Ricki's - Hillside Centre

The ladies are always friendly and helpful. They know me when I walk in and I always get great service! The clothes are cut for women.

I used to work at a Ricki's and we had a good team and customers seemed happy. But that was 12 years ago so I shop now as a non-employee:). The new store in Victoria Hillisde is lovely and the staff is amazing. They REALLY seek to love their time there. Regan is friendly, upbeat and non pushy. Betty is also lovely and she is stunning! As someone having worked in customer service all my life i notice when service is good and this store has it in spades. I will be back for sure!

Service is always exceptional and friendly. It was 15 minutes before closing and I was told by a sales clerk at another store, ” you have 15 minutes. ” I did not stay. I walked in to Ricki’s the sales person said, “ no worries you have lots of time. ” When I apologies for coming in late. She helped me find items quickly and was kind and accommodating!

I had a great shopping experience shopping at Ricki's recently. I was helped by an employee named Victoria who was very personable and thorough.

I went to shop for a new pair of jeans. I was not sure if my size the sales person was very helpful. I left with a great pairs of jeans and a smile on my face due to the size. Thanks for making my day wonderful

I really enjoy shopping at Ricki’s. I almost always find something to wear that I love and fits well. I’m a size XL and shopping for clothes I feel good in isn’t that easy. The staff at Hillside Centre are great, very enthusiastic and helpful.

Great sizing. Hangs properly, good value and is comfortable to wear.no sagging or gapping forward when you stand up

As always I find something I am looking for when I go to Ricki's Staff were so helpful and made sure it was the correct size and look and for me. Visit them you will be enjoy the experience whether it is a date night outfit, something for work or just something casual there is always something for you.

Everyone at Ricki's Hillside is so upbeat, helpful, and friendly. I always love going in there. And mostly I find some great new item at a decent price. The pants especially fit me well. I think by now 90% of the pants I own come from Ricki's. Thanks, team!

One Saturday afternoon, I popped in to Ricki's to return an online purchase. I usually don't love going to stores these days finding it difficult to get help.often finding unengaged staff. This was not the case at Hillside. Browsing, I was asked by two different employees if they could assist or start a change room for me. Once I did try something on, the staff was super helpful and cheerful! Regan at check out was great and completed my experience on a high note. You have the most amazing team in this store and I will be sure to return - thank you!
