I’ve been going to this clinic since I was 12 and they’ve always been so kind to me! Today specifically I wanted to give a shout out to Farah at the reception; she is such a kind and bubbly person and was incredibly helpful at explaining all the Invisalign payments! The hygienist Mina was also so gentle with me during my cleaning and very considerate of my sensitive teeth! Thank you for the incredible service!

Chaotic and disorganized administration and reception. Made tons of mistakes on billing and dealing with insurance company. Disappointed! Never go there again!

I highly recommend this dental clinic. I came to Vancouver for a scheduled Alaskan cruise but unfortunately experienced dental issue that needs to be addressed (toothache and swelling). Miss Farha accommodated me even without an appointment and knowing I don’t have insurance as I live in the US. They did a quick exam/eval and gave me the prescription for antibiotics. Thank you so much for providing me the care when I needed it most!

I recommend this place to anyone who wish to get a perfect experience of dental care. Thanks to my doc and people assisting for making sure my dental health is well. Your service is a great responsibility and value for people in need. God bless!

Nice for UBC students as it didn't charge anything for cleanning teeth. The insurance covered 70%, and the clinic covered the rest.

I wanted to take a moment to express my sincere gratitude for the exceptional service and kindness Fartha provided during my recent visit to your clinic. Despite calling twice and initially thinking that I could not secure an appointment today. Lucky enough, someone cancelled so Fartha called me right after and I am truly grateful for that. She is an absolute angel.

I also want to extend my appreciation to the hygienist, whose name I believe to be Laura, for being so patient and helping me to stay calm during the appointment.

I had my cleaning today that supposedly at 1pm, but my flight got delayed. So I called them and inform them that i’ll be coming late, instead they switch my schedule to the later patient. And it turns out that I’m late 30mins and still the receptionist accepted me and Nina right away do the cleaning in my teeth. It was the best customer service i ever had.

Dr Jas Dhanju is a always caring and attentive, front desk Katrina is always nice and approachable!

I was looking for a dental clinic that is honest and truly cares for its patients, and after reading the reviews for Richmond Centre Dental Clinic, I decided to give it a shot. My hygienist Nina was excellent —she was very gentle and explained things in detail for me. Farha the receptionist was very friendly too!

Be careful! They charge without notify you. I went there for a simple filling, they didn't do a good job, so I had to visit there for a second time. It took less than 1 minute for fixing it, but they claimed $150 from my insurance company WITHOUT even inform me or getting my authorization. I called them and argued, they said it is their normal procedure, they didn't do anything wrong and even refused to apologize.

I called in on urgent appointment, Because i was in a really bad pain. The girl on the phone booked me for the same day. And doctors was really good, I was in and out within 20 minutes. Awesome staff. I will recommend this place then my friends and family.

I took my mother to the clinic today, it was our first time in this clinic all what I can say it is an AMAZING service. The receptionist was very friendly and welcoming, the dental hygienist Mar was sweet and caring.and finally Dr. Polous was the one who took care of my mother case was WONDERFUL. Our whole family has been going to RCDC for the last 20 years and we have had exceptional service always. Very professional and accommodating at the same time.
Today I had to get my tooth desensitized and walked in without an appointment and Dr. Jaspreet Dhanju took me in right away and had me pain free and going in 15 minutes. Thank you.

I've had the same persisting problem for months after coming to him and he does absolutely nothing - says it's all in my head and finally, after going back four times, admitted that there was something wrong. Absolute nimrod -Not sure why Dr. Dhanju is a dentist seeing as I've never dealt with someone so unprofessional and uninterested. The receptionist/dental assistants are all extremely rude women that snicker and make comments behind patients backs. Specifically "Ritu" - Overall unwelcoming environment through and through. I have no idea how they have people coming to them still and how they aren't out of business yet. Do yourself a favour and spend a little more money for a dentist that actually does his job.

I was late for my 6: 45 pm appointment. Reached there at 7 pm. Staff were friendly and accommodated the delay. The receptionist was new and was not sure how to enter insurance details in the system. Finally, she did it. I was taken into a room where I was asked to take a scan. 45 mins later a doctor came to check in on me. Apologised for the delay and spent about 5 mins diagnosing. Didn’t seem like a professional service. Not very happy with the experience.

Have been going there for all my dental needs. Three dentists have treated me so far and I am very impressed with their professionalism. The hygienists are also friendly and seem to know what they are doing. Not to forget the front desk staff who are super friendly and helpful all the time. On the whole I am so satisfied with them that I took my wife there.

I had a really bad experience in this clinic. I had filling with dr. Poulos. I have never seen such a rude doctor. He was so rude and impatient. I had problem in my tooth with his first filling and he never listened to my problem and just said his words and accused me that I cannot understand while it was his understanding problem! He was so nervous and rude when I was explaining my problem and just reacted me with bad behavior. He never explained me what he did with my teeth and when I asked him what did you do, he behaved impolitely. And at the end he and his assistant left the room without talking with me and taking me to the front desk.
Also he couldn’t freeze my teeth and had about 3 injections to freeze my teeth which was really annoying.
And one thing about this clinic, all doctors force you seriously to put crow on your tooth even for a simple filling and every time keep telling you that you have to put crown. And even if you say I cannot afford it at this time but they don’t stop telling you.
I never go to this clinic any more and don’t suggest it to anyone.

The team was great. They got me in quickly for an emergency appointment and were kind and helpful. Dr. Dhanju was lovely. She explained everything and helped put my anxieties at ease. My tooth looks and feels great, almost like I had never broken it in the first place.

My experience here was "Poor" at best.

I found the Doctor I was assigned to be very inconsiderate and unprofessional. There were times when the Doctor would move my jaw without a glove on. Not just that but the face mask here at this clinic seems optional. The assistant had gloves and mask on the whole time but the Doctors at this clinic are probably above the professional conduct.

Unacceptable practices and unhygienic conditions.

I would NOT recommend this clinic to anyone.

Let alone visiting a Dentist is a bit nerve wracking but this clinic makes the experience even worse.

Please find a better place, do some research!

Would not recommend! Front desk staff are dismissive and ignorant towards patients.

Had an appointment scheduled for today, received a phone call yesterday to confirm time and procedures. Showed up half an hour early (like I would for any other appointment) and was told my appointment was an hour later than what I was told yesterday. So what was the point of calling me to confirm the day before?
After waiting an hour and half for my “scheduled” appointment time, I had to wait ANOTHER 20 minutes past that (almost 2 hours now) because the dentist decided it was okay to show up late - which I’m sure was a lie one of the front desk staff told me.
And lastly, the main procedure that was supposed to be done.wasn’t!

Incredibly frustrated, clearly this place is just a cash grab and a waste of time.

The dentist Dr. Huang can speak Mandarin and is very enthusiastic to her patients. The reception staffs are warm and considerate. This is my 3rd visit. Dental cleaning and exam were fully reimbursed because I am insured by UBC Dental and Vision plan.

The dentist i saw screwed up a filling and i required a crown because of it, they are unwilling to pay for their mistake. To be more precise the dentist throughout confused the left hand side with right hand side and left metal fillings in place because of their mistake i had to re-do fillings and will have to do a crown, they only offered to pay for the fillings which they did.they DID NOT follow respectable buisness pratices or take responsibility for their error. They have even admitted that they made an error by paying for the re-do of the filling so they are basically lying. DO not recommend.

I booked 2 appointment before 2 weeks, and today I got phone call said both of my appointment was canceled need to reschedule. Sorry will never come back again.bad experience ever.

When i went for dental cleaning, i refused to have an xray of my teeth. Because of my refusal the hygienist she is a vietnamese i think, she didn't provided me goggles to protect my eyes from the water splashing and from accidental hurting my eyes with the instruments she was using.

I had a stiff neck afterwards because she asked me to turn my head to the right most of the time.

It only took her 30 minutes or so but charged the full amount.

I have regretted to have tried to this clinic.

I will never go back again.
