The customer service we received from Gary was excellent; he’s eager without being pushy; he’ll go to bat for you and will work hard to earn your business. The SM, Brian was really friendly and we were made to feel very comfortable in what could be, a very stressful experience. We’ve purchased from other OpenRoad Dealerships and we’ve always had positive experiences. Highly recommend.

I came in looking to test drive some cars one evening. The dealership was about 15 minutes to closing for the day. Danny was still there and took care of showing me the cars and setting up my test drives promptly. As well, he found an additional Acura for me and had it brought in from another dealership the next day, which I ended up purchasing. The services I received really stood out for me. Just walked out with a slightly used BMW 330. After some careful consideration and, a whole lot of back-and-forth between dealerships in the Richmond Automall, I decided to check out the Acura dealership. I initially intended to buy a new TLX but after scouting the lot, the BMW really stood out for me and the price was quite reasonable.

I had the pleasure of dealing with a gentleman named Shiv Chawla. I found him to be very genuine and sincere during the entire process, and it was probably the first dealer that didn't make me feel pressured to buy something. He answered all of my questions and was super pleasurable to deal with, especially compared to the other dealerships in the surrounding area. I did have my mother with me, as I needed a ride to the automall, and she also found him to be a very personable individual to deal with also. I should also mention that the other Acura dealers seemed very chilled out. The vibe there in general is just awesome.

If you want a car without pressure and heavy handed sales techniques, with dealers who you can actually have a sincere conversation with, go to Acura Richmond. Shiv Chawla was the dealer I dealt with and i would definitely recommend him to anyone.

Down to 1 star since I realized the the car the sold me as "under warranty and accident free" had actually been in an accident. I now need to pay for repairs which are not covered under warranty due to the accident that Richmond Acura hid from me. I feel deceived and cheated. If you plan on getting a used/pre-owned car from here, have it inspected by an independent mechanic, I would have zero trust in whatever report they produce. Since their customer service was actually decent, I have left the original, unedited review below.

Their services are horrible. Not matter from the sales or even manager. They just want to make the sales. We went there to talk about changing the lease agreement, but they made us waiting for one and a half hours. None of them came to us. Just let you wait! If you are not ready to buy or lease their cars, don’t go! Or better try other dealers. Once you sign the contact, they don’t wanna deal with you.

I got my TLX Type-S 2 weeks ago and my whole experience was great! Mitchell was really helpful and provided a great customer service. It's been just a month since I've purchased my brand new 2021 TLX A-spec from Michelle Louie. I kid you not when I say that she made my experience impeccable. We chatted via text and within 3 days, she gave me the best deal AND picked up my new car. I was over the moon as I had initially spoken to another dealership and knew that this would be out of my budget. Majority of the car salesman I've came across have been extremely pushy to the point it made me uncomfortable. Michelle was not at all! I have a 2010 Acura MDX. When i went to get service done 5 years ago the mechanic told me my engine was burning oil. I had called Acura Canada and they sent me to Richmond Acura to check the oil consumption. They took almost one year to let me know they couldn’t fix it. However, they had fixed the same model vehicle with the same problem that my friend had!

Michelle Louie is an amazing associate at this dealership. I highly recommend asking to see her when coming in. I was torn between two different cars of different brands. I went to the lexus dealership originally and I was unimpresed. I've done an intense amount of research on the two cars I was deciding between. When i went into lexus, the representative told me everything I already knew about the vehicle. Though the car was still great, I left with a sour taste in my mouth. My experience at Acura with Michelle was the exact opposite. She welcomed me into the dealership and created a comfortable atmosphere. She explained the specifics of the car I was looking into. I was pleasantly surprised by the extra features I wasn't already aware about. I had a lease with acura that was close to ending and i was considering making a switch. I'm glad that i didn't. Professional dealership with complete transparency!

My wife and I visited Richmond Acura on 2 occasions. First time was to test drive and learn about 2021 RDX. We met Charles Hsuan and he explained the details about the car, provided us with financing rates and set us up with a test drive. Through out the whole process, he understood that we were at the research stage. There was never any pressure to buy. We left learning lots about the car. After speaking with a few brands and Acura dealerships, we went back to Richmond Acura today in the hopes to complete a deal. We phoned ahead of time to book an appointment and told Charles what we were looking for. He assured us that we would get the best possible pricing. Well, did he ever deliver! Charles conducted the whole meeting with total transparency and professionalism that is rarely seen in this industry. My wife and I was in and out under 90 minutes with an unbeatable price. We would go as far as saying that this is the first time where we actually enjoyed the negotiation phase. Thank you Charles, Rick (Sales Manager) and Richmond Acura. We are glad we chose this dealership to bring our business to.

We just recently purchased an Acura MDX through Mitchell Cressman and I have to say it was the least stressful purchase I have made in a very long time.
He was very patient, explained features in a clear manner, provided good advice on our options but his low key approach was his biggest quality. He made the experience of the new purchase very easy.
We also had a great experience with David Ng, who explained in great detail all the features of the new Dash Camera and with Brian Low - a really great team to deal with.

I completed my 4-year lease with Acura. From the 1st meeting until the end of lease agreement, the process was so easy and well organized. Darren Lam was very professional and high recommendable.

Look for Mitch Cressman! Very knowledgeable about the cars he are selling! Very accommodating to talk to! We had plenty of back and forth before my purchase and he was never smirky and belittling like other automotive salespeople (not from Richmond Acura). Very upfront on what he can and can't do so that's why I stuck with him throughout!

I shouldn't trust them too much. Today I went to the Acura Richmond for a service check. At first I only need a B1 service which is include an oil change, price at 276.95 + tax. After a short period of time, the service advisor came back to me and told me there were some parts I have to change, my front brake pads were at 20% and brake fluid was dirty.etc. I did not want to change any of those during the visit but the service lady told me that because they were doing tire rotations I do better change them and save some labor cost. I agreed to change my front brake pads and brake fluid because of her story of saving labor cost. I paid 739.70 at the end. I thought the amount I have paid was what they have promised. But after I back to home and take a look on the service sheet. They did not deduct the labor fee and their promise are all BS. The labor cost me 512.05.an oil change, tire rotation, front brake pads and brake fluid change labor cost 512.05.is this a joke? During the three hours of waiting, through the small window from the waiting room, I observed the technician only spent less than half hour on my car and the labor cost 512.05. My advice to all car owners please avoid this place and Acura Richmond is a joke. You can easily find car mechanic workshops that does the same job with a reasonable cost. DO NOT listen to their story of promise.very disappointed. I would give -1star if there is a such option.

Michelle Louie is the sweetest and most caring sales person I have ever dealt with. She helped us so much and gave us the best customer service! I was receiving awful service from another Honda dealership in Langley and was recommended to see Michelle from a family member that bought their Acura from her as well. This was honestly the best decision because she helped me find a vehicle that was best for me and at the lowest deal. Their finance manager, Alice, hooked me up as well with a lower interest rate and money back to pay off my credit cards. Who would have thought that buying a car would put them in less debit? ! Literally, the BEST dealership and customer service from MICHELLE! Don't see anyone else at this dealership!

I confirm this is the 2nd review I have ever written as I am not one to give reviews over the internet.  After my experience with Richmond Acura I felt at minimum a review was well deserved indeed. About 1.5 yr ago, I visited this dealership in search of a midsize SUV/crossover. I had the opportunity to meet with Rick (Sales Mgr) and Michelle Louie (Sales & Leasing Consultant). Michelle arranged for a test drive at the time but I was still not decided. Fast forward 1.5 year (just last week) following an extensive search on an RDX, I did not hesitate to contact Michelle again remembering how fantastic and helpful Michelle was the first time.  Richmond Acura did not disappoint last week either. Would give no stars if I could. Service is great if you don't find out they did something wrong. Once you confront them about something they did wrong, they find every possible excuse to put the blame back on you with NO APOLOGY or solution to help fix what they broke.

Can never trust service technicians.often bring the car in to service and they return my car with something broken that I need to pay to fix when it was working just fine when I brought the car in.good way to scam existing acura customers.good job acura!
