Ricky's All Day Grill

Food was excellent, service is fast, friendly & with a smile. All is good and I'll be back.

Went there with another couple and server was not that great so I only tipped 2$ and then me and my wife walked out and she started complaining to our friends about the tip only being 2$ so unprofessional, also 3 of us ordered burgers and they where little bit pink we reconized and we all woke up with the worst stomatch pains.

Chanelle, the server here is very good, lots of smiles, and kept me smiling - was travelling to Vernon, glad I stopped for a grilled cheese and met chanelle

Our table consisted of 2 adults and 2 kids, ages 8 and 11. The server was phenomenal. Even my 11 year old daughter wanted to make sure that she knew how much her attention and charisma was noticed and appreciated. Well done, Chenille:)

Don’t recommend the fish and chips. The fish was just mush, and not good. Fries tasted like frozen McCains. Speed and service were fine. Just not good food.

My clubhouse was good and my wife had a burger she was enjoying it until she found someone's hair in it. Oh well.

Came here twice in 48hrs and it was 2 completely different experiences 1st night was absolutely awesome food was great service was exemplary. 2nd night was a complete joke service atrocious and food was not the greatest half the fish was undercooked my appy came out at the same time as my main and it took 5 minutes before she brought out my sides. My waitress was more interested in her family than her actual customers. Not impressed.

Waitress was oh SO friendly and had a great sense of HaHa. She made it a really great experience!

Just wanted to inform people that Ricky's is getting new menu's in a couple weeks. I was told $3 increase on most items on the menu.i would recommend rolleys or home cafe way better food for the price instead of the gouging prices here.

Excellent service and food. Came here for my mother in law's birthday and they were all so accommodating for the last minute occasion. Prices were fair as well. 10/10 would go again.

Rochelle is an excellent server very attentive and kind always smiling, I had the snitzel Neptune and it was great except the breading was a little on the overdone side but tasted great everything was Very good, Will definitely return

Lunch was good they had gluten free option for me. Server was good about letting us know things would take a while due to staff shortage and kept us aware of when food was coming.

I was disappointed to hear that Ricky's in hope closes at 8: 00 PM so early.

This is a great restaurant. Especially for truck drivers who often stop here due to the accessibility. This restaurant is located on the same property as silver creek travel center. I have been quite pleased with the service, meal and atmosphere each time.

Food was AWESOME. Service not so good. I was the only customer. Waited a long time for the food. Once the food came the waitress didn’t return for a quality check, or refill on drink, I actually had to get up and go over to the bar where the waitress was visiting with the staff who had come off shift.

Had to wait to be seated. The waitress seen us and made us wait to be seated and never even acknowledged us. Also she could not force herself to smile. Would not go back there again.

This Ricky’s has become our go to while travelling to the coast. Service is excellent, food is great. Shout out to Shelley for being so good at her job. Thank you!

But most of all the portions are good and tasty.

Staff here are wonderful. Menu items available are hit and miss but food is good. Chicken and waffles and ginger bowl are very good.

Very understaffed making service slow. Cooks were also understaffed as I could tell food was put together quickly. Example: hashbrowns were to have pepper and onions in them but were just the potatoes. Forgot to include the toast which was part of the breakfast. An idea of the staff shortage, one waitress was off this day as she had worked over 40 days in a row.

Good clean place waitresses seemed a little new at their jobs but food was good. Would go back again.

I always return to this place when I head back into town. Service is awesome and the food is pretty good too. The chicken tenders have a very tasty batter. Definitely recommend.

Our waitress was impatient and seemed very annoyed at basic questions. Alot of attitude. It was very unpleasant to dine in. Coming in for a good meal but leaving disappointed. To top it off the food wasnt great and my stomachs been upset since. We won't be coming back.

These man and the girl will tell you everything. I had a clean abstract and they told me I can go single. When I got there they said we did not tell me that. DO NOT WORK WITH THEM THEY ARE LIARS. TRUST I BEEN WORKING OVER 18 YEARS

Amazing service and food, I was passing through Hope and stopped to get a few things and decided to give this place a try, and glad I did, service was amazing and food was too….

The food was good, they were quite busy and pretty short staffed but the waitresses handled everything amazingly with pretty good customer service.

I love this restaurant! The staff and management really treat people like family and show that they care each time.

My family and I were one of the families stuck in Hope during the recent floods. This parking lot was so busy as they were the only ones with power. I can’t thank the staff of Rickys enough for feeding such busy crowd. They worked so hard. Such kind people. The entire community in Hope I am forever grateful. God bless you all!

Rick's has been a hero in the community taking in stranded families. We ate there Sunday and had excellent breakfast. When tra vel resumes I urge people to support Ricky's.

They were serving people during the BC Floods, was wanting take out for my 2 children but was denied any food due to not having a vax pass. Not even take out was given! My children didnt get breakfast or lunch.

Good for them for serving, but the discrimination is heart breaking.

Terrible service with mediocre food. Was not expecting much but still disappointed. First time I have not left a tip as I usually feel bad for staff in bad situations but not the case here, and it felt like the right thing to do.

Fantastic! Stopped in here with the wife and kids and had a great meal. Good food good service. Very clean too!

I would like to say this place and staff brilliant. There was no electricity in Hope Monday and the staff were brilliant whilst under lots of pressure because this was the only place with electricity. Thank you to whole staff.

Food was good, young gentleman serving was very new, but enthusiastic. We were very late just before closing served us no problem.

This is one of the best family restaurants I've visited on the Coquihalla highway. Staff, presentation and food are top notch! Lots of room; parking for buses, RVs, etc. Thank you, folks.

When you turn off the highway, be prepared to turn into the restaurant very quickly. Not a lot of warning and no second entry point- highway department needs to put in a sign!

Everything was great, from the service to the food. The chicken tenders were some of the the best I have eaten.

This place is fantastic. Everyone is pleasant and helpful. They bring back my faith in customer service. Our server was Kirsten and she was great. She even laughed at my husband's joke. The food portion for the lasagna was more than adequate it came with an awesome garlic loaf and ceasar salad with a grilled piece of mozzarella on top. I will definitely come again.

Just had dinner here and will again. Service was great and food was great and fast.
Menu selection seems a little weak but I'm sure will get better as time goes on and the place is open longer as i dined in shortly after opening. Price was reasonable too. Plus lots of truck parking as its located in a esso truck stop.

This Ricky's restaurant is fairly new. It was my first time here with the wife. What we did have was good and hot, even served on a hot plate witch is nice. The staff was friendly warm and efitient. I would consider going again. It's a good place for the whole family or just alone.
