Double scanned 2 items after I went home I realized the problem went back making me late for work because it took 10 minutes to resolve the issue at the store. It was made apparent that the two items were incorrectly scanned twice but still after calling the third person over I was able to get a refund.overall it was not a positive experience. Before I left I had to ask a couple times for a receipt even and there was hesitation to be given one. I used to work at rexal there were training videos I think a recap would be beneficial considering the stores overall review score also it’s a pharmacy so customer service and being kind is just basic in general. I wouldn’t recommend shopping there except for the convenience. The employee was also coughing at the register without sanitizing her hands

I’d like to say “a big thank you” to one of the employees of this Rexall store. I came from Fraser Heights, Surrey BC for holidays. Due to the extreme weather, I extended my stay in Victoria. Since two days, I felt pretty bad about my nose, and getting worse today, which is a known problem and usually can be treated with a kind of spray medication by prescription. She helped me contact my regular pharmacy at Fraser Heights and provide me the spray that relieved my nose’s trouble right away. Thank you very much!

Puzzled with the bad reviews but I'm just in the area for 4th COVID shot (2nd booster) as the provincial government website offers only limited selection of pharmacies and this location is closest to my temp job site. Tomiko was the pharmacist administering the shot and she did a great job. Polite, quick, and barely felt the jab at all so all the better. The 15 minute post-vaccination wait period was a quick breeze.

All I can say is that if you're due for the 4th shot, give this place a try. It was a positive experience for me and I hope it'll be for others too. Stay safe!

Pharmacist Nigel went out of his way to be helpful. Looking for medication that I needed in spite of the fact that I am not a regular client. I want to thank him for his patience and effectiveness. Kudos

Staff said they didn’t know if they had more of a product in the back, but when I asked if they could check, they said they knew for sure there wasn’t any. If you’re too lazy to go check it’s cool, just say so. Stock is often out

After multiple negative interactions with pharmacy staff I've been forced to move to a more reliable and customer service oriented pharmacy. Found staff to be quite confrontational and very rude.

I have a Saturday on-line appointment to get a flu shot but no store can tell me where this is to happen. I also have a pneumonia shot which I paid $100 for and can't get an injection anywhere! Shoppers charges $20. I guess I have to administer this shot myself, and find a flu shot - or not.sucks.rexall sucks.

It was a very bad shopping experience for me today. First, the security guy wanna be was yelling at me for taking more than two packs of toilet paper (8 rolls each) which was not posted on the shelf for any limitation! Then I tried to talk to the store manager who was very rude and ordered me to leave the store! I hope that they will not do the same to other customers!

Front counter staff great, pharmacy staff rude and unhelpful. Went to IDA Pharmacy and got helpful advice.

I was in Victoria visiting family and went in to the Douglas St Rexall, store #7121, and was very impressed at how nice the staff are there! I work at a Rexall up island and it was great to see the Rexall theme of great customer service at play at a different store! Good job, all! Thank you!

Normal drugstore, nothing special. However, the clerk working the front was very helpful in helping us find what we needed.
