maestro, he listens to what you think you need, he offers helpful advice and recommendations but ultimately leaves the decision making up to you, I have never felt pressured or like I was being up-sold on something that wasn't right for me. Treatments and procedures are always well explained. I love this faciility.

I've seen Gabriella for a series of different treatments. She is definitely one of the most knowledgeable skin experts I've met. On my first consultation she came up with a plan for my skin and seemed to really care about helping me with my trouble spots and concerns. I've been coming in for treatments ever since. On top of that, she's great to chat with during the treatments as she's kind, friendly and professional. I've enjoyed the treatment times (a nice little zen time out for me), but more importantly I love the results! They really know what they're doing here and the difference in my skin is significant. The changes were seen after my first treatment. I began getting comments on my skin from people who hadn't seen me in a while. This facility is clean and I've also felt safe coming here since the pandemic began which is really important to me.

Just had under eye fillers done and the staff were all amazing and so sweet. I was quite nervous about the procedure but they put me at ease and made sure I was comfortable. Dr. Denton was also very gentle and patient and answered all of my questions, the procedure was so quick and relatively painless. I’m so happy with my results!

When I had heard that Pender Medi Spa was bringing in the EMSculpt I was immediately interested. I wanted to try it out to help accelerate the results of my fitness work for firmer and visible abs. I was not disappointed! The technician, Gabriele, had the treatment room set up perfectly with dimmed lighting and an air diffuser that created a soothing space for my session. I did 4 over the course of a month and each time she was attentive, reassuring and very knowledgeable about the procedure and what to expect during each treatment. My results were fantastic in a fairly short timeline and I have recommended it to several of my friends to try out. A surprise side bonus was our conversation during treatment. I had some digestive issues and it turned out Gabriele is also a Registered Nutritionist which made for some very helpful tips! I’m looking forward to doing this again!

The office manager Celine definitely has her nose up in the air. Schedules are frequently being changed at a snap of a finger. Preppy office not worth the money. You are just a number to the staff and doctor, not treated with respect.

I've been going here for several years for various treatments. I wanted to give a particular shout out to Jessie Mae who is fantastic for laser treatment. She's very kind and personable, and makes the process much more pleasant than it would otherwise be. The rest of the staff, and Dr. Denton, are all very professional and friendly. I've always had great results.

I went to Pender Medi Spa and was pleasantly surprised with how beautiful the clinic was.   Celene, the Clinic Director, was there to meet me upon arrival and brought me into a consult with Dr Denton.   He was very kind and calmed all my nerves with injectables as it was my first time. I was so happy with he results and can’t thank the staff enough how well they took care of me. I highly recommend Dr Denton and his staff to anyone who is looking for the best injector in Vancouver!

I have seen Gabriele many times for coolsculpting and skin tightening for my double chin problems. SHE IS AN ABSOLUTE ANGEL. Love this clinic. The team is amazing and very knowledgeable. It is very refreshing to go to a clinic where they actually care to help you and not just try to sell you. Dr Denton does amazing work that looks very natural. I have been seeing Gabrielle for help with tightening my stomach with cool sculpting and Exilis Elite and have had amazing results. I also just finished 2 out of 4 sessions of their new procedure E sculpt and can already see muscles popping out!

Dr. Denton and his whole team were incredibly kind and professional during my Radiesse appointment.
