The laser machines here are great! The whole experiance was almost completely pain free compared to past laser I've had done, and Nicole really took her time explaining the whole process and what to expect. I'm excited to try more of their products in the future:)

Great experience! Indu is an AMAZING laser technician, she is very knowledgable and caring. My experience was next to painless for Brazilian and under arm hair removal. I've been twice so far and can already see a difference. I REALLY love how they ice your skin before doing the laser, it makes the process so much more comfortable. The place is also always very clean and well decorated when I come in.

Nicole is gifted technician, pleasant, compassionate, knows how to make client comfortable. Nicole treated me for last year, slowly guided me to healthier skin regime. Last treatment was Jet Peel facial, I am still in awe, procedure has given my skin a glow.
She definitely would be asset for teaching other young employees. Thank you.

Laser hair removal with great results and reasonable pricing. I've had 10 sessions on my underarms and never shave them anymore! The location is very clean, staff are professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I always come in and leave feeling great. There are also medical grade services such as radio-frequency microneedling which my mom has really enjoyed and seen results from for firming her skin. Highly recommend this clinic.

I had an amazing jet peel from Nicole today. My face feels incredible, it was such a relaxing experience. She recommended products for me to try as well and I’m excited to start using them. Will be back for sure.

I started with a consultation of my skin, and was recommended the Venus Viva resurfacing treatment to achieve the results that I had requested. I have currently received 2 treatments thus far plus a facial in between the services.

I have been on a skin journey with Nicole, I had tried every product you could imagine before and for the first time in a long time I feel comfortable with not wearing makeup. She helped me get on a daily skin care regimen that actually works And I would trust her with anything she recommends. If you struggle with acne/ scaring I can’t recommend them enough. I also recently started laser hair removal and it’s 10/10 not painful at all, the results are amazing.

Refresh Evolution - My experience was spectacular - no discomfort on my treatments, clear explanations of the process, relaxing music and a very clean environment.
The ladies (Marise) was very clear on my Rosacea and the best treatment (s).
I felt very Covid safe and she was very transparent with the masks and best health practice.

Staff are very friendly but I DIDN'T SEE any results. I went to this place to get a touch up (Brazilian) and I ended up with more hair that I started with. This machine made my hair so course, it was very frustrating.

When I told them about it, they blamed it on me and my hormones. However, I have been going to a different place for my armpits and I saw results after my first session. Same thing when I first did my Brazilian at another place.

Lovely staff and clean place but I wouldn't recommend it if you want to see results.

I have been going to Refresh Evolution in Port Moody for nearly a year now. I have been treating my underarms and upper lip with laser treatments. I have worked with several technicians and they have all been very friendly and lovely. Recently, I have been scheduled with Marise a few time. She has been very accommodating and I have been seeing great results so far. The clinic always has great specials and amazing skincare products as well! Highly recommend this spot!

I've been going to Refresh Evolution for a period of time and I enjoyed my initial few sessions with them, even recommending their centre to my friends for their cleanliness and friendly service.

However, I have to say that while their initial service was good, this was not consistent. After their previous technician, Baran, left, I tried a couple sessions with Nicole. The first time I met her, she was professional and accommodating. However, I did not feel this way the last time I went for her services.

If you are paying money and exposing your body (especially sensitive areas) for laser treatment, you don't want a hit-or-miss experience or a potentially disrespectful technician treating your body without gentleness or professionalism.

I am disappointed that my overall experience ended on a bad note, due to a very uncomfortable experience I had with Nicole - she was not gentle and quite rough with the brazillian laser treatment. I am not sure if the technician was having a bad day but her service was unacceptable and after this last experience, I won't be recommending Refresh Evolution or returning for any further treatment.

I had a great time everyone was extremely nice and welcoming, they made sure i was comfortable, as well as asking me questions to make sure my treatment fit my needs and it actually wasn't to pricey so i will definitely be going back.

I had a teeth whitening here with Marise and she was amazing! She was knowledgable, she made me feel comfortable and my teeth felt amazing after my session! I have also had laser hair removal and I would highly recommend visiting Refresh Evolution for any services.

I wish I could give them 0 stars! Watch out The most horrible experience at this location. I went for treatment of laser hair removal and skin tag removal. I saw multiple technicians who were friendly but was burn twice in my Brazilian area with a permenant scar and had more then 9 treatments and saw no results. I had a baby and had come here during and well after breast feeding and was told by the technicians at first to keep coming as it was probably my hormones but would start working later found out you should not get treatment while breastfeeding I let it go and kept coming for more then 6 months after breast feeding and still saw nothing. They absolutely rip people off when I called to cancel my membership the manager told me they NEVER do this however they were doing me a favour. I only signed up after having a long conversation with the girl doing my treatment to make sure I could cancel and was told multiple time it’s no problem. The manager was so rude and told me that they couldn’t make me happy as though it was me and I wouldn’t find cheaper laser anywhere as though because I got the deal from the membership excused having NO result. If you pay for a treatment that’s what you should get, I don’t set your prices and they are not cheap a year membership $1200+ and tips not to mention other treatments and products. She also told me that her technician never said that people could cancel which is a complete lie. I’d never recommend going here, go anywhere else. I also had skin tag removal one three areas and got no result at all, when I returned they girl who was treating me said they’re taking away this treatment as no one is seeing results and lots of customers are complaining and when I called the manager she lied and said it’s because they can’t get the product! I’m sure they will post saying results vary let me tell you I’ve been many other places with AMAZING results and since been to another clinic with better results in 1 treatment then on 10 at this place!

Such a beautiful space! & The technicians are so educated. Whether it be a new facial treatment or my laser hair journey the girls at Refresh always ensure I am well taken care of. BEST IN THE LOWERMAINLAND!

Completely unprofessional staff and owner are a liars After consultation and purchasing a package of laser hair removal for one year treatments, I have not seen any results and they said it was hormonal, cycle of the hair, and another excuses for stealing my money, The last time I went the staff was so rude Don't waste your money. I'm really disappointed.

I have been seeing Nicole for laser hair removal and facial treatments. I was nervous at first but she explained everything and answered all my questions to ensure I felt comfortable before starting. Very clean, professional and a place I highly recommend!

I've had five laser treatment from Hope at the Port Moody location and she is amazing every time. So kind and considerate of my requests and concerns and the results have been astounding. I have also received laser treatments from Wendy and Marise and they are incredible as well. I highly recommend the jet peel treatment as a treat, I was expecting to not like it and found it was actually incredibly relaxing and soothing to get, not to mention it made my skin look great. Highly recommend this place, worth every penny.

I’ve been going to refresh Evolution since February of this year, have worked with a few of their technicians. All are very good at their job but working with Nicole today was by far the best. Completely unprofessional with staff who don't know what they're doing. After consultation and purchasing a package of laser hair removal treatments, I have not seen any results. I am fair-skinned with dark hair (supposed perfect candidate). The last time I went, the technician was actually quite rough with the treatment. Even when I mentioned it was painful and could use more freezing, she continued on. Not worth your money. I'm really disappointed and wish I never bought the package.

I've been looking for a reputable laser hair removal company & my friend suggested Refresh Evolution because of their great staff & services and gave them a try. I visited their Port Moody location in April and met Baran who provided me with information on their services. I went with the laser treatment and paid over $2000+tax+tip (in 2 installments) for 6 services. There was nothing on their cancellation/refund policy. I've done 2 of 6 treatments. Since then I've been going through some financial hardships and having to deal with unexpected expenses and lost my job. I called Refresh Evolution and inquired about their cancellation/refund policy as I asked if I could possibly get a refund on my unused portion (around $1300), the lady put me on hold said that she spoke to the owner and said there was nothing they could do. They didn't have their policy anywhere in writing and just said "that's just our policy" and that "it was more than 30 days". How was I suppose to know if I wasn't informed/given anything to sign? This has been the most hardest time of my life and they couldn't care less.

Groupon got me here! Beautifully decorated venue that is stylish, modern and welcoming. Hope is an amazing technician who provided me with a very relaxing and informative skin treatment. Groupon was a great way to try the service. I'm glad I did. I'm going back. Free street parking.

I've been getting treatments at Port Moody's branch of Refresh Evolution for a couple of months already and every time I'm more satisfied and happier than before. The clinic is very clean and the staff is so welcoming. All the operators are knowledgeable about what they're doing and make you feel comfortable with the process. They also have monthly and seasonal promotions which are my favorite.

Amazing! Got an EXCELLENT Groupon deal and thought it might be too good to be true. I had an appointment with Arezoo and she was fabulous. Incredibly thorough, gentle, and very clear. The place was super hygienic, temperature was taken and hand sanitizer was provided upon entry. I've had laser hair removal done several times at other locations and this was by far the best experience. The technician used plenty of gel and even used ice packs to sooth the heat from the laser on the sensitive areas, then used a warm cloth to help me clean up. Again, this was bar far the best laser experience I've ever had and I highly recommend going here. Will definitely be back:)

Excellent and honest service. Very clean and cozy place, all forms filled out digitally (no more paper forms to fill out, unlike other clinics). I had a consultation to address my needs with Baron prior to the treatment, I was talked out of purchasing a package that would not be beneficial for me; opted out for a different solution. The treatment itself was comfortable and had the results after 1 treatment.
