Working with RFDM has been a great experience. We hired them to help us attract new customers to our storage facility. Our goal was to improve visibility among Greater Victoria residents, despite the proximity of our location. RFDM was able to help us grow our business through paid ads, social media strategy, and content marketing. They’ve enabled us to make strides in the Greater Victoria storage market and helped us to attract customers seeking affordable storage options. We would recommend working with them. We were impressed with the way they handled our unique situation.

We initially engaged RFDM Solutions for HubSpot CRM implementation with assistance in developing our outbound sales strategy. They migrated our sales data into HubSpot and worked with us to create a pipeline and sales process that fit our needs. Laura and the team provided HubSpot Sales Hub training and account-based marketing assistance that set our team up for success and we have seen an increase in clients from our outbound efforts over the past year. RFDM continues to support us in marketing efforts and HubSpot optimization. I definitely recommend them to anyone looking for marketing and sales support in HubSpot.

My team engaged RFDM Solutions to design and execute a migration from HubSpot to Salesforce and Marketo.
Because there were several SaaS platforms involved, we needed to be sure that they would all integrate seamlessly with the new CRM and marketing automation solution with minimal downtime and no data loss. Ryan, Ken, Alex, and Laura worked tirelessly to ensure all customizations met our team’s specifications and that everything was fully tested before migration. They provided training on the new platforms, as well as an extended support period to assist with any updates or configuration needed after launch.
Working with RFDM was a great collaborative experience and I would gladly recommend them for CRM and automation projects.
