Received a call from one of the service reps informing that I missed a couple of appointments and won’t be booking any appointments in the future. I told him that I called in to cancel the first appointment and would call back to reschedule and called again to book for December 04,2023 but received a call today (Tuesday) saying that I missed the second appointment that I placed for November 27,2023. Unfortunately, he heard me wrong that I booked for December 04,2023 and had scheduled for November 27,2023. He had a rude tone in the voice like “I don’t won’t customers anymore kinda vibe” good luck with your business, there are better options who knows to talk to a customer. I think god saved me and my car, who knows what there intentions were. Never take your vehicle to this location as they provide bad customer service over the phone. Keep your attitude to yourself and family not customers!

After the reply from the owner: there you go, it’s a lie now, I called twice not three times. He is making the story up now. I know that lies can be a daily routine in your trade but honesty is important! Again, first appointment was cancelled. Second appointment you messed it up by booking on the 27th of Nov instead of Dec 04,2023. Learn to properly book an appointment before fixing cars.

It was a little bit costly, to get my tail light fixed. And, I also had my automatic trunk disconnected. Overall, it cost me $100.

On the positive side though - both the owner & the younger mechanic, who did most of the job, were friendly. They even allowed me to watch "how to change my tail light" - so, I can do it for myself.the next time. And for that, I'm grateful.

Expertise and honesty are essential when looking for automotive repair. RG Diagnostics have both. Their shop manager KB was friendly and great at managing our expectations. Owner Ryan was a whiz at diagnostics and our repair was done in a timely manner. We heard RG Diagnostics was an "above and beyond" type of company. They certainly proved that to be true! We would use them again and whole heartedly recommend them. Top shelf!

So how often does someone go into an automotive 'repair' place for something of which they give you a quote to fix, you agree to the amount and after the work is done, you go to pay the bill only to find out it actually cost you about $20% LESS than was quoted? Not very often I'd say. They could have easily captured a little more profit that day and I would have been none the wiser. However this small business has HUGE INTEGRITY! So AWESOME to have a local (South Surrey/White Rock area) business that specializes in European vehicles that we totally trust and very much appreciate! Whenever we bring in any of our vehicles for service - we always leave very HAPPY and our cars are IMMACULATELY cleaned, like nothing I have ever seen before. Team Ryan, John, Jit and Ian are four pleasant/likeable guys with big hearts - oh yeah and they do first class work on your vehicles too! ;) The whole package! ️️️️

I took my vehicle in for some major repair work on the engine. While it took longer than we anticipated to do; I am more than satisfied with the work done. One minor hiccup but they fixed it same day. The staff is friendly and answered any questions I had. I would highly recommend using this team for any repair work you require.

When we bought my used BMW a neighbour recommended that I see RG Automotive for any service and I am sure glad I did. I stopped in after work one day to talk about an oil change and a once-over, Ryan was super friendly and helpful so I booked the car in for a couple days later. My husband picked up the car for me after the service and told me that Ryan went over everything that they found with the car and explained what needed to be done and what could wait. When I got home I saw the email from the shop and boy am I impressed with the report that I was given. It clearly outlines what they checked over, what was good and the parts that need work - complete with pictures. Hubby is so happy with the service that he wants to take his new truck there for its regular maintenance. I have absolutely no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Ryan and RG Automotive for your vehicle needs.
