Revolution garbage disposal service is some of the worst I have ever seen in the restaurant business. They will start by locking you into a contract with fine text clauses that make it very difficult for you to cancel the contract. During the service, they will continually add convenient fees to your payment without notice.

When you finally cancel the contract within the small time window they provide you, they will harass you in person at your work location up until the expiry date. I highly do not recommend using this company's service, instead try to support another local business.

EDIT: They have now changed their names to Good Guys Recycling but I would like to point out that they are in fact Bad Guys Recycling. Please do not use their services.

I purchased a residential property with one of their bins on it. I called to have it removed as I don’t require a bin for my residential property. They will not pick the bin up. It’s been 4 months.

Extremely unprofessional. Hidden fees, sudden jumps in service prices, auto renewals with zero notice, refusal to send copy of contract "on file", terrible customer service and bad math. After switching services because a competitor was half the price for the same service, we attempted to cancel within our contractual rights. It has been nearly 3 months and they are still attempting service pick-ups.

Was told a letter needed to sent to formally cancel the service after some pretty haphazard and obvious stalling tactics were used by our "account manager". Sure, sent the letter. Still within our 120 day window to cancel even though they tried to tell me we weren't. In March.when only 94 days had elapsed in the year and our service began on the 16th of January. Then find out the letter was never filed by the account manager and now they will not return calls or emails.

We currently have a contract with these guys but they just stopped coming to do pick ups. It stinks. Pun intended.

By far the worst disposal company available. Stay far away. Lying about pickup days and attempted pickups. Now over a month overdue and garbage is piling up everywhere because they refuse to pick up their bin. Less than 1min from their building and they refuse to pick up their bin. They like charging you but not doing their job

This company has been delinquent on pickups for weeks at a time during the hot summer months, leaving our condo building reeking of garbage and attracting rodents and the customer service is not responsive to act when you call to follow up. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Avoid like the plague. 1st month of service was fine. Followed by now 6 months of constant missed pickups, constantly calling or constantly emailing them gets you speedy responses with empty promises.

It’s always I’ll email operations and get it done for you asap, or you’re on the schedule, or even it’s already done “according to our computer” it never happens.

We have even had an entire month of missed pickups with no makeup ones, no discounts, just empty promises and insincere apologies.
I’ve even tried staying after hours or leaving our gates unlocked because they “work till 7”. Surprise! No show.

These guys are the ones to choose if you enjoy paying for things you don’t receive.

This company continues to let our building down. When I called in the customer service rep was not helpful. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told they don't have.

It's Sunday and haven't had a garbage pick up since last Monday. Cardboard recycling is 2 weeks past.
Every day Monday thru Friday told they're coming. We're a women's shelter and share the bin with a 7 floor building above us, daily pick-up.

They are committing fraud by not servicing you but charging you for everything.

This conpany used to be great and our company has done business with them for several years, with very timely service for those years. The past 3 months it has become absolutely awful. Our contract states that bins are to be emptied once a week. Several times now it's been far longer, and currently at 3 weeks of overflowing bins. We are forced to take out trash ourselves to the dump. I've left many voice messages (impossible to reach anyone) and sent several emails, with no answers or call backs. Absolutely terrible customer service, and breach of contract.

Customer service from the Account Manager, C. S, is very poor. No follow through with requests. We are trying to get a bin off the property and she does not appear to follow up with the removal people. The dates given have come and gone. When she was next contacted it was as though all previous conversations didn't happen and the process was beginning again. There doesn't seem to be any notes made about previous phone calls. Calling Customer Service keeps getting us pushed back to this same ineffective person. Basically, I've had enough.
We are a large company with many, many contracts for many properties. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend them and it is unlikely I'll sign another contract with them.

I d like to share my experience dealing with revolution waste removal. I run and own a business in Chilliwack that needs weekly waste removal. I ended up signing an agreement to use revolution for a term. Shortly after I found out that my partner had already signed a contract with another waste removal company so I called revolution to try and resolve the issue in an amicable fair and kind manner. At the end of the day they threatened me with small claims or court resolution. Even though we never started using there service, didn’t even get as far as dropping off a bin to our property, they still were wanting a payout of $1,800 dollars for costs and damages on there end. I want to warn as many people as I can out there to stay away from this company and NEVER EVER EVER SIGN THERE CONTRACTS, they are full of fine print and it will come back to burn you. Unreliable, terrible garbage service. We wish we can change the garbage company sooner, since the contract is for 60 months.so long for this stressful poor service.

Worst company we've ever used in Canada.
It is a miracle if they pick up the garbage bags on their schedule, most of the time its delayed because of some reasons, and they charge the extra pick-up charges.

They are always not communicating enough between the customer service team and the operation team. The customer service, Meghan always reply to us very fast but not gives us the correct information from the actual operation team so useless poor customer service.

Terrible Company. Do not sign up with them based on promises that they will get you out of your current contracts and save you money because they cant. Once you sign up with them and realize that they could not get you out of your current contracts they will start billing you and threatening you with letters from "Recovery Enforcement Inc. " asking for $2,800 for having done absolutely nothing. You have received no service from them and they will try and bully you into using them through threats

Wish I could give them no stars. They don’t pick up when they say they will. They write deceptive contracts their dispatchers are incompetent and rude.

My contract was up, I tried contacting them for 3 months, nobody calls me back, they dont answer the phone, and dont email back. When they finally call you back, they tell you "sorry, we renewed your contract. " Not to mention, my bin is always full and they skip pick ups.

You renewed my contract? Without my consent? Not only would they lady not let me speak to a manger, she was rude, condesending and I could barely understand her.

Now I have forwarded all my business to my attorney for this thing. DO NOT DO IT.

Since I started in my company Kayla has been our service representative and she has been awesome. She answer to my emails and phone calls right way.

My trash bin was busted once and it took them just a couple days to replace it and it looks great. When I forget to schedule my pick up service they do the best to squeeze our garbage pick up the day that I need. I’m as happy as I can be with a junk removal company.

We have used Revolution Resources Recovery to pick up our recycling and have been very happy with their service. They are quick to reschedule pickups when necessary and easy to do business with!

Great service. Always meet all the inquiries. Meghan is very nice, patient and helpful all the time. Definitely the first choice for waste romoval.

I have been using Revolution since 2008 for my business. Other companies have approached us to change - some even with lower prices. However, I never considered a change as the staff at Revolution are always helpful and professional. During Covid, they have put customers first before the bottom line. I cannot be more happy with Revolution and am a customer for life. Meghan - my point of of contact is simply wonderful!

We have recently switched over to Revolution Resources Recovery for all waste streams in one of our locations and are very impressed with the service and value we are receiving. Since switching over, we have had to change some of our services and I have had the pleasure of working with their Customer Service rep, Kayla F in making these changes. Kayla has been so helpful and courteous and her professional service has made for a fabulous and seamless transition.

We switched a couple years ago to Revolution Resource Recovery after being with Supersave. They are reliable, friendly and after a few bumps in the beginning regarding billing- they have been great ever since.

We have used this company for all of our waste disposal needs (garbage and cardboard) for many years (over a decade now) and they always pickup on-time and are competitively priced. We appreciate their service professionalism!

The worst company.

Trying to cancel our contract. Sent 2 cancellation letters. Didn't collaborate. Not professional, lying in order to push you to stay in the contract.

Do not recommend to an enemy. Call any competitor and ask about Revolution.

Watch out on your invoices they have special charges that only if you call to complain they will take off. Garbage is never picked up on time, always a different day. Customer Service Reps are so rude.

After having less than stellar performance with this company… I was introduced to An individual named Keith, he worked with us and showed such an interest in trying to turn my negative interactions into a positive one. He followed up… He went over and above and managed to make me a customer for life!

From quoting to delivery and pickup, Revolution has been great to deal with. Talk to Candice there, she is the best! Nice new fresh bin too, looks great out back!
