The technician with the initial RR tested me, When she reported the result of poor hearing, instead of explaining and reporting, she snapped at me and said "look, you have nothing! " with a reprimanding and scolding tone and manner as if hearing lost is an individual's fault to be punished. Her delivery of the result resembled that of a punitive sadist who mocks others for merely having poor hearing, Way far from professional. It shows that though RR knows how to test hearing, She possess limited education, callousness, condescension, and humanistic and professional illiteracy.
