The entire team is incredibly helpful and understanding. They invest time in understanding the design I want and offer suggestions to enhance its appearance. I'm impressed and will definitely become a regular visitor.

I'm thrilled with the staff at Richelle Nails. The staff is friendly and patient, always coming up with creative nail design ideas that surprise me. This place is the best for manicures and pedicures in town.

Horrible first time experience, along with bad management! Shellac started to chip day 2. Do not recommend this place!

Ive been here 3 or 4 times now, it is very rushed and they usually chip/peel after not long. Today my gel manicure was only 20 minutes long (at other salons its about 35 because they take their time). There was a bubble in the polish that I didnt notice until getting home, after doing regular chores the bubble popped and my polish is peeling. There are two other salons I go to that are much better.

It’s the worst place to get your nails done! I only booked it for my big toes shellac. She started to wash my feet (she literally only did a very light scrub) and at the end asked to pay 50$ for pedicure! I was like I never asked for pedicure and after all what you did wasn’t a pedicure at all!
All the staff are very harsh and not respectful. Very disappointed

Great job and comfortable salon although prices were raised so getting pricey for me with all the inflation so may have to stop getting my nails done soon

I went for a shellac manicure and the technician cut me while she was doing it, then the polish chipped within less than 24 hours. I went back to the salon and asked to have my manicure fixed the next day and the same technician worked on me and cut me AGAIN, this time causing bleeding that did not even stop by the time I left the salon. They did not fix my nails properly, just adding more layers of colour on top of the chipped coats. I left with super thick polish on my nails (5+coats) and a bloody finger. They did not apologize. They made me feel uncomfortable and basically rushed me out the door. I emailed afterwards asking for a refund and they have not responded. Do not go to this salon.

I have been coming here for many years and switched girls to suit what I liked and ended up with Queenie she is the best. So sweet and actually cares alot about her work she's doing on you. Highly recommend. ️

Have had several great appointments at Richelle's! The ladies are welcoming and skilled. No argument over wanting my nails kept short lol. The salon is very clean.

Richelle Nails itself is a great place to get acrylic fills, in terms of pricing & speed- but I suggest not going with Hilda. I have had her a few times and she is always very rough with my hands and filing etc.

Last time I went, I showed which design I wanted and she told me it would take a long time to do so I should try to look for a different idea. She also told me it would be $80 because of the extra details. I changed it to a simpler one and by the end of it, she still charged me $80? Even though it took less time than the other design would’ve, and it was her pushing me that made me change my mind. So I would’ve much rather we her doing my original idea instead of pushing me to change it because it would ‘take too long’.

She also still didn’t follow the exact design I had for her, so overall I was fairly disappointed, which I’ve never been with any of the other ladies that work there!
