Ridgewood Place

The unit is falling apart. Management not helpful and unprofessional. No bbq on patio. No proper smoking areas. Next to big job site, dust and noise pollution.

I absolutely love my place and am so glad I took that first step of booking a tour/info session with Byron.

The management team members are so kind, professional, and approachable. I feel very safe in the building and thank the security team very much for that.

The amenities are amazing, the location is fantastic, and the building is clean, modern, and everything I could’ve hoped for.

I highly recommend booking a tour and coming to see for yourself how awesome this place is.

This an excellent building, security patrols and concierge like services. Library, modern fitness facilities, meeting/ function rooms. Outdoor barbecues. The building is very well maintained by hard working building and maintenance managers. Also big thanks to our leasing agents Via and Byron for their quick response to our inquiries and concerns. Convent location, close to all shopping and services. A a real pleasure to live here.

The people who run this rental office are unprofessional. They give you the runaround for weeks, and I mean like 4 weeks or more. They never have answers and the two guys I dealt with both didn't seem to want to help me at all. They also don't communicate well with clients, for example they did not inform us that the person we were dealing with for our rental went away for weeks on a vacation leaving us with nothing till he came back. No calls or emails, to tell you they are out of the office, they leave you hanging. I talked to three different people to see if my application had gone through since the guy I was dealing with went MIA. When I finally got a hold of the guy i was dealing with he told me he wasn't sure why i haven't heard back about my application. When I got off the phone with him I immediately got an email stating that my application was denied. I was told by the guy that I was guaranteed a place and wouldn't have any problems with the application process. I had to give my notice to my other place that I was moving. Sine I was told I was "guaranteed" a spot. I have been homeless for weeks now so now I have to find a new space and quickly. 0/10 would not recommend dealing with this headache.

Beautiful new building! Management is super helpful, the building is always so clean as well. Very well kept. Quiet building overall. Would definitely reccomend

One of the best dwelling places in Maple Ridge! Location is close to transportation and market. This new building that is taken cared of by hard working building managers.

Building Management is tone deaf in a crisis, and fails to respond to even the most basic of requests. Worst yet, they brush you off and treat you like dirt while doing so. 0/10, nobody should rent at these properties unless they want to feel like a number
