Ridgeview Village Apartment Homes

They are running a known scam in the Province of BC specific to landlords.

They will frequently have any vehicles from the parking lots towed if they are found to have expired insurance and are working in conjunction with SS Automotive out of Taylor BC.

CBC Go Public has a great article about this provincial wide scam that Ridgeview is happy to make you, their beloved client, a victim of.

Everything was so professional and the process was super easy and explained very well. Debra made sure everything went smooth and all my questions were answered. There was a little gift basket when you move in that has cleaning supplies to start you out and I have never had that anywhere else. I would recommend them to anyone as the staff is very welcoming and friendly.

We have been with Ridgeview Village Apartment Homes for almost Plus Four years. First I stayed at 8707-86th Street and now I moved to another location, 8503-85th Ave, managed by Ridgeview as well. My moving out was hassle free. I find this company very professionally run. We really love all the staff people. Whenever we have any problem, they come to fix it ASAP. The guys/girl are always pleasant, respectful and helpful. Their prices are more reasonable than any other company in this town (Fort St John). We always get treated very well. At the end I would like to say Special thanks to two girls in the office and Tejays (he is the best).

Been renting for them for a year. Amazing company. Any maintenance issues, they deal with it that day. And the office staff is super friendly and helpful

Recently moved in. Very pleased with the maintenance. I thought it was really nice receiving a gift (starter cleaning pack) i have never had that before. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

What a great easy experience. The whole process was fantastic for a 47year old who hasn't rented for 20 years.

Worst service and thieves. Cleaned whole house not by self but called people to celean from out side and paid money for cleaning still got chagered 640 for damage deposit.when I asked question just got the answer that needs 6 hours cleaning as 40$ per hour.looks like town houses in Vancouver lol
