The worst experience i ever had! The nails started popping off after one week. I got it done before too and thought of giving them another chance but I think i made mistake and wasted my 90$ for this miserable experience

Extremely professional and friendly couple.

Skilled and experienced and are willing to go above and beyond to service customers, We came in at 6: 30 pm on a Monday and they stayed after hours for us to deliver.

Prices are competitive and would surely be repeat customers in the future.

This place is fantastic, they get it perfect everytime. They schedule their appointments very well so it is easy to get one. Also it is family owned by kind and caring people. I love supporting local small businesses!

Hannah and Hugh are simply amazing! This is truly the best nail salon I have ever gone to. Attention to detail and great artistic talent abounds in this super friendly place to get pampered. I highly recommend everyone try it.

It was a pleasant experience with Joy and Cindy. They made my daughter and I feel special. Our manicure and pedicure were great.

Got a pedicure here and the overall experience was not as nice as other places I've been (mediocre massage chairs, very little massage of the calf/leg, tepid water) and the pedicure itself was a terrible, painful experience. They filed my toenails so aggressively that they actually cut 3 of my toes and cut my toenails so short that it caused ingrown toenails on 6 toes! I NEVER get ingrown toenails! It has been weeks and I'm still suffering from the aftermath of this terrible pedicure.

Have been here quite a few times and Hannah is amazing! She can hand paint anything and is extremely talented. Thank you for always doing a fantastic job!

I’ve used this salon twice. No problems with the first visit. I’d never had gel polish before. The next time the young, likely new girl didn’t say a word to me. I asked for shorter nails. There really wasn’t a manicure. The same day I noticed my cuticles were haggard looking. My nails way too long, and the polish was uneven. So after 2 wks, after spending $50.00…. Ihave to go elsewhere and have it done again. The young girl seemed sweet but please tell your tech to speak to clients, find out what they like and to check your own nails afterwards to see if they are the right length.

I made a reservation for my wife and the staff was very kind. And also my wife said she was satusfied with all the services. Here is a very good nail shop in langford

Amazing nail salon & staff! Great prices, beautiful setup & friendly environment. I love getting my pedicures here. I was having a hard time trimming my babies nails so I brought him in. They were kind enough to trim them & give me advice at no charge. Thanks again!

The technicians are warm and friendly and super skilled! Nam did my daughter’s and my nails to match perfectly. We’ll be back for tons of paintings on our nails!

I am a regular customer at Regal Nails, Salon & Spa and have tried many of their services over the years! The prices are great and all of the staff are friendly and professional. Also, Regal is conveniently located in Walmart so no need to worry about parking!

What a pleasant shop! I'm not very personable but genuinely enjoyed talking to the team here. First pedicure where I didn't get tickely feet and try to kick someone. ALSO, LOOK AT MY NAILS! I love these pointy midnights so so much. I asked for a bit stabby and they delivered. 10 stars.

I had UV gel and pedicure with shellac. Service was great and very friendly. This is my new place to go from now on. I recommend this place very professional.

Best nail salon in langford! I’ve been going to Hannah since she opened. Her husband and her are amazing, genuinely nice and honest people. Place is very clean. She always does an amazing job on my ombré acrylics. Highly recommend!

The amazing staff went out of their way to give my frail senior Mom modified pedicure based on her tolerance. We drove up from Victoria for this service and because it's the best ventilated nail spa on the island. My Mom has allergies to smells of chemicals however this location she can tolerate. Grateful daughter!

I trusted their feedback and wanted to support the local business. It's supposed to be enjoyable rather than unpleasant. I paid over $40 for these services:
Filing and drilling my nails was excruciatingly painful, and soaking them in acetone felt like a burning sensation.
The edges of the nails are rough, and the nail polish is uneven. It caught my attention that it is Victoria's only 5-star nail salon! I don't recommend this place.

I went here for my girls day off day. It was amazing and I love the service, I think i found my Spa Day nails shop, i highly recommend this place ad very friendly people and Amazing Service, Thank you

I would like to thank Han for doing an outstanding pedicure. I am 2 yrs new to the island and live in Victoria. I have not been able to find someone that I would return to. However I am extremely happy with this *Spa. Customer service is important to me and Han and Hanna naturally go beyond and I felt very comfortable.
