Dec 25/23…, I had one of the tastiest freshest turkey dinners I’ve had in a long time. Everything about it was great…. Flavour of the gravy, turkey and stuffing. OMG it was actually so good. I’d so love to have another one tonight.
They were shortstaffed, of course Christmas Day, but the ones that were working were excellent. The manager was holding down all the positions as well to make sure everything went smoothly.
I can’t say enough about it. Delightful.

Exceptional Restaraunt! We were down for medical appointments and were blown away by the meals and service. Dinner salad was fresh, varied, and crisp with a large garlic bun that was so good you would think my mom made it!
Breakfast the next day was superb. I had their named breakfast with two perfectly poached eggs, bacon, sausage, and two fluffy huge pancakes! It also included toast, which I substituted for a fruit bowl. Love it.

All this was topped off by a lovely, excellent attentive waitress, Maria. I hope her manager knows what a gem she is.

I'm going back the next chance I get!

Four of us went to enjoy the Schnitzler special - Service by Julie was fantastic - Food unfortunately was just the opposite - 2/4 were so overcooked, it was almost impossible to cut with a steak knife. Seems there was a "cook" issue in the kitchen - anyway, needless to say we will not be going there again

Had a buffalo chicken wrap. It was pretty mediocre, could definitely do better at home. The kicker? It was $22. For a tiny little 10 inch wrap half the width of my forearm. Pathetic. Service wasn’t great either, they were teaching a new staff member, no big deal about that.

Nice little place:). J is awesome and super sweet!
Only thing I’d change is the bathroom paper towel dispenser. Time to upgrade

Bench seats were ripped, everything was dated and dingy. Bathroom needs a deep clean. Food was not great. I ordered a Chicken Po’Boy which I thought was supposed to have a spicy sauce but it was really bland. I had to ask for hot sauce but that didn’t help much. We liked the kids activity on the menu and service was good.

Thank you to whom was working the night shift on Feb 09. I had a long drive into Kelowna. I phoned Ricky's 20 minutes before closing to make a pickup order. I could tell in his voice that he was done for the night, but he took my order anyways. When I got there, he was still very polite and made me feel welcome even tho I made them 20 minutes late closing the doors for the night. My meal wasn't rushed, it was hot and was very taste. Thank you so much for accommodating me, you made my night.

Have been to now a few times for breakfast and I must say food has been great, waitress have been good and having to pay 20 or over for breakfast anywhere the value is fantastic, great food great value and will be one breakfast place for sure now

I took my mom out for breakfast this morning. We have not been here since the old location closed. Debbie our server was absolutely amazing and so pleasant. The food was also very very good. We will be back again soon!

Ordered turkey dinner for my family got it delivered when I got meal I got everything except for the turkey, my family was really disappointed ️ no good

The food was so fine. It’s exactly what I expected. Nothing to write home about but if you want a solid ‘yeah that’s pretty good but not awesome’ sandwich it’s your place. I got the club sandwich with French onion soup - soup was so so. Bread wasn’t crunchy on top, cheese was at the bottom, and the onions weren’t very caramelized.

Pretty much everything was $20+ for price reference.

The server was very sweet.

Probably one of the worst menus I've ever seen I just left because really other then chicken, something battered, or burgers.

Had the BC eggs benny, it was pretty good but the hollandaise sauce was really buttery tasting.

Great food and waitress was awesome. The hostess was annoyed that I wanted to sit by the window but it didn't ruin my day.

The menu is the same in evwry Ricky's so it depends on the chef. I had the ginger bowl and it was excellent! The supper service was fair. Breakfast service was above and beyond however

I came here a few weeks ago and wasn’t asked how I was or if I need more. I had no drink and nobody came over to ask if I needed a refill. However I came in on Wednesday at lunch time and had one of the best sandwiches I ever had the dip was great the cheese was melted the onions were crisp I was checked on that day but for the future make sure your employees are asking customers if they need anything.

3.79 for coffee no peanut butter for the toast, over cooked butter fried sausage. Snotty server.eggs poached prefect, bacon crispy.

Went in for breakfast, facebook had a bogo offer. Both of us ordered eggs Benny, very good, but waitress would not honor the facebook deal. Said we had to tell her as we entered the restaurant. No where does it say that. Not impressed and judging by the amount of customers in there they should not be alienating new customers.

Horrible experience at Ricky’s today. We had this waitress called Debra. I don’t know if she was trippin’ or no, but she was dead mad at life. She threw the receipts and ripped out the machines from your hand, almost before you haven’t even paid. I’m sorry but this waitress probably need a retirement, cause she is damaging the Ricky’s company for good. Get her on a vacation cause she needs something else than her everyday 9-5 job. 1 cent tip is all she deserves. Thank you

THE WORST SERVICE, THE WORST FOOD I HAVE EVER TASTED. THEY DON'T DESERVE TO BE IN BUSSINESS. THIS PLACE NEEDS TO CLOSE OR NEW OWNERSHIP.

I generally like the Ricky's restaurant chain in BC, but the recent experience of my dining party at the Kelowna location won't see us eating at that location any time soon.

The first warning was the sign on the door indicating they needed staff in pretty much all positions. Per COVID and staffing shortages, I can accept that service can be slow and there can be problems, but this experience bordered on glacial, both in terms of speed of service (it took almost an hour and other diners bailed while we waited) and feeling abandoned on a remote glacier (staff rarely checked in, didn't bother to advise, and the food arrived somewhat cold, except for likely sitting under a heat lamp for too long).

Two of our party ordered the Monte Cristo sandwich, and with mine I had requested a small dish of hollandaise sauce (that is otherwise served on their eggs Benedict) to go with the extra crispy hash browns I ordered (which did arrive as requested). My hollandaise had developed a "skin" in the time it waited before delivery to our table. The other person with a Monte Cristo sandwich had the stuffed hash browns (which I have enjoyed at another location), but these came close to incinerated and woefully undersized from my previous experience.

Another diner in our party had the eggs Benedict with the same overdone/undersized hash browns.

Finally, the fourth in our party had a club sandwich and tomato soup, but the club sandwich came cold and soggy. This, unfortunately, may have led to a case of food poisoning later that day. How the rest of us didn't suffer the same fate, I don't know.

We didn't have time to send the meals back at the time, but should have. Another table that was seated after us actually got their food first.

The overall bad experience might have been mitigated a little if the service staff had been bothered to do anything to reassure patrons (other than warn one other party - that didn't stay - that service was going to be slow).

Very mediocre. Needs a remodel so dingy looking. Booth seat was ripped with big peice of duct tape across it. Makes you wonder what the kitchen is like.

Ordered fish & chips. Fish over done for the both of us. 3rd party got more batter than fish.

The food is always so good. The staff are super friendly and remember your face. They even made pancakes for dinner for my son when he wanted them. Love eating here and it's a great place for a good meal with family. I've never had to wait long for a table or service.

Our waitress was wonderful and helpful & deserves 5 stars. However, hands down the WORST restaurant food I've ever seen served. I already sent back and got a refund for the half handful bag of chewy curly fries that cost $7

I get times are hard, but this was awful. I can not give lower stars for the food or value. Disgusting. I didn't bother going back for a full refund, but it all ended up in the garbage.

The hostess treated us with minimum curiosity. Not friendly at all. Especially in the beginning the way she asked to see the vaccine passports. It's likely just her personality, but still.

Extremely nice server on Christmas day, with VERY tasty food and drinks. If you're looking for a hearty meal, you can't go wrong with Ricky's.

Flat tasting food. Had club sandwich and ceasar salad. Rye bread was bland, sandwich was bland, salad dressing could have been ranch it was so bland. Wont be back.

We had a great 95th birthday dinner for my grandma. Dinner was excellent, staff were as well! Only suggestion would be to light the parking lot/entrance and paint the curb near the doorway so it's not a tripping hazard.

Kitchen doesn’t wear masks, touching food with their bare hands. When I brought it up to management they took me as a joke. Told me they’re all vaccinated. Maybe inform your staff that you can still transmit Covid if you’re vaccinated.

Went last night and had dinner with my family. Felt very comfortable and the food was awesome. Would recommend day and night. Great, friendly staff. Love it there. Dessert was amazing too. Sticky toffee pudding to die for. Everyhting is nice. I highly recommended this place. Must try.

Great food. Loved the fries. Really good food really good atmosphere. Our server wasn't the best. And it wasn't busy either. So boo to her. And I really think there clubhouse sandwiches should come with cheese. Every other place does. Why not Ricky's? Just goes to show how cheap they really are. So not a bad place. Definitely go. But not for the clubhouse. And Ricky's. Get real. Put cheese on ur clubhouse. They all come with cheese. Cheap company

Best chicken strips I've had! The waffles were good as well. The service was not as good as the food, especially given the server only had 3 tables to look after, but she was pleasant.

Today we had the eggs Benny and the two by five.

My bennies were pretty delicious but the eggs did not come out as asked.
The wife’s two by five were pretty good by her standards and she’s picky
Unfortunately our server did not come by once to ask how were the first bites so I couldn’t bring up my undercooked eggs and we were never asked if we wanted refills.
She was very nice and courteous but some basics could be improved.

As well as there was two guys just walking around with no masks on and no one saying anything about it.

Pros: Fast seating, Tasteful food, reasonable speed

Cons: Quality checking, lack of mask enforcement

Great food great service il suggest try them out. My girl and daughter and her friend all great food will be back for sure

Went here for my birthday dinner during my birthday week. The server was amazing and so was the food! I had the chicken fettuccine and it was just the right amount of flavor and spice. I feel every comfortable coming to this restaurant as they have made the right changes for today's new normal. Can't wait to go back! Thank you guys for making my birthday just that much better

My wife and I both experienced the same stomach issues after eating here. While we ate on the patio a lovely homeless man walked out of the hotel and pan handled us for a while. Will not be eating here ever again.

I had all but given up on Ricky's due to how awful everything at the Vernon location is, however everything about the Kelowna location was beyond fantastic!

Chicken and Waffles! I had a great time here last night. The staff was super friendly and I got to have breakfast for dinner.

Been here several times for both take out and dine in. Since this Covid 19 situation started this is the only restaurant I dine in. They are very organized in their social distancing and safety protocols, which allows me to feel comfortable. The food is great. I usually order breakfast, but their chicken tenders and onion rings are awesome as well. The service is fantastic. Highly recommend this restaurant.

Amazing food, excellent staff, five stars all day long! Would suggest picking your food up rather than skip the dishes if you want it hot.

I came in for lunch a couple days ago, I got the buffalo chicken wrap with fries, the food was delicious. What really won me over was the service provided to me, Seanette was my server. She was delightful and kind hearted. She also makes a killer mimosa. Highly recommend this place!

Wow! This place is great. The food is amazing. I added the onion rings to my meal they were sooooo good. Chicken tenders are to die for! The service was wonderful our waitress was friendly and personable. Thanks Ricky's I'll be back soon.

I have been to Ricky's Restaurant in Kelowna a number of times and I have ordered take out from there. They have a very good staff and are very friendly and the food is great. Love the Ultamite Burger and their onion rings are to die for. Since March we started take and now we go in more. They are social distancing and it feels comfortable to be there. Its a great place to go especially with your family.

I have eaten food from here three times now and was happy every time. The food was hot when I picked it up (did take-out due to the pandemic situation). I ordered the Greek wrap, beef dip, and the teriyaki chicken all three were great, I loved the teriyaki chicken more though. I highly recommend this place to anyone and cant wait to eat in soon!

Fantastic food. Great service and quality. Went on the first day restaurants were open to dine in and was not disappointed. Everyone followed strict protocols and my husband and I felt very safe dining in. The food was amazing. The new owners really have done an outstanding job. Food was fresh and cooked perfectly. Staff were friendly and service was on point. I highly recommend.

Service was horrable my mom daughter and I came for dinner I got the turkey club with a broccoli soup it had sat under the heater for more then 10 minutes soup was salty and disgusting my bill was wrong and my moms bill was wrong they aren't doing amd proper cleaning for the covid server was horrible pretty much ignored us the whole time will not me coming back.

Just got a burger and truffle fries from here thru skip. Insane quality, everybody ate all my food with me, and probably the best food I have had from any skip or door dash delivery. The burger was crazy good and would love to carry on about it but the fries were sooooooo good. Like almost ordered a second order, and not to take away from the burger cause it was meaty, not to greasy, perfect amount of bacon etc, one the best I've had but the fries were the best I've had

The lasagna was suppose to come with a ceaser salad (cost 18$) and it came burnt, the size of the lasagna was about 3" × 3" x 3", the fish we ordered was so over cooked it was gross. The only good thing was the buffalo wrap.

Upgraded to 4star review, the response to our concerns were met within the hour i have never seen that before props on that.

Food was average, took ages to arrive and when it did my partners steak was cooked well done, and he'd ordered it medium rare. The server apologised and another one was cooked, but missing the sauce it was supposed to be cooked in! There was no point in ordering another, as we'd waited long enough for this one. The server made excuses about the chef, but it was sloppy and there was only a very small discount for the inconvenience

Good location and easy access. Clean bright restaraunt with pleasant staff.
Good selection and lunch arrived quickly.
Breakfast special was chosen

Wasn't even acknowledged at the front entrance. Went to Starbucks, a stone's throw across the parking lot. Proceeded to watch the same thing happen to other couples/groups trying to eat there. Sad really.

We had breakfast at this Ricky’s location and we weren’t satisfied. Service was slow, food tasted ok and expensive compared to the quality and the quantity of other breakfast restaurants. The worst part was, I found a hair mixed with the cheese on the omelette and that was gross! The waitress got me a different plate, but that didn’t change my opinion about their cleanliness. We didn’t get any compensation or anything, and even if we did we will never return back to Ricky’s. If you wanna have a good breakfast, save your money and stick to other breakfast restaurants.

The most terrible and slow service. Omg we sat here for 30 minutes. Everyone around us got food and when we asked where the food was, the waitress forgot to ring it in

I’ve never experienced this before. We had to beg the hotel for an extension for our check out. We’ll see if they comp our meal. If they don’t, this place will hands down have the worst customer service and know nothing about customer retention and obviously don’t care

It is the most disorganized restaurant. There is a reason why it is called Ricky's All Day Grill - because it will take you all day to get your food

Absolutely horrible lots of empty tables lots of staff running around and still told 10 to 15 minute wait we were ignored for first 5 minutes there we went elsewhere will not be back no option to give no star so they get 1 just so I can post

Food is 5 star, we had the Eggs Benny's, for Management, when you are short staffed, consider seating people at the empty tables, a lot of people left because they saw all the empty tables and were asked to wait a minimum of 15 minutes, why not seat us and get our coffee, I have an injured leg and standing was torture, the people sweating us could of done that.

Food was OK. Service was slow and fairly inattentive. Were they short staffed, or is this just how it always is at 11am on a Sunday? IDK.
