Purchased a vehicle in August 2021 which ended up having so many problems with it, some were repaired some still are not fixed.
This vehicle should never have been sold to me.
I contacted the sales associate who sold us this vehicle about trading it in for something more reliable and he appeared open to helping then refuses to take or return my calls or texts. This was not a pleasant experience.

If I could give it a zero I would! I have had the worst experience of my life buying a car from this place. I would not recommend it to anyone.

Sold our family a car. (which we had mentioned we need for hwy use mainly)
The first red flag shoulda been when I got in took it around the block, got home and it stalled. (thought maybe it was me doing something weird.so i left it as that)
A month in was happening more.so we told our sales guy we were unhappy because we needed reliable, not needing shop work already.he pretty much says, eh not my problem take it in.its under warranty.not the point.

After getting the vehicle the customer service goes down hill!

What a horrible place.a friend of mine bought a vehicle thru them she is on government assistance no job and they told her to lie and say she worked at northern health.they made job letters and paystubs for her.now she is scared to death as she has no way to afford the vehicle so the bank is about to take it back destroy her credit or worse come after her for fraud.what kind of place does this!

Fast and efficient service. They found a vehicle that fit my budget and it is 95% perfect for me! They got me into a Jeep Wrangler, like I said 95% perfect for me, would be 100% and five star if it were manual, but I'm still very happy with my purchase.

Hi I am righting this into regards that one of your workers has scammed my old aunty who is native she was trying to buy tires and she paid for winter tires and a spare and she didn’t get anything and she tried to call the guy she bought them from and he hung up on her his name is Jason she’s not just nobody and I will be writing a formal complaint to OMVIC and I won’t be the only one writing.a complaint

Jayson Gazloff was recommended by my Brother and I was nearly going to give up because my previous dealership told me I couldn't trade in I was determined to show them I could. Although I had alot of driving to make it happen, in the end what mattered was I had a new vehicle that I didn't have to spend money on to keep It running. I recommend this place. The staff are super nice and they make sure the vehicle is safe with all new fluids and they fill your tank. I drove away in a beautiful 2020 Elantra, so many features. This deal was not expecting, they have a lot of nice vehicles that are affordable.

Well was happy to get my car from myles and stepehn but when i started to have problems with my brakes i tried calling and noone got back to me now my car is in for a service and i have to see whats up with my brake and pay out of pocket: (was really disappointed with the manger i spoke to today he was pritty rude wont be dealing with them again

Long story short i traded my truck that i got through ride ride kelowna in with a dealer from the coast. I was informed after that there was a lien from the year before i purchased this truck. Now they have ignored it to the point of my old bank has still been taken payments out four extra payments of 332.40, tried calling them and took my name and i sat on hold for 25 mins before hanging up! THESE GUYS ARE USELESS! AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Every single person was beyond helpful. They made purchasing a vehicle effortless and I left very happy with what I drove away in. No sales pressure and felt heard and understood. Great experience will definitely be coming back for future vehicle purchases.

Very happy with my service. They listened to everything we asked for in a vehicle and worked diligently to find the right one. I especially appreciated how hard they worked with the banks to get me a fair approval based on my income not my credit score (I was 19 once). They also made sure the transaction was smooth and easily understood. I have referred three friends to them and they were also happy with their service.

What a joke, showed me vehicle's they didn't have, and sent me pics of a dodge with interior pics of a GMC.keep harassing me until I blocked there number.

WARNING!

This place is no good, they sell broken and unserved vehicles for top dollar, I bought a $42,000 truck from them and a couple days after taking my new truck home it started making grinding noises, I texted and called left msgs asked them what I should do and got no response, I took it to a shop to be looked at and after the inspection the truck was found to be unsafe for the road brakes where at 4mm in the front and 0 mm in the rear metal on metal. Ball joints worn out, turns fluid black and the truck only had 50,000km I have returned the truck to them and taking legal action against them.
