Super friendly, clean and updated. I had the BC Bennie and I plan to go back again cause it was very good.

Good food and friendly and welcoming staff.

We were there for breakfast at 09: 00 and the restaurant was very quiet at this time.

This is a friendly dining place with mainstream North American food. They do have very limited gluten free and vegetarian dishes, but not ideal for vegetarians and vegans to dine in and enjoy the full menu.

It was the Best turkey dinner & pumpkin pie i have ever had in a restaurant. The staffs service was excellent! Congratulations on great food & service

Our server, Mandy, is great and remembered even small details of our group's order. My disappointment is with the restaurant that they don't carry any dairy alternatives at all for creamer, and their gluten free items (glad to see they've added some) all have dairy. It's time to add dairy alternatives and some gluten free bread options for the breakfasts.

Sadly, I think the place went down hill after the covid. While the service was good, the wait, the smell in the lobby and piece of brilliant in my husbands pancakes def did not make it a good experience.

Best deal on a big breakfast anywhere! Always polite, mindful staff. If you haven't gone for a Ricky's breakfast or even not for a while, it's time!

I've been to many Ricky's but this was only my second time at this one. I have only ever had breakfast at any of the Ricky's I've been to and today was no different. The menu is easily laid out and has just the right amount of classic options you expect at a place like this. I had the biggest classic breakfast they offer, it came with 3 eggs (I had scrambled), bacon, sausages, hashbrowns, toast and, wait for it.pancakes! Literally too much food but an impressive spread. The eggs were cooked well, the bacon wasn't too fatty and was thick cut and wider than the usual rasher but i think it was deep fried rather than cooked onbthe flat top. The sausages were tasty and bigger and spicier than your standard english breakfast link. Ibdidn't care for the hash browns as they were the little triangle shaped pieces and were tossed with peppers and onions. I like shredded and i like them on the flat top. The multi grain toast was good, not too toasty and not toasty enough.know what I mean? The pancakes were bigger than I expected given they were essentially a side but they were a little chewy. The coffee was your standard diner coffee and our server kept it topped up which i really appreciate. All in all, a place to get a well prepared and tasty classic breakfast.

It was alright, been to a couple of different Ricky's as there isn't a great variety of family restaurants anymore and they're pretty convenient. This one was alright

We ordered the 4 Berry Stack, Chicken Strips (4 Piece) Chicken & Waffles, And the works Omlete. All the food was amazing. Pancakes were fantastic (Pictured below). Service was fast and friendly, will come back.

Came back and ordered The Grilled Cheese and Tomato Soup And the Clubhouse. Both were fantastic and piping hot. Good service once agian.

Very accommodating in regards to reserving tables. Great service with a group. Food was very good for everyone. Group of 30 & no complaints. Will definitely be back.

We booked Ricky's for our minor hockey team lunch in between the two tournament games. It was a great experience! The players had the back room to themselves. Our servers were extremely nice and patient with the kids. All dishes were delicious. An excellent place for group events!

Party of 25 over for the Mayor's Cup from Comox. They took our reservation when other restaurants wouldn't. It was very good organized service. We all had a good time. Thanks Ricky's

They were so great to my family and brought a non break plate for my daughter. I have never been treated so well

The food was amazing!

I got the chicken fingers.omg they were freaking delicious! Best I've ever had! Fresh chicken breast in a light batter. Wow! And all of the fries were extra crispy just like I ordered.

My friend had the bacon cheese burger with fries. She was raving about how delicious the burger was and ate all of it.normally she takes half of it home for later. She loved the crispy fries, too.

We shared a side of delicious gravy, which is plenty for 2 people.

The staff were so friendly and super nice.

Excellent service, our server was Sarb, she was very polite and courteous. Lot of cleaning protocols in place. Tables were wiped down regularly.
Food was delicious and of course The Sticky Toffee was out of this world. An excellent place to go out with family.

I gotta say, the absolute best chicken strips and honey mustard I have ever had in my life. 10/10

Now I remember why its been 10 years since I visited Rickys.somethings need to change, and Rickys is way overdue. Same mediocre food, nothing new, average pricing and still overall poor service and not good value. Keep driving

LAME SERVICE, go to Ricky's in Langley it is much better service and the food is cooked right. The place was virtually empty and I could barely get a coffee refill. All our eggs were overcooked and hard.

Honestly worst coffee I've ever had, worse than the timey buddy left it on the pot for 24 hours. The coffee reminds me of a strong stout but not in a good way.

Took my Mom for lunch today, she had the fish and chips and loved it, I had half a clubhouse sandwich and a side ceasar salad, the sandwich was very good with real roast Turkey and not the deli stuff the only thing I did not like was the rock hard croutons in the ceasar salad. The wait staff were very nice. This was the first time we had been there and I would go again. Their screening was top notch, we felt very safe.

Great food. Friendly staff, kitchen was slammed when we dined in from online orders. They did there best and explained why our food was delayed. Very tasty and enjoyable. Will be back for sure.

Good value, new menu is limited to their most expensive items so ask for meals that were on 'old' menu, senior's menu, etc

What great experience! The young lady who greeted me at the door was a real treat.
She was polite, charming and full of life. What made all of this special was, the food was good too.

It used to be good here but in the last year or so the service has gotten really bad. Be prepared to wait, and for no good reason other than poor staffing.

Edit: Actually had to lower the previous already low rating. Absolutely the worst service now. 15 minutes to take our order, even longer wait for food, and then it came out cold. What a waste of real estate.

Uncooked hash browns, and one orange jam for my toast from skip the dishes. Manager said "it was unspecified so we just put random". So you lost a customer for life because of a couple of 10 cent jams. Just so stupid.

Had dinner on Friday night with my family. Very disappointing. I had a turkey dinner and the side vegetable was sweet potato fries it already came with mashed potatoes. Other family members had fettuccine and it tasted very bland no seasonings. Out of the jar sauce. One person had a Buffalo chicken wrap and it was dripping in sauce. Took 15 minutes to get service as they only had one waitress for whole restaurant.

Food was ok, but we should not need to wait 10 minutes for someone to take our order. And another 35 minutes for our food to get there.

Additionally, the peanut butter in the packs had separated into oil and hard lumps of goo. I hate to think how far off the expiry date it was off

Good food a little pricey for what you get but overall nice place to eat. Chicken strips and four cheese broccoli soup are my favs.

Love their "Eggs Benny", "Liver & Onions". Everything I have eaten there has been good.

Very tasty food and fast friendly service. Felt safe eating here as they were very aware of covid procedures.

Nice ambience and great service. They had a very limited menu but whatever they had was of a good quality and descent portion.

Nice and clean everyone's wearing a mask great service proper spacing they really went out to make sure that we feel comfortable when we enter that restaurant and the prices are perfect big did have wonderful job even the food is Splendid and they're really clean in there and didn't notice any garbage on the floor after somebody eats sometimes people leave mess on the floor while if they did it was cleaned up immediately they work hard here I would highly recommend this place because I am a janitor and I used to work in the food industry as well for 20 years so I know what I'm talkin about

Wasn't impressed with Ricky's at another location. Food was agtually quite good at this one though. Service was great and friendly staff.

Sarbjit was our server and she was great! She made fresh coffee for us, and checked on us several times to make sure everything was perfect. We really appreciated her excellent service and will recommend this Ricky's to all our friends and relatives! Thank you, Sarbjit, for an outstanding job!

Been going to this restaurant for years and have never been disappointed. However tonight my fish & chips was not very good at all. The batter was chewy and had lumps of uncooked batter. Tonight was our first time to dine inside since the covid.so it was disappointing.

Dining in, we’ve always enjoyed good food here. The salads are fresh and have great variety. Broad menu with something for everyone. With the pandemic, we enjoyed well put together delivery. They are thoughtful about how they package things, and the portions are very healthy. Great dinner!

This place has the best chicken strips.anywhere. I know you think I'm crazy.but just have it and you'll see. When I tell people that Ricky's chicken strips are amazing, I get laughed at.until they try it.

It's okay for the price. Unfortunately it seemed a lack of good waitress skills or experience because she forgot to bring things a couple of times.

Good food, everyone (9 of us) enjoyed their meals. The cheezy grilled cheese is a cheese lovers delight, with a delicate lace of grilled cheese on the outside and a gooey melty combo of cheeses inside. Totally would go back.

Nice clean decor with very friendly and attentive service and delicious food. I had breakfast with the stuffed hashbrowns that are to die for although they are practically a meal just in themselves. Go with a big appetite!

Staff was friendly enough but very inexperienced. Ordered to senior liver and a regular off the menu fish and chips. Do not recommend the fish and chips as it was all batter. Food was dropped off and never saw the waitress again. Was never given an opportunity to ask for vinegar or ketchup. The seniors liver and onions meal portion is over the top. Waaay too much food for a senior.waitress brought out my parents deserts but never asked if I would like one and was never offered a dessert menu. Definitely no upsells here.

The same as every other Ricky's. This location has good service, and the food is fine, it's just way overpriced. Their prices were reasonable a few years ago, but too over the top now.

Clean and waitress was awesome sorry I didnt get her name but food wasnt that great lasagna was very dry bread seemed doughy ceasar salad was ok it was quite a large meal for $17.99 wouldnt recommend beef dip the beef itself was good and tender but they use garlic bread and it was super garlicky actually it over powered the taste of everything else very little amount of beef when I opened it my lunch partner said where the beef? Wasnt that a Wendy's commercial? The fries were all tiny pieces

Doesn't have all day breakfast unlike other ones. It's really odd and claims to have all day grill tats the same thinhthing, Im not a fan of it. Owned by a bunch of monkeys

It was okay but the menu had changed since we were last at a Rickey's so didn't have what we were expecting. Clean. Staff nice

The food tasted awesome but service - albeit friendly, sucked. We had to ask three separate time and two separate people for cream for coffee that had already been served (10 min). When the food came there was no spreads of any kind on the table or served with the meal to put on the toast. We were finished eating by the time anyone came back to check on us so it took a long time to be able to even ask for spread and this it was the only item left on my plate when I finally got the opportunity to make the request. And when we mad the request to receive the bill another 10+ minutes. A very good thing we were not in any kind of a rush. Slowest and most inattentive service ever. I won’t go back.

Very cozy and relaxing place. Staff is super nice. Perfect weekend spot for breakfast and lunch. I would highly recommend this place.

Quickest service I have ever received at a restaurant hands down. They were also happy to get a double caesar ready for 10am ;)
