Richelle Nails & Spa

I have come here for a long time. I never feel pushed to get anything done. I bring my senior dad here and they always treat him like their own dad. I have never had anything but amazing service by the staff. Richelle has the best staff. My favourite, Chloe, Joanne, Tina, Nee, and Vincent! All amazing and so so kind.

Go elsewhere. They push for you to get shellac to increase what you spend there. If you express any dissatisfaction, they are defensive and always right. Particularly the blonde asian lady. Poor quality polishes unless shellac. Lots of other places where customer service is better.

I am giving this a 3 because the first few times I came here, I had Selena do my nails which turned out perfect and I would give her a 5/5. The last time I came I had another employee who did not do a good job, I would give the nails I recieved a 2/5, it was costly for the quality I recieved, and I waited 30+ minutes even though I had an appointment.

I have been going to Richelle and Vincent my nails and pedicure for years now, and each time they delivers the best service.
I came in about two weeks ago with a group of four people and they accommodated us immediately. I have nothing but positive things to say about this place and they treat you like family.

After reading a lot of reviews my daughter and I decided on Richelle Nails & Spa 2. My mani and pedi which was suppose to be a relaxing treat was not.the lady that did my nails decided she can do it all from one side while I have too keep my legs straight so that the other lady can do my feet. Imagine sitting in a massage chair with someone constantly pulling your arms to one side. On day 3 my french shellac starting chipping. Now it was my daughters 1st time.my treat going for tips and a nail design. The design came out absolutely beautiful but I asked that no acrylic be used as she is only 14 and I wanted to avoid damage to her nail bed. I was told that was the design she choose. Umgh a light pink with blue marble. I think not. All in all I paid $185.00
Was it worth it? I don't think so.

Great nail shop with great customer service. I have been looking for a good nail shop since I moved to Port Moody. I’m glad I found one.

I was here couple of weeks back, I really enjoyed the service I got, it was so different from the other nail salons I had gone to, where they rush everything, are a bit rough (streamlined) and slap color on your nails. It was so relaxing. The girls that did my nails and the owner were so nice and welcoming. Shame that it is a bit out of my way if I want to go here again, but definitely will visit again when I am in Port Moody

Very friendly staff and management, professional, sanitary, with special services. If you want to get super pampered go to Richelle that it's been three years I do (Port Coquitlam branch) and never go anywhere else. I'm glad you guys have another branch in Portmoody too. Kara went above and beyond to make sure I was super spoiled today.

My fiancé and I go to get pedicures together; I’ve had both regular and shellac pedicures so far and have been really happy with the experience. They don’t shy away from the leg massage portion which is arguably my favourite part.

The salon is so clean and everyone there is following to abide by our safety and theirs! I am so happy they are open and it's business as usual ladies and gents so get out there and support this amazing local business!

I'm always nervous about getting my eyebrows done at a new place, I got a shellac pedicure and eyebrow wax here. The service was fantastic, very friendly staff all around and I was even able to book a same day appointment. The attention to detail was on point and the space is very clean they've clearly taken COVID measures into account.
