After initial very poor experiences with the pharmacy I'd say they've recovered my trust again. Thanks to the hard work of the Pharmacist and her listening skills and empathy. Much appreciated

Again im back in this store after w months.i again had my favorite scent of bulgari. Thanks for Ms Icy for assisting me.such a wonderful lady, she gave me some give aways.

Honestly didn't expect such good service but my wife came in here to find perfume and didn't know which scent suited her. This kind Chinese woman named Idy or ivy was superb and so kind.she gave so much advice to her and was very patient. We need more people like her in the store.

I rate it 5 stat because I found here what I have been looking for. It was the last piece of my favorite bulgari omnia perfume. I wish they have more stocks for me to be back.and thanks for miss Edna who assisted me in the price tag.

Staff and management are EXCELLENT! Have been visiting for years, always a splendid experience. Great store, very similar to Shoppers! Edwin in particular has been VERY helpful throughout and we always tend to have a nice chat with him! Thank you and keep up the bright vibes

I don't know who hire that asian store assistant manager, but definitely worst customer service, I bought something from UBER eats and it was available on UBER eats, he freaking yell at me and said it was not available anymore, for less than an hour? Ok, then I want to cancel this order and get my coupon back, he throw item to me and said it was mine and I suppose to deliver. Im not a ubereats driver, I just chose the store pick up option. Even Im a ubereats driver, should I be bullied?

Whoever is at upper level management team need to investigate this and watch your video footage. Your security cam is not only for security, work on it.

Pharmacy staff are not really helpful. When I asked where those items, they only pointed out which aisles were and never came out of the counter to help take the look.

Phoned their line to see about getting a covid booster. The greeting on their phone said you could just walk in and get one. My wife who has cancer and can barely walk went all the way down there and was told that she needed an appointment. They are not nice to people. Avoid this place!

Last Saturday I walked into the pharmacy while it was quiet and received a flu shot despite not having an appointment. Today (Saturday) I brought my elderly mother who walks with a cane to get a shot. The pharmacy was completely empty with at least three people behind the counter. I was told she couldn’t have one as we had no appointment. I could bring her back November 16 th. The Rexall website states that it’s preferable to make an appointment in order to observe COVID precautions but that walk-ins are accepted. I’m still not sure why my mom was denied a vaccination when I was given one the week before with no issue. It seems a ridiculous to let a senior wait a full month for a vaccination when no others were in the store and the website says walk-ins are accepted.

This review is intended strictly for the pharmacy staff, especially the lead. Just wanted to express my sincere appreciation for both the continual professionalism and the added compassionate personalization. It means a lot. Best pharmacy experience I've had in decades. Been getting prescriptions filled here for years. If I ever have to move, I might still go out of my way to keep using this pharmacy. Big thanks to these excellent women.

People that work here need to learn about social distancing. I was lining up to pay for my items and signs were everywhere telling people not to get too close to each other yet the employee just squeezes past one of the customers an inch apart. My suggestion? How about you let the poor guy know you need to get by? You approach from behind so he had no idea you were coming.

I’ve never had a bad experience in here, I find this store less busy than the options inside the mall, the pharmacist is always helpful and easy to talk to. New post office pick up is great as well.

Poor customer service. Don't know how to handle clients. Wanted to refill on pills and my insurance didn't cover. Pharmacist told me to come back in 10 days which I did. Now they tell me to come back in 2 days. Are they going to tell me to come back AGAIN. Will consider going to a different pharmacy after this and all of you should too.

Their Pharmacy section definitely wants to make big profit on simple medication.comparing my medication which is normally about $25 but Rexall charges $42 also I purchased a doctor Scholl's Orthotics from here for $60 where as Walmart had them at normal price for $42? I'm not sure what's going on with this company. I can definitely tell the store does not fit the demographic for this area maybe you guys need to do a bit more market research as to your customers.

This is my neighbourhood pharmacy and I am always very impressed. It does not have a huge cosmetic counter but certainly has the basics as well as a very decent selection of goods and natural health products. Management is excellent and recently did a return for me after the 30 day cut off which meant a lot to me. Front staff are very friendly which is often a sign of people enjoying who they work for. The courteous and knowledgeable pharmacy staff include customer service in their health care model which is increasingly rare in big name pharmacies.

I've been here few times already, and Downtown, Main and this location seem slow due to expensive price. I've previously bought my energy drink and some health products here.

I have to give 3 stars at least, because I was able to find my essential stuff here. I bought Breathe Right nasal strips and EOS lip balm for a clearance; this gives me a reason to go back to Rexall once in awhile. I can't find the clearance price for the nasal strips anywhere else. Service was friendly. This store always looks empty and dead, so be sure to call staff at the check out.

I get all of my prescriptions filled here. The pharmacy staff go above and beyond, are always friendly, and my favorite pharmacist knows me by name. I have never had such a good experience at a pharmacy. One day they did not have something my child had been prescribed so I had to go to another pharmacy (a Canadian brand) and it was so totally awful I would never return. This Rexall will continue to be my pharmacy of choice.

The store is clean, bright, and quiet. Checkout was quick since it wasn't busy. Sale items are okay, but regular price is a bit high.

We had a good experiences from buying some suffs here. Most of items were on sales up to 70% off.

It's okay, I do agree watch expire dates because a lot of the food is nasty. But the staff are nice to me
