My resent travel planning was a family trip to Disneyland. Highly recommend the Renshaw family with everything necessary you would need to help with to ease the stress of planning. Thank you all again& in the summer a trip to the rockies that trip was a trip to remember for a life time from beginning to end banff is beyond breathtaking there is nothing good enough to explain how beautiful that place is. Carly & Stephanie made a dream come true with everything

Carly is the MVP of travel agents. We had an amazing time with my wife celebrating our 2nd year anniversary, and this was all because of Carly. Our trip to Tofino (booked on our own) got cancelled 21hrs before check-in due to the smoke fires on the island, so we reached out to Carly and she gave us a number of options and we ended up checking into The Fairmont Empress the same day we contacted Carly.

I lucked out to find Jessica Renshaw to coordinate my fabulous Rocky Mountaineer trip in 2022! Being a mature first time solo traveler from California I wanted a consultant that knew Canada travel. Jessica is a top notch gal and I'm very grateful for professional and kind guidance. Unfortunately I ended up with covid during my travels. Jessica handled my issues and followed through for me with the travel insurance claim. She is a gem and knows the travel business. I hope to visit this most beautiful country again.

Karen Poulin from Renshaw Travel took great care of our family.
She helped us booked a 5 nights cruise on Norwegian Bliss and flights to LA. It's our first time booking through a travel agent. I normally make my own bookings, but since this time we're also taking my parents and the kiddo with us, I decided to go through an agent and was glad that we went with Renshaw.
Karen was very patient and accommodating the entire time. She was quick to response to all our questions and requests and sent us all relevant information and reminders on time.
We'll always book with an agent from now on and would recommend Karen Poulin from Renshaw Travel.

Ian has been amazing throughout the 5 months of planning our month long holiday through the US and Canada. Flights, accommodation, Resturant bookings, hockey games, private farm tours … all the way to lift passes and ski hire - all over Christmas and new year school holidays. We had flight cancellations and accommodation changes due to extreme weather events which Ian handled with ease, making our trip stress free! Ian responded quickly to all messages and always made me feel like a VIP. He even got us free upgrades and hotel credits. Thank you Ian and thank you Renshaw travel.

Ian Levitt - the go to man! Ian helped me plan and put together an itinerary for my solo travels and I couldn’t have been more impressed with his attention to detail and all-round customer service! Ian was always a phone call or email away at anytime. I look forward to using his services again and I highly recommend you get in touch with him for a very smooth, personalised adventure!

I've heard great things about their services, unfortunately the older sounding female receptionist who called to take a message to give to one of the travel agents gave the opposite impression.
She was extremely aggressive, overbearing, and had absolutely no social skills. Or listening skills. She was totally disrespectful of the information I was giving her. After patiently struggling to deal with her unprofessional attitude and behavior for over 15 minutes, the frustration and irritation showed in my voice - so she hung up on me. And that's what happens when we give the time of day to someone treating us like that.
If the person they hired to represent their company is allowed to carry on like that, we certainly would never again consider giving them our business.
