Food was excellent but the waitress needs more help. Spent a fortune for lunch with poor service.

If you need to stay in Lillooet then this is the place. Employees in the hotel and restaurant polite and kind. Food in the restaurant is of excellent quality. Breakfast and dinner were awesome. Salamat!

Had lunch at the Hotel. Food was good, the service was great. Friendly staff, would eat here again if I am passing through town. A lot of folks riding motorcycles make this their traditional stop.

Absolute perfect customer service, and the rooms are great too! Thanks for a wonderful stay.

So a bit of background to my trip here. My car broke down in the mountains, Lillooet was the closest town to me so I ended up being stuck for somewhere to stay, I was very lucky I picked Reynolds hotel for a few reasons! Firstly there food was very nice and they kept it warm for me as I was on the phone sorting out the car! Secondly the room we received was very spacious and priced very well! Best of all was how helpful the receptionist chuck was! Very friendly and willing to help me, he located a driver to help me continue my journey the next morning and took care of items that I wanted to give to charity so I didn’t have to bring them with me on my trip! Above and beyond I was delighted with the service! I’d highly recommend to someone passing!

Outstanding fish & chips with huge portions. Fish & chips with 2x fillets will feed 2x people.

Very decent salad & other menu items. Friends have said they have never had a bad order from the menu over 3x visits.

Centrally located in Lillooet BC, this hotel has spacious and clean rooms for short or long stays. Rooms have mini fridge, microwave, ac, and hot water boiler. There is a comprehensively stocked convenience store with large selection of alcohol beverages and non alcoholic beverages that's open late. The in-house pub offers breakfast lunch and dinner including an outdoor patio.

Hotel was great. Friendly staff in the hotel and super polite. Just don’t eat down stairs at the diner. Although good food there is one woman that is not the owner but in management and tried her best to make us pay for dinner 2times because their machine had a hiccup. Even tho I proved I paid bye showing my bank statement she was mouthy and demanding I pay a second $200 for dinner.
Nothing wrong with the rooms nothing wrong with the hotel. The diner has a shady waitress working through management that will try and scam tourists to pay twice. And tell you the machine didn’t work. Then proceeded to yell at you.

We didn't stay in the hotel, but went to the pub a few times while staying outside of town. Fantastic service. The pub owners and the staff are phenomenal. Shout out to them and a heartfelt thank you. Live music Saturdays- we were lucky to catch an impressive local band, that allowed one of our special need roommates to sit at the drums and have a go. Thanks to them as well. Made me proud to be part of Lillooet albeit if only seasonal. We'll be regulars when we're up from the coast.

This hotel was very clean! The rooms have a/c which is nice, check in/check out was efficient, the store off the lobby is convenient and the staff and people around were all very welcoming and friendly. We ate in the restaurant too and had a nice meal. We stopped for just a night as part of our road trip - me and the hubby, three teens and our medium sized dog.

Comfortable beds, very clean, and friendly staff. The restaurant has delicious home cooked meals with friendly staff. Pleasantly surprised all around. Would stay here again for sure.

Love this place! Came for a fishing trip with the guys and this place has all you need! Great food…recommend the steak or fish and chips. Room was clean and comfortable. Looking forward to coming back!

Pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness! Comfy little place for the price. The soundproofing wasn't great, there was a child crying somewhere in the hotel that woke us up very early.

I had breakfast with my daughter there the waitress served use right away and took our order and our food came out fast

Being a vegetarian, you hardly get good options in many places but they made delicious veg pizza, Nachos, onion rolls for us.
Overall we loved the food.

Pleasant and helpful, spacious rooms and a 24 hour convenience store in the lobby. Pet and kid friendly.

Food was good. Waitress pleasant. Nice patio. I'd give it a five but there was a table of 6 that were stupid noisey at 7: 30pm. We were eating a late supper in the pub part and couldn't even have a conversation because that table was so loud. The waitress could have asked them to damper down the yelling conversation they were having. Tried the new Lillooet beer. Not bad.

The restaurant/pub at Reynolds’s will surprise you. We were driving for a few hours controlling hunger and reluctantly stopped at this rustic looking hotel by the highway in a beautiful valley.

The staff was warm and friendly. Menu options were surprisingly good, fresh and tasty. The views from the tables are also a treat. It’s next to a convenience store run by the hotel where you’re able to buy stuff to bring to your car for the onward journey.

I’d recommend staying here or just stopping by for lunch.

The room I stayed in was pretty spacious. It had a small kitchen area with microwave, stove and fridge. The washroom was pretty big and well kept. The staff is friendly and the restaurant downstairs is good too. The only downside I saw was that there was no elevator in the hotel. But since all the rooms are just one level up from the reception area, it's not that big of a deal to carry your bags.

Great patio but atmosphere but the gentleman who served us failed to get our order right and we ended up having to pay for the wrong meal we were served. Very strange.

For lack of acceptance or feel doubt in self or assumptions that lead to miscommunicatiions. That lead to betrayal of trust in a person or take away any focus that is meant for themselves everyone deserves freedom of expression without someone trying or making someone feel as though they are less capable deserving. Or tryung to make comparison to illustrate standing title or position. Lose faith. When insulting. Or. Trying to put yourself in a position of little pr no understanding. Trying too hard also finds exhaustion. Being yourself and Flying with your own wings and trusting capabilities. Without obsessing over control. Portraying helplessness and misleading others or self by importance and responsibility placed on others. Rather than putting strengths into personal integrity instead of passing judgments and claiming to have more involvement in a persons life than is actually is present. By being part of someone's life you are in it and spend time with not spend time learning about someone to take focus off of own self doubts. Talking about someone or asking about someone is not actually knowing them. Claiming to know someine spending time behind closed walls and intruding in them putting pressures to have knowledge of every detail belongs to only family members. Talking about someone what you have learned about them or from them builds doubts lack if trust. Intrusion of rights to their being able to have choice of who they are open to. Great location with cozy rooms. There is an amazing restaurant and bar attached to the hotel as well as a liquor store and 24/7 mini-mart near the front desk that stocks almost anything you'd need to snack on or drink!

Pub food is what you get here, too bad the hours were not later, close at 8pm when i visited. Will have to try the indoor dining next time, too much loud street traffic in the patio. But really good social distance seating.

The staff are friendly, they are following Covid Guidelines, the room was clean and comfortable. They have a restaurant and bar on site as well as a well stocked liquor store, We were only there for a one night stop so everything that we needed was there if you do not want to go out.

A very pleasant place to stop for a drink and a very nice lunch. Terrific service, friendly staff and clientele. And the road in, from Pemberton, plus the road out to Lytton are beyond spectacular. I need to do that loop again, on a motorcycle!

Went here a few times for dinner. Good service. Good food. Cold beer. What more can you ask for.

The pub has good food and the waitresses were so friendly and welcoming. Would definitely recommend this place to eat during a day trip. This will probably be a part of our annual Lilloet loop ride.

This is just for the restaurant. The staff wasn't very organized and they forgot the Coke we paid for with our takeout order. It sort of felt like they're used to locals but not so much out of towners.which is weird since they're based in a hotel.

The restaurant had the worst service I've ever experienced. Customers came in after us and their order was taken and we were yet to be acknowleged. 2 hours still no food, sadly the only place in Lillooet to order from on a Monday night. So I suggest call ahead and do a pick up order. Or there is A +W down the road lol

The fact that it was built in 1914 lots of history there. Clean rooms very small but was okay

Rooms were very clean and beds were very comfortable. Although there was initially a problem with our room reservation (for 3 people), the woman on the front desk was able to arrange to give us a 2nd room at no cost. The airconditioner was not as efficient as we would have liked and was noisy. The restaurant in the hotel was very clean and service was good. We had 2 meals there. The hamburger was exceptional.patty was from fresh meat and the bun was delicious. Hand sanitizer was available at the entrance. I would stay there again.

Good food and convenient location in town. Lillooet is a great town. Good food. Great weather. Good people. Service was good. The spotify music certainly was playing the local people's favorites.

Solid place to grab a pint and sandwich or burger. The mushroom swiss burger was solid and they make a good potato salad. Prices are reasonable 25 bucks or so gets you food and a beer, service is fast and courteous.

Ordered lasagna which came with caesar salad and garlic bread, which was nice, portion sizes were small and waited 1/2 hr for food

This place is a gemstone in the rough. Got to Lillooett late on a Saturday night innthe summer and everything said no vacancy. Reynolds Hotel was te only one not stating "full" so I was worried about it being either very expensive or not very clean.

I worried for nothing. The hotel is very clean and had vacancy. A two-queen-bed room, fully updated with a great bathroom. $119 plus taxes / night.

The hotel looks like something out of the wild west. I like it. It boasts a restaurant, a bar, a late-night munchies shop and a liquor store (not open after 9 or 10pm).

The room was updated with air con, flat screen TV and Netflix. Also, the bathroom was all new with very nice hardware.

Staff was friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

So disappointed been going to this restaurant for many years with our family every summer and I guess they are under new management as we had breakfast here this morning everything tasted really good except my boyfriends he had the same meal as I did but his tasted like fish really bad I even tried it myself we asked the server about it and she took it to the kitchen at this point he only ate one egg but they told him because he ate 3/4 of his plate which wasn’t true that they would give him a discount what doesn’t make sense to me is if we still have to pay for this meal that was so poorly prepared without a offer of it being replaced why did they even take it away. Our server did well but we also understand she has to do as management tells her. Because of this poor service my family will not be returning to the Reynolds way to break family tradition new owners. So disappointed in this situation.

It was okay. Clean room and everything in this town closes up between 8-9 ish if you're hungry. There is a liquor store and a bar on site and there was a lot of drunk people in the parking lot when we arrived. No issues though but have certainly had better value for the money.

A great lil place, stayed with our dog and was a nicely renovated room with the ol country touch

We stayed one night in Lillooet as a stop over. Good value for money and we got discount due to the restaurant next door being closed. Landlady at the pub in the hotel was lovely. Room was a good size and free parking in the car park behind the hotel.

Edit: I have heard from the owner and got the problem sorted out. It was an email issue.

I have stayed here twice before, as I’m in Lillooet every 8 weeks for work. Both times it was great, so I booked a room again for this coming week. I asked for a third party authorization to be sent to my boss, same as before. I have called EVERY DAY for the last 4 days to get them to send it, and EVERY DAY, they say it will be done tomorrow. It’s now Sunday night and he hasn’t received the email; my reservation is for tomorrow night. I’m beyond frustrated, and there’s never a manager there to speak to.

Clean well appointed room. Even Netflix on the smart TV - just enter my uname/pswd and away we go.
The ac unit is not for the noise sensitive (I'm good with sound as long as it's consistent).

Clean and rustic. What you'd expect a hotel owned by the ex fire chief to run like.

Friendly, excellent service. Provided a drying room for hockey gear, a room to socialize in, and even offered to wash jerseys for the hockey team! Love the character of the hotel.
