Ricky's All Day Grill - Golden

Had New Year's breakfast here and it was clean, with excellent food and excellent service from our server Liz! Would come back for another breakfast of waffles, eggs, and bacon. Food was delicious and well-presented. Thanks!

Food was as I expected. Fairly simple and decent. Pop was flat both attempts on bringing me a glass.
Service was slow. Multiple items from my order were forgotten multiple times.
Atmosphere was good. I enjoyed the music and the volume was good

I ordered a salad with grilled chicken, and the salad was terrible. The lettuce was going bad. The waitress was rude and forgot to bring my drink, and she was not happy that she had to fix the bill.

Just a nice restaurant that offers a full menu at reasonable prices. Sometimes that is all I want.

Service was super slow Took just over an hour from getting there to receiving food, place didn’t seem super busy, but when the waitress asks loudly if anyone else wants coffee (in a frustrated voice), was definitely saying she was at her wits end for the day.
Food was good.

If you have scent allergies I’d highly recommend not going as they seem to have a store front of oils and other “homemade” goods that caused a migraine headache- definitely not something that should be in the entrance of a restaurant.

Would avoid. Could have gotten a better meal at a fast food joint for half the price. My husband got a bacon burger that came without any bacon and the cheese was burnt to a crisp. My child received 50 cents worth of kraft dinner as Mac and cheese. The meal just wasn't anywhere near worth the price. The server had the audacity to tell us that the tip wasn't included in the bill after I paid.the service wasn't good, the food wasn't good.and we still reluctantly paid full price, she should have been happy with that.

Best mexican food in a long time We winter in Mexico so know great food.
Need to include churos on menu.
Service was excellent and it was fun to use our Spanish for an evening.
If you go here go for the Mexican food.

It's my first time to eat here. Food is good, the place is nice, server's are very nice.

We had to wait about 1.5 hours to get our food. There were a lot of people waiting at the desk for 10+ minutes before an employee would even show up to bring them to a table. The fish of the fish & chips was about the size of a chicken nugget. Some of the fries were basically raw. We also had to wait 20 minutes for a refill after asking for it.

Horrible! It took over an hour to get our food, we were never asked how it was or if we would like more to drink even though our empty glasses were clearly sitting at the end of the table, and when we finally got the food it was gross! Again, no one ever checked on us or asked how anything was.

Would give 0 stars if it was possible. Pricing is ok and the food tasted was a 2.5/10 at best. On top of that the service was the worst I had ever had at a restaurant. Waited over an hour for 4 simple meals and not once did we get refills on our drinks until we finally asked

Great restaurant with a large variety of food! Staffing was short but their attitude, customer service and kindness was top notch! Large portion sizes given. Our food was great and my daughter swears their homemade bread that was served with the salad is the best she has ever had. Gracias, muy bien!

Phoned in an order. Told itd be ready in 20 minutes. 40 minutes later food is brought out cold after sitting in the fridge. Waited another 5 minutes for food to be reheated! Terrible
And the place has 4 tables occupied.

Understaffed, waiting a long time, food seemed a bit reheated or just not cooked properly. I can tell that they're really trying though.

Food came so late. 45 minutes wait. Servers gave no apology, but instead said that they only had 2 cooks and 4 servers, and had been working for 8 hours. At least the food was alright. Won't come back again.

Absolutely awful experience here. Turkey dinner was cold, stuffing was wet and cold like it had come out of the refrigerator. Vegetables were over cooked and unpalatable. Mash potatoes runny, the turkey was somewhat palatable. When I ate 3 bites of potato and 3/4 of the turkey they insisted I pay for the meal and that if I did not the server would have to pay for it out of her own pocket. Absolutely deplorable. On the bright side, they gave me $3.00 as a discount. I dined with five children and after tip my bill was $150.

Do not recommend, absolutely awful from the service to the food.

Food was okay, typical restaurant food, however prices were good. Had a lovely sweet waitress Alejandra which brought the food out quickly and was able to answer all of our questions.

1. The Mexico theme doesn't work.
2. Short staffed.
3. The bathroom was a mess. Smelled.bad.
4. Watched customers come in and demand the channel be changed to football game. Didn't bother to ask anyone else if it was ok.
5. Food was just ok.
The Waitress was good. Showed a great deal of patience.

Took 20 minutes before someone took the order, then another hour for the food to come. Food was tasteless (not even salt on the fries). Food was missing ingredients, but I wasn’t waiting another hour to get it fixed. Kids pasta was so ridiculously small it wouldn’t even satisfy a mouse. Wasn’t even offered a refill on water. Manager (if she actually was it) didn’t care.

Over and hour and the wrong food was brought out. Hour and a half later I walked out with no food. 0 star if it was an option. I drive thru every month and I enjoy Ricky's food recipes but I'm so disappointed in the lack of service and super long wait times.

Great place for breakfast. Excellent food at a good price & the wait staff are friendly & efficient.

Fries were hardly cooked, fish and coleslaw were both saugy. Extremely understaffed and the floor under our table was sticky. Don’t recommend
