I just want to say THANK YOU for helping me with my bike fender last Saturday morning! I was quite distraught after my bike mishap and missing my ferry. You were very kind to take the time to fix my fender. And I also appreciate that the fellow with the 9 AM appointment was accommodating as well. I was able to catch a Nanaimo ferry later in the day and caught up with my cycling friends in Duncan. Thank you for saving the day and enabling me to have a wonderful cycling weekend on the Island.

A small family business, Richmond E Bike gave us their full attention in choosing our bikes. They took the time to clearly explain all of the options, features and essential maintenance tips to us. It's was a real pleasure working with them. Having their own in-house service centre is another plus!

This is the e-bike store which is the best store in vancouver. They are very friendly, honest and they have good price. Strong preference for whom who wants to buy e bike.

This place is dope. To start off, despite its appearance (and their top-tier website), this store is entirely family-owned and operated. One small child insisted on opening the door for me on my way out. When I called them in the morning expressing interest in buying one of their bikes that afternoon and riding it home, I arrived at the store pleasantly surprised to see they had plugged in the bike I wanted to charge without asking/reserving or putting down money. I really like the girl I consulted with at the store, she was able to answer every question I could think of and even helped me plan my route home by showing me the bike shuttle that goes between Richmond and Ladner, easily saving me 1.5 hours of travel time. 10/10 overall pleasant experience, would recommend to anyone who needs to fix or buy an ebike

The customer service team here is top-notch. I purchased my brand new Thunder Pro Mountain with the help of Tram. The staff is very knowledgeable, patient, and courteous. When I picked up my bike, they did a safety test on it to make sure everything was working correctly. They also took the time to attach a back rack to the bike for me, which I already own for no extra charge. I rode my bike this afternoon, and I can tell the difference between this professional bike and the cheap one I bought at Amazon, which kept falling apart (at least I could return it). The brakes and the tires, as well as the gear shifting, is superb. I highly recommend this bike shop to anyone looking for a high-quality electric bike.

As a business owner, I must tell you these guys are remarkable, honest, and down to earth. If you are on the market looking for an electric bike, check them out. Great products, excellent service!

Incredible range of options, everything from mobility scooters to back-country electric dirt bikes. We looked at some cruiser style ebikes. Very comfy and surprisingly quick! The sales person who served us was very helpful and knowledgeable. We were able to try the bikes in the large parking area. If you are looking for an eBike, you should be sure to check this spot out!

I became interested in electric bikes when I visited my sister-in-law in VietNam and rode hers. After searching online and it lead me to Richmond Ebike, I went immediately to the shop and looked for it. I purchased Thunder City Step-through E-bike and it was definitely the best decision: well built bike, amazing design, great communication through the whole ordering process and very friendly staffs.

Excellent eBike shop!

The professionalism was outstanding, my needs were meant and then some. Tram and Hoang were awesome, ran beside me as I test road the Thunder 20" Step-through Fat Tires E-bike. The step through style fit my needs, to be able to get on and off comfortably, to seat on a comfortable seat, and have my feet flat footed on the ground made me feel secure. The handle bars are for cruising not racing so no pressure on your hands. They fit the bike to me.

So excited to be able to ride an electric bike with my bad knee and not worry about safety.
Highly recommended.

I purchased this bike 6 months ago, was very excited because it’s my first ebike I ever ride on. It’s a very nice one, well-built, great design, easy to ride, my best investment so far.
The customer service is excellent, I weren’t sure with one is suitable for me and I were not familiar with electric bikes at all, the sale person provided me with all knowledge and details about their products with passion and very patient with me. (I’m quite picky tho).

What best about this store is that they have all services about maintenance and fixing the bikes, whenever I have questions or needing to maintain anything, they are always willing to help and very fast response.

I had a flat tire on my ebike last week and other places wouldn’t fix it. Richmond ebike solved it and made sure to deliver the bike as soon as possible. I appreciate that. Now my ebike is running really smoothly, so 5/5.

I would rate zero stars if I could. Do NOT buy a bike here, they do NOT have a warranty and you will end up paying hundreds for unsatisfactory work. I went in and got my gears replaced; they said the warranty is no longer valid AND the plastic gears that they put (altogether costing almost 300) broke within ONE MONTH of repair! And they wont fix it without charging me for the labour again! Absolute disgrace of a business. You should be ashamed. Take your services elsewhere to people that will actually help and not just steal your money.

We went to many places to get my husbands electric bike fixed, and everywhere said they couldn’t do it and that the part was nonexistent. Thank goodness for Richmond Bike, they were the only ones who took the time and fixed it.

I paid that gears for 300dollars, it should be run 5000km, it should be 2year of my biking. I made approximately 200km in a 1 mouth.
These gears aren't genuine.they didn't offer me the replacement. Totally scams

We really appreciated their kind attention. They took their time to explain all the features of the bike we were interested in to my wife. We have only had the bike one day but are very happy with our purchase.

We've had our e-bike for over 5 years now, and from downtown Calgary to Fish Creek park which took me about 3 hours the battery life was still over half full! Very happy with the speed and longevity of this bike!

I am not usually writing any reviews, just give a relevant amount of stars, but after Actually getting a sarcastic bullying reply for giving one star and a dishonest claims which is to say the least was false, I am adding that review.

It is logic when you find funny that your customers who paid you money want something that was promised by you.
It is funny to promise warranty and then to say, oh there is no warranty for that.
It is very funny that the lady in the shop actually was as rude as it could get from the start, and started yelling at me, (not me yelling at her), constantly interrupting me, not letting me finish a single sentence, and then falsely claiming that I yelled at their staff
It is funny to sell a charger for 136 $ and claim that this is a good price, because “there is a warranty” among other things, but when a customer asks why there was no warranty on e bike repairs a year ago, to start yelling at him and be as rude as you could be.
My advice to the shop owners, sometimes it is very rewarding just to be honest, to lie is not a virtue.

If you are thinking about getting an e-bike, definitely get one. I just had service and repairs. A spoke costs under $10! If you need car repairs it’s going to be over $100 before entering the door. I have had my Thunder for 5 years, ride it more than ever. Battery isn’t as strong as it once was or maybe it’s me. Bike still gets me there and back. The bike has paid for itself twice over in fuel savings.

Great place to buy an ebike they just replaced my battery for me and did some work on my brakes prices are reasonable and the work is professional. I like the way the shop is organized. I also had my brakes on my electric scooter worked on. Great experience overall.

You can’t go wrong coming here for all your bike needs. Everything goes smooth. Everyone is helpful. No high pressure up sales. Lastly, you leave feeling pretty damn good about your purchase.

I just brought my new e-bike to get my brake repaired. Service from the first email answered to getting my bike back was seamless. Everyone was professional and repair was done before expected date. We will be bringing our bikes back for tune ups and future work done. I would highly recommend this local business!

Thank you for helping me choosing the right ebike. I came during their busy time, a few people lining up outside, but they took time to explain and help me with all the questions I had. They helped me to test ride a few models and I decided to purchase the Thunder folding step through electric bike model. It's been awesome, I never spend this much time on a bike. With the pedal assist helping, I just keep going. I could go up to 3 or 4 hours on a ride. Thanks again. Very impressive, professional and knowledgeable staff. And the patience! I never think about the E-bike, but I changed my mind when I came here (bc my GF ask me to go with her there). Those bikes here are super cool. I got 2 bikes for us just after the first try. Nice bike, great service, reasonable price and I have to mention that the technical guy here is extremely careful in tuning bikes before we took it. I appreciate that. Will take my parent here soon to get a new gift for them.

Adjusted the disc brakes on my zero-10 scooter. Was repaired in 4 days in and very pleased with the result. Owner explained all the details on the repair and was very professional.

Drove to Vancouver at the end of February and bought 2 Thunder Step-thru folding bikes which easily folded to fit two in the back of our VW Tiguan without having to lower the rear seats. Great service on delivery and the bikes have totally met our needs. Being over 70 years old, the step-thru design has made getting on and off very easy. We have now had the bikes for three months and have enjoyed riding the trails in the North Okanagan.

The Okanagan Rail Trail between Kelowna and Vernon is a favourite ride on any section of the trail. The foreshore trail in Salmon Arm is also a great ride. The pictures are from our most recent ride near Kekuli Bay south of Vernon.

Very happy with the design and quality of the bikes which were set up perfectly before delivery.

Tung is very knowledgeable of all the details surrounding the bicycle and tricycle world. He has the know how, the tools and the equipment to customize any basic bicycle and turn it into an eye catching marvel by adding simple accessories like mitts, rain covers, windshield, panniers with or without baby sitters, turning and brake lights with all sorts of alarms and hitching for all kind of trailers or strollers. Comfort and safety budget wise, installed in a minimum of time. Tram is so organized making any shopping like a breeze, honoring all the warranties on parts and labor

Not a good first experience, a simple tire replacement and brake tune up turned into a inflated bill of almost $600, so called "All day job " to bleed brakes is outrageous and still not working properly. Another shop with SKILLED mechanics was able to do it in 15 mins! I was given misleading and inaccurate information, you should not take advantage of customers that are new to this, you have lost a customer and referrals.

I just bought a bike from them and they are very friendly and knowledgeable ppl. They have a good selection of bikes and scooters. There bike prices are comparable to other shops and they are been in business for years now. I have already recommended them to 3 of my friends now. Go see what they have you won't be disappointed.

I went there twice one for tune up & lower the seat, next one was to fix up flat tire, they done good job & the charges were reasonable, highly recommend to the people who have the problem with their eBike.

Repair failed after 2nd trip on bike 2 days after picking it up. No warranty or support from shop. Just an offer to re-diagnose and repair again at full cost.

Excellent service, very patient with my many questions. They were able to repair my old ebike in a couple of days. I have previously tried many other ebike stores and no one else would look at it. Cost to repair was very reasonable considering the time and effort involved.

The service is amazing here.
T-liner.
Once we got the right tire to fit the T-liner it's been great.used to get flats all the time. I commute to work 5 days a week during Spring and summer. I can do a tire fix in the middle of my ride but it makes me late for work or coming home. So the T-liner makes me able to be confident about the time I will arrive. This is why it is worth the money.

Very informative about the products they have. Was very patient with what I needed. They let me test ride few bikes, although I didn't make a purchase, they were still very enthusiastic. They have a big service center to service bikes if it was needed. Will go back to buy
