Can't say enough good things about RBS guys. I stumbled upon them by mistake and started with closet knobs and hardware and kept coming back for other things. The team is awesome and so helpful - I was trying to get some hardware from Rchelieu and they wouldn't sell it to me but only a business - I called RBS and David and Kyle on separate occasions placed an order for me even thought they don't carry Rchelieu products - I was super happy and pleasantly surprised - thank you guys!

My last two purchases were cedar planks for our fence and planters and we are absolutely blown away with the quality and the beauty of the cedar - we bought over 300 planks and there wasn't even one defective one and the colors and patterns of individual planks are unique and beautiful. Mike, the sales person helping me, is amazing and so great to work with. Thank you Mike!

Bought a bunch of trim/moulding at RBS. Staff were pleasant, product was in stock, price was great (1/3 the cost of a nearby big-box store for the same product).

I am a contractor and have visited almost every store in Richmond for building supplies. RMS has a great selection of building materials even those uncommon stuff that could not be located in other mainstream stores. Their prices are very reasonable, even for walk-in customers. Their customer services is top-notched. Most importantly, most of the time the materials are ready to be picked up right away. In short, despite their relatively small store, they have a great selection of materials, great customer services and prices.
