I called for a last minute booking today and the service was excellent. My Mom arrived safely to her destination and someone called me to let me know that she was picked up and on route to her hotel. I spoke to my Mom and she said her driver was very nice and she enjoyed talking to him during her trip into Victoria. The car was clean and well maintained as well. I would definitely use this service again!

Booked a luggage transfer with them, they said it was confirmed the night before. Two hours before the luggage service they canceled saying they were waiting for payment. The last email I sent them before was "What address can I send payment to" No response. So incredibly unprofessional. Not to mention I was quoted one price, then in the another email the price went up by $150. Then a third email the price went up another 16%. Just appaling

Regent limousine is the best transportation company I've ever used. The drivers are so punctual and professional. The cars are so clean and beautifully taken care of. Drivers are very knowledgeable and are very attentive. I feel at ease and safe in regent's hands. Thanks for being amazing!

Dave met us at the dock when the Oosterdam showed up for a day in Victoria. His price was extremely reasonable, and he stayed at Butchart Gardens while we walked around. On our way to the gardens, he drove us past several landmarks like the Capitol building, The Empress, a military facility, and gave great information and a great tour. On top of his exceptional service, my wife lost a diamond earing in the back seat of his car. I called about 20 minutes after he dropped us off at the ship. He was kind enough to drive back to the dock and return the earing. We couldn't have had a more successful visit to Victoria BC.

Ask for DAVE!
We disembarked at the pier from a Carnival ship and Regent Limousine is in the parking area just past the Customs office in the parking lot. Look for the new shiny Lincoln Town car. We were lucky and got Dave as our driver there was three of us. Dave took us around town for $40 each we were already alittle late getting off the ship and with a short time in the city dave covered alot of ground and with it getting dark Dave took us to the best places first before it got dark then after darkness he took us to see the lights on buildings, city, and harbor. Dave also stopped at Starbucks for us to get a Victoria coffee mug or anything else needed. Dave was super nice opening car doors each and every time we entered or exited this super clean jet black Lincoln Town suv. I highly recommend this verus the bus tours. He'll take you anywhere and show you the town with alot of knowledge of the city he was born and raised there.

I wouldn't normal write a BIG "rant" but it is only out of disappointment that I feel sharing our experience could help others before booking a wine tour. May. 27 my work booked a wine tour through Regent Limousine for two of our 30yr retirement friends/co-workers. Tour included 3 wineries and lunch at the second location. Tastings were $5-10 which some places wouldn't charge if you bought wine and each person would pay for their lunches. We each paid our amount for just the bus trip/tour and prepared to pay for our extra's. So... When we got to the first winery they were completely surprised and shocked to see 21 people ready to do tastings. Apparently we were not booked at all. Our poor driver scramble to make contact with his company and to sort it all out. Now the very busy winery had to divide our group to be able to do a tasting, which took a lot longer since they already had another group before us. Of course this puts us behind and our next tour was to include lunch, which again was not booked. Our driver then informed us they have arranged a wonderful lunch at the end of our tastings at the Malahat Chalet. Not one winery had our party booked, and our 10: 30-4: 30 tour was behind and we arrived for lunch at 3: 30. At the restaurant there was a set menu and our office manager asked if this was being paid for by Regent to make up for the mix up with our tour. We were told if we ordered from the set menu it would be paid for, if we ordered from their regular menu it would be the cost for that person. So we were thankful for the good gesture to cover lunch for our tour mishap, until my office manager was later changed for every single lunch, $30 per meal. When she set an email to the company they claim they did not say they were going to pay for it and they didn't charge her for the extra hour it took to get us back to Victoria. I find this completely misleading and a complete let down to such a wonder celebration of our great friends retirement.
