Restorative Health

As a physio/massage therapist, I've been reluctant to go to a chiropractor. I pride myself in fixing myself, but this week I had a sharp pain I couldn't fix. For the first time ever, I impulsively called and took the appointment offered. Erica managed to manipulate my back but went beyond that, releasing trigger points I didn't know I had. I was very satisfied with my treatment. She's got a new fan. What she did felt very familiar to the therapies I learned in school, and I learned a few new techniques! I highly recommend her.

The treatments are worth 5 stars but the front desk services are worth a one star. The person answering the phone sounds like they don’t want to be there. Reading other reviews sounds like this is normal service. Couldn’t help with making an appointment, they are all booked up. One and done type of place.

Dr Erica Truesdell is a great doctor. She is smart and diligent with a compassionate personality.
I have had neck and shoulder pain for many years after a bad car accident. I am currently applying an exercise regimen designed by Dr Truesdell that is working well for me. Most importantly she has amazing chiropractic skill. 5/5 IMO

I've used this facility for 2 services now; chiro and acupuncture. For both these services I was very happy with the facility and the dr's. I never felt pressured to book so many appointments to head, I felt listened to, cared for and welcomed. I definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for good care!

My GP said my symptoms were chronic and that we had exhausted all avenues of treatment with no other options almost 5 yrs post MVA. Started seeing Dr Fox 4 months ago and have seen significant changes (25%) better which is really something in my opinion.
