The 2 sales lady's were very attentive and went well beyond in their efforts to help me find what I was looking for.

Ricky's never disappoint me. I love the variety of clothes as well as the quality and prices.
The staff are very conscience about covid and always cleaning and making sure that there aren't too many people in the store at the same time.
I just happen to have a sweater on now that I bought from them last week.

I was just browsing with my sister. We decided to try some dresses on. The two ladies working were absolutely awesome in helping us out. Really appreciated Jillian's honesty and kindness. Not only did I buy the dress but we also bought three sweatshirts. "VINO" on them. Thank you so much for rockstar customer service.

Love this store now that you have plus sizes! Manaccins that more accurately represents oursociety would be great!

There are some very good sales on summer clothing. 50 to 70% off. Just have to be quick before your sizes sell out.

At Cottonwood Rickis the Ladies are helpful & Happy and know there product. I'm happy to shop at that location!

I have been shopping at the Cottonwood Mall Rickis for well over 10 years. I have always received the best customer service. They know me by name, it's just like Cheers when i walk in. Wonder staff, thank you for making my shopping a fun and friendly experience.

We are unable to find slacks to fit my wife. She's only 149cm. 4ft10.5inchs tall and requires a low rise pant. Ricks used to be the best for tthis type of pant but not anymore.

Ladies very pleasant and helpful. Patient with my indecision about a purchase. A positive experience. They deserve a Christmas bonus, if anyone really reads the reviews.
