Return-it Depot

Meh, I honestly found the lady who works here to be the nicer one out of the staff even though I see there is a complaint about her on the reviews. The men who work here seem pretty rude most of the time and look like they hate their jobs and would rather be somewhere else. I do prefer this location over the other Coquitlam location since when I do get the lady who works here it seems like she counts the bottles and cans more thoroughly than at the other Return It location and will actually print out a receipt for you whereas the other location I feel like they just eyeball it to get it over with. I just wish they had nicer staff in general that's why I am only giving them 2 stars.

Pretty good, nicely ventilated, staff could be friendlier but they're efficient

Man at the front counter was so rude. I was putting my returns on the counter and he says " Pass them to me! " And then He was like " put them in the bin " he seemed miserable. I only had a couple loose empties, that I didn't put in bins. I go back to my car and realize I forgot 12 cans so I go back to return them, and he basically threw the money at me very rude.

I have been coming here for a year but after this experience is making me want to go to another location.

In and out quickly. The parking lot is small. So if you have an expensive car, watch out for dings and scratches.
