My bike was stolen and I gave the shop a call to see if they had my serial number, sure enough they did and it was emailed to me moments later. Thank you so much for your help!

Great place to stop by for parts, always super knowledgeable and friendly.

Hard to get bike fixed as the wait consistently a while, but I guess that's a good sign so can't really take away a star for that.

Great service, very broad assortment, and you can go on test-drive before buying, just make sure to have a valid ID and a credit card.

I think these guys got new ownership because this bike shop has been flawless to me. Been in 3 times for minor stuff, air in tire, seat adjust, and recently chain that had broken. They chain was fixed on the spot even when they had a busy repair waiting list and another bike shop failed to repair it as they didn’t have a mechanic on duty today. They always address you when coming in positively and the mechanic also adjusted to wheel backwards to make the chain tighter and pump up the tire, small stuff that some bike shops don’t do as they’re obviously not going to make much money from a such a small repair. I’m not going to another bike shop again.

Had a truly awful experience in this bike shop. I dropped by with my bike for a very minor gear adjustment and was basically refused to even be heard by the staff.

I had called ahead previously and I was told on the phone that this would be a minor fix and could be done with relative ease. When I arrived at the shop I wasn't even greeted which is whatever, I could get over that but as I proceeded to explain my issue I was cut off because I didn't buy the bike there so I wasn't even going to be heard let alone accept my business. The staff proceeded to try and hand me a screwdriver and said I could try to fix it myself, refusing to even listen to what I had to say.

I can understand that the shop may be busy but the utter disrespect I felt as I left the shop today was outstanding. Find another bike shop on 4th because that's what I was told today.

And they did it again! Amazing job from these guys! Totally trust their professionalism. Just pick my bike for tune up. As usual these guys provided a great service. Super knowledgable about what needs to be done on the bike. They always find the good balance with cost and quality. From my tri bike to my day to day commuting bike, I totally trust these guys. Basically the whole family got their bike there. Highly recommended.

This is an awesome bike shop. The prices are super reasonable, and the service is great. Bought a bike there a few days ago and a bike rack and lock and got discounts on everything.

Replaced my chain, serviced my bike, added a drink holder and fastened all attachment in 10 minutes. $21. Incredible value and the guy who served me was awesome. Would recommend!

Mediocre service as I had a flat and they took forever to get it fixed. The only good thing was their price but expect a long wait for something simple.

My place to go to for getting my bike fixed. I'm very grateful for the work they did on my bike, they performed a little miracle.

Both my roommate and I had very poor experiences with this bike shop. I took my bike in for a rear hub adjustment. When I picked it up I noticed two paint chips that were not there before. While they fixed the hub issue, they also adjusted my breaks (incorrectly). I never asked for them to adjust my breaks in the first place, and now I was dealing with severe disk rub on both my front and rear calipers. When I stopped to check it out, I noticed my break discs were now warped, I never had any of these issues before this bike shop 'fixed' my bike. The mechanics are either careless or incompetent. Through trial and error, I've fixed these issues myself and now it only rubs when I'm standing up. This has just been a major headache that this shop has caused me. Every time I hear my disk rub is a reminder of the poor quality of this shop. I wasn't going to write this review though, until my roommate took her bike in for a "tune-up", (more like a tune-down) as they completely messed it up. The chain skips, rubs on the front derailleur, which has made the bike almost unrideable. Find somewhere else to fix your bike, or watch youtube videos and do it yourself. Even if you mess up, it won't be as bad as letting the mechanics at this shop work on your bike.

Would not recommend anyone getting a bike serviced here. Dropped in my bike in for a gear realignment and it's only now I'm seeing their attention to detail, or lack there of.
1. Went on a long cycle and thought there was play in my bearing only to then lift up my bike and the back wheel falls off as they never put it on correctly.
2. Recently gave my bike a thorough cleaning to see that the gear cables were twisted and one of them coming up in the wrong location.

Always will tell you "yes we can do it today. " Won't ever deliver. This is the second time I've asked them to get something done because I needed it done in a hurry (otherwise I would of done it myself). Both times they over promised.

This time I called them at noon and told them my girlfriend will drop off my bike in a few hours. And I needed some minor work done the same day. They confirmed they can get it done the same day. When she came to drop it off later, they did not notify her that it will take until tomorrow. I come by at the end of their day and my bike is sitting there untouched because "other stuff came up. "

Honestly it's more about the fact that they told me they would get it done, and failed to notify me or my girlfriend when they had plenty of opportunities to do so. And honestly I would have way more respect for them if they just said no.

Great and less than great experiences with staff

My partner and I bought new bikes here recently - the employee who helped us was excellent, considered our budget, and made helpful recommendations. We are both very happy with our bikes so far.

Unfortunately, there was a very mild issue with my bike, so my partner took it back to get it fixed. We appreciate the free maintenance after buying by the way! The (male) employee got the job done but was condescending and rude to my partner - not appreciated when spending an evening repairing a bike that was sold with a faulty part. Assuming someone has less knowledge or experience based on gender, and talking down to them based on this assumption is disrespectful, arrogant, presumptuous, and unfortunately altogether predictable. It is also completely unprofessional.

Thanks for the bike and for fixing it! Please keep your ego in line for future customers.

BEWARE! Trying to sell you their donated rusty bikes at exorbitant prices. Do your homework & compare to other bikes on Craigslist.

I was sceptical to bring my bike here due to the negative reviews but when I had a blowout of my back tire, this happened to be the closest shop to my house. I stopped by with my bike and before I could even look for anyone, a nice young gentlemen said, I'll take care of your flat, come back in 15 minutes? " I agreed, and 10 minutes later my bike was ready. I found all of the staff courteous, while I was waiting, asking if I had any questions about anything. I would say this place is awesome in my opinion and will definitely come back for any service needs.

Biggest ebikephobs I've ever met. Came in for an estimate work regarding ebike and once they heard this horrible word they went nuts saying that bikes are only for human power, how ebikes are evil motor vehicles, bla bla bla and didn't even listen what I was going to say. So don't waste your time here if you are going to mention anything ebike related.
