The place is very clean and smells nice. I always make a follow up appointment after we are finished. 100/10 recommend! I watched a few videos on YouTube to get the just of it. On the day I went in, Yvonne explained everything to me in detail, on what laser she's using how she's going to do everything and what to expect. Shes Very professional and the session went great. I'm 3 days post procedure and no blistering, no scaring and no pain (only felt like a sunburn for about a day) I can't wait to start seeing results and go back in for another session in August

I can hardly find the words to explain how pleasant this experience was! I saw Amanda for my acne scarring. Not only was Amanda so kind, accomodating, and caring, but also so professional, knowledgable, and helpful. To start, she was incredibly easy to book an appointment with and answered all my questions about the appointment so I could feel confident about it! I had never had any skin treatments done before, and so she was able to do both a consultation and a treatment in a single session! During the appointment I was able to ask her about my skin care routine and how to take better care of my skin. She was super knowledgable and relatable! She recommended a microdermabrasion and microneedling treatment. The former was really relaxing and felt really nice! Although the microneedling did have its painful moments, she started at the lowest setting and slowly increased it (asking me how I felt about increasing it each time) and constantly checking in to make sure I wasn't in pain:) She also had given me some consent forms to read prior to the treatments so I knew exaclty what she planned to do, which made me feel super comfortable and well taken care of! Right away I could see a noticable difference in my skin! As the redness went down, I could see even more of a difference! I can't stop looking at my skin (because it looks amazing!) and will definitely be back again! She also gave me very clear aftercare instructions which were super easy to remember! The whole appointment was relaxing and enjoyable and Amanda is so personable and will leave your skin glowing! 100% would recommend her to a friend!

I am very grateful I found this place, rather than going to Vancouver. It's so much closer to home. I didn't know what to expect, but I was blown away. I am not much for pain and it was like having a laser life coach or breathing coach. I was happy with the results even only after one treatment.
