We recently purchased 2024 RAV4 XLE Premium. The car purchase experience with Regency Toyota was excellent. Thanks to the salesperson, Kiah Thorpe, for being extremely helpful and keeping us updated about the delivery timeline. The car was delivered on the committed date without any delay. The Sales Manager, Kam and the other teams were also very helpful. Overall, it was a satisfying experience.

I recently purchased a Toyota Certified Rav4 Hybrid from Regency Toyota Vancouver and I had a splendid experience dealing with the staff. JC helped me decide the right vehicle, went over all the features in detail during the test drive and after taking delivery. They were very easy to deal with and sales manager accommodated with all my needs. A special thanks to sales manager Danny for working with me on the price and Jamie with making the paperwork seamless and finally JC for assisting me during the whole process. We Bought corolla XSE there, and John (Sales person) was helped us for choosing the car and he is very nice and very kind. I highly recommand to buy car in toyota regency vancouver. The manager was helped us and she is very nice.

Smooth delivery process. Manager Kam and sales rep Peggy were being very supportive on my inquiry and questions in the delivery process. It is kids friendly as well, although this location is not a very big. They provided play area for the kids and it’s quite family friendly.

I highly recommend Regency Toyota if you are in the market for a new car. Emmanuel and his sales manager Danny answered all our questions and didn't have any annoying, long winded sales pitches. They got straight to the facts and numbers and helped us close the deal on a 2024 Corolla cross. Levi was so helpful showing us all the special features of our new vehicle and helping us set up the Toyota app. We visited many other dealerships and had many unpleasant experiences (annoying sales pitches, lacklustre salespeople, price gauging) and Regency was nothing but friendly, professional and made the entire process so smooth and pleasant

My partner and I went yesterday to Toyota as we are looking to buy an used hybrid RAV4. When we arrived, we saw a person inside seating in the desk next to the door is close to the used cars section. We waived at him as we were walking to the used cars section. The person didn't even made the effort to get up his desk despite my partner wave to him for the second time (not sure if is because he saw 2 women and didn't want to waist his time). When we finish checking on the used RAV4's and walked pass the door he came outside to see if there is anything he could help us with. My partner proceeded to ask him about the second RAV4 unlimited and he didn't even make the effort to say let me get the keys for you. Our experience was terrible plus the tone of his voice wasn't very friendly while we were asking questions. Toyota should thank him as his customer service probably pulls off a lot of clients away.

Simply great service and awesome experience from top to bottom. My sales advisor, Eman was so knowledgeable took me thru my beautiful bZ4X XLE Tech explaining all the features including Park Assist, what a great feature! Senior Sales Manager, Kam was so professional making the deal a breeze and I’m so impressed how he handles things at the store, very politely and calm with a good demeanour. The Financial Services Manager, Jamie was great too. She patiently answered all my questions and helped me throughout Gov. Rebates as well as the transactions itself.
