Just had my first brazilian laser and Sierra was my tech. She was very professional, talked me thru the whole process and made me feel very comfortable. Looking forward to my next session in 4 weeks

I get laser hair removal and skin rejuvenation. The staff make me feel safe and comfortable.
They are highly knowledgeable and I feel safe with them.

Don’t even both. They run sales to take money from you and guarantee promotions via email confirmations to change policies and no longer honour it. Completely ridiculous and frustrating.

I remember coming in to ask questions regarding severe sun spots that show when I tan naturally. She advised me to wait until the fall to start my facial regimen. I kind of forgot to follow up. Then I get a follow up text from Kylee checking in on me. Who does that now a days not many. I booked a package for 3 IPL. Also a Halloween promo for chemical peel. I am seeing tremendous results. Kylee is a breathe of fresh air. I always look forward to coming to see her. She cares about her clients as well as her job.

I really cannot say enough great things about Refresh Evolution and my experience there. Taylor is fantastic – she is knowledgeable and passionate about skin care! I know it can be intimidating going to a spa/clinic if you don’t understand skin term jargon or if you don’t use the services regularly - not here. Taylor is detail oriented and will explain your treatment step-by-step so there’s no surprises, as well will gladly answer any of your questions.

The staff here are so friendly and always make you feel comfortable during treatments! I love getting my chemical peels done with Hope, they make laser hair removal a better process and are always checking comfort levels, and they give great skincare tips! I appreciate them being concerned on your own skincare and progress. Would definitely recommend!

First time I get dermaplaning done and Hope was fantastic! She explained the treatment before starting as well as explained the step by step as she was doing the treatment so that I wouldn’t be surprised with what was happening.
